I did not feel like just another sale, and did not feel pushed into additional items I was not interested in. The rates were competitive, and were cheaper for me personally than they were with a larger insurance company (even after adding renters insurance). Excellent response times, affordable prices, and admirable company culture. I highly recommend this peace of mind.
