The staff are very nice and helpful

The people who work there are very nice, Trinity tried to help me but they can only do so much when working for a soulless giant corporation that tries to screw you and won’t pay for claims. You may save some money by bundling but if anything happens they will try not to pay. No insurance adjuster comes to look at the car and you can only take it to their approved garages that probably get kick backs from them. The garage failed to report that my sensors are not reading the gas tank due to the impact and then State Farm claims tells me that I can’t prove it’s from the accident it’s just a coincidence that it stopped working after impact. Don’t do it pay a little extra with a company that’s not going to cheat and steal. I guess they need all the money they can get for all the celebrities endorsing their commercials running every minute of the day.

For the over 20 years John Carr has been my insurance agent for my home, autos and boat. Always very responsive and professional. John and his staff is always there for me!
