DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THEM!!! I paid 150$ for an oil change and wiper blades for my car. They didn’t do the oil change or replace the oil filter that they charged me for. Plus left my car so low on oil that I had to pay 550$ in repairs because of the lack of oil in the engine. BEWARE

In need of a tire repair and wheel alignment. Jacob got me scheduled the next day. Upon drop off he gave me an estimated time of completion and he ended up being within 4 minutes of that time. As I was in the waiting room another customer was getting an alignment done - but didn’t need it - so I heard him explain there would be no charge. Honesty...Got in my van and was able to drive without my hands on the wheel down the straight away for a bit (not recommended).The alignment was $40 less than another place I called.I completely trust McMahon.

Was on 69 when steering wheel started vibrating. Called and they said to bring it in to assess. 1 1/4 hours later it was diagnosed, price quoted and repaired. Was heading to an Airbnb and they saved the day! They were courteous and professional. The price seemed reasonable for the repair. And best of all. The problem was fixed!

I havent bought tires from them yet but have got tires from them for patriot tire and they are really nice guys

Michael is fantastic and really took care of my F350. This is my second set of tires and wont go anywhere else! BFG All Terrain K02s 35-12 1/2 -18When only 3 of my tires showed up he sent me home with his co.car! If thats not great customer service I dont what is! Customer for life here.

I originally made an appointment with Pomp’s down the road only to get there for my appointment and be told they don’t have any technicians in the building and didn’t know when one would be available! So I call these guys they say come on down! First they knew what a national account was and they had the tires I need! They put me in a bay right away and get started on me! This is the second time I’ve taken one of our vehicles into McMahon. I needed two new tires and an oil change. I worked with Jacob and he was very professional. I like to run a certain type of oil in my vehicles and he said bring it on in we’ll provide the filter. There was some chatter on the front passenger side and I asked them take a good look at it. After it was all said and done they had a list of parts that I needed in order to get it fixed. My whole experience was excellent and I will continue to take my vehicles to McMahon’s.

Honest broker - fair price up front : excellent service.

I have a lifted Jeep that had 35 tires which had a very aggressive mud terrain tread originally. Now that they were pretty worn and it was time to replace them, I was wanting to possibly drop down to a 33 tire with a less aggressive tread for a smoother ride and better road performance. That said, Brandon was incredibly helpful in showing me different options. We even rolled the smaller tire out and put it next to the older tires to see how different it might look. It turns out to not really look that much different. Havent done much more than drive back home on the highway and around the a couple rural roads, but the ride of the AT tread is so much smoother. The performance/acceleration is much improved. Have yet to determine if there is any improvement in gas mileage. Highly recommend the Vernom Power Terra Grappler 33x12.5x20 tires for any Jeep Unlimited owner. I understand they will fit on a Jeep with no lift as well. I had a great experience with McMahon.

When I went into man tires they were right there to greet me and started to work on my car immediately they provided good value for what they did and actually worked on my car twice that day when it turned out that I had additional problems the following day I came back and they took care of those for me and no additional charge I would highly recommend McMann tires to anyone with any type of automotive problem.

I was recommended to go here for an oil change. I felt like they were quick with getting me back on the road. Mike was an amazing person. He was kind and considerate and really knows his customer base. Over all I am very satisfied with this company.

Back in February I had a problem after hitting a large pothole. They took me right in, did a repair and had me on my way without charging me. When I was ready I went back to them to replace the wheel they repaired and buy 4 new tires. They were priced very competitively and did the work fast. They are a locally owned, family owned company and show their dedication and love for their community on a daily basis.

Fast friendly service for tire rotation

Never had any diesel truck so I can’t speak on the semi truck side but as for the automotive side, “Back yard mechanics!” The Owner, is a cheap skate over priced numbers on tires, won’t match belle tire when I asked so i didn’t get tires they recommend. The old style lifts are out dated, muddy parking lot not even black top. Stay clear away from this place on coliseum. Fishy work force! OSHA violations all over this place I would never bring my vehicle here again. When you look into the only two bays, you can see the Tires piled up to the ceiling idk how they can find a fire extinguisher. I had to go to the dealer ship to find out the real issue. Owner and his wife drive Audis, but all his company vehicles are poorly taken care of by the back yard mechanics doing the labor on them. Not one ASE mechanic with full certs works there. Did not see one ASE patch.

I asked to be called before they did anything, got a call saying my trk was done, 2 hours later I was back because the tire was not holding air.

Ive been using McMahons for well over 15 years. Always been more than satisfied. Worst thing I have ever experienced,waiting.Not because of them! Because I failed to make an appointment. They still try to get you services and down the road in a most timely fashion. NEVER have I once got the feeling I was just an account or an imposition to them.They have stayed late just to fix a flat before. And regular service is on track.Been tech savvy a long time. But when I do need help....I KNOW I can depend upon McMahons advice and experience. THANKS GUYS!

McMahon made my quote and repair very simple. The paperwork and payment was quick and easy, their workers were friendly and professional, and my car appears to be in good working order now. I came in for a wheel bearing replacement and new tires and they didn’t charge me for the diagnosis and scheduled me quickly.

Brians customer service is horrible. I buy tires all over the country this experience is nothing like the service I receive in Jackson, Tn. Check my other reviews. You spend $3300 for bad service!! Didnt get the alignment or Centamatic balancers. More money lost for supporting a business. They didnt want my business I wont be back. 15.00 tire disposal.

I took my Subaru in because it was making a strange noise. It turns out that the work is stillCovered under my warranty so Mike called the Subaru dealership and discussed it with them, giving me a contact name so I could make an appointment. In addition to this wonderful customer service, I had my brake pads replaced for a fraction of the price the dealer quoted me. McMahon’s is now my mechanic shop.

I am amazed at how quickly they were ale to get my car fixed. The customer service from Jacob was outstanding. I had to call a couple of time to ask questions and he was so patient with me. This review just reflects my individual experience here. Overall, the place seems to have very good customer care and knowledgeable workers.I called in and asked if they are able to align a lowered car and I specified my cars setup. After they verified with their techs that itll be 100% okay, I made an appointment. I took off about an hour of work and took an Uber to work and back to the shop. Unfortunately they arent able to handle a lowered car like they said, so I ended up wasting money and some time.They were apologetic, and im sure my experience would have been good with a stock car.

Nice people really helpful. I ordered tires on Friday and they said they would be here by Tuesday and we made an appointment to have them put on. They didn’t come in so they got me a similar set of 4 tires that’s more expensive then the set I got and charged me the price of the cheeper set. Very helpful and vary friendly.

I can not tell you how grateful I am to this store. My daughter had my car and hit a curb and blew out the tire. I called the store and Brent came to our rescue and actually sent someone to the place she was and took the tire and fixed it and brought it back. Did a really good job. Friendly service, and didn’t push hard to sell me extras I didn’t need. Went out of their way to teach my tpms on aftermarket wheels when I wasn’t sure they were installed. Cost was a little high (comparably) on a simple alignment, because it was a “big truck.”

This place is awesome. I swung in here today, hoping to get a leaky tire patched quickly and they did a superb job getting me in and out quickly. My family has been purchasing tires for our personal vehicles from here for years and the service and price has always been exemplary.
