Weve been through many experiences in life and everyone here has always been there to help us through. New cars, rental and towing claims, kids starting to drive, getting their own vehicles, renting homes, buying homes, roof replacement. As long as we live in Indiana, I can always count on Jenny and the rest of Sams team to be there for us when we need them!

Any time I call or stop by with a question or concern.....it is handled quickly and professionally. One situation that I encountered several years ago.......my water heater decided to start leaking in the middle of the night causing flooding on the second floor and below. Upon discovering this nightmare in the morning I made a call to Sams office......they got the ball rolling dispatching a contractor to begin the repairs and clean up. It was quite the mess......upon completion I was very pleased at how the whole process played out.........orchestrated by Sam and his staff. Sam has served me well.......and certainly has been a Good Neighbor.

Ive been a customer with Allstate for about 4 years. Not once was I explained my coverage options while I was with Allstate. Not in a way us normal people would understand. After buying my new car they raised my insurance so high that I was left with no choice but to search some where else. Along that path I was able to contact Sam Tills office via email, which aloud me to get a general idea of what insurance would cost by switch to State Farm. The amazing customer service sold me right away. The main office has 3 ladies working away. I only had to oppurtunity to meet two of them, both very professional and well spoken. So after going through all of the available coverage options, I walked out not only saving $60.00 a month, but also having way better coverage on my new car. As of now being a new customer I would recommend this Agent to family or friends. Michelle Hatte even stayed after hours, being late to get home to family to help make sure the deal was sealed as I was covered the very next day. Great Service!
