I had a fantastic deep tissue massage today!The facility is very clean and quiet.The staff is very professional, from the ladies at the front desk, to my brief interaction with the manager.From the time I made my online reservation, to when I left, I felt like I was their only customer. I have had many treatments done from other places and I have to say, today was the best experience Ive had anywhere.
I had an excellent experience at Pine Valley Crossing location and will definitely return. I was greeted by the manager and checked out by different front desk staff, who were both pleasant and professional. I felt protected as a client with their Covid-19 protocols in place.Kristen K. was my massage therapist. She was personable and very skilled and I would absolutely request her again in the future. She did a great job and made me feel so much better!As a non-member, I was of course informed of the membership deal and a treatment plan before I left because that is standard practice at the chain, but I did not feel at all pressured into purchasing. Non-membership introductory pricing for a 60-minute massage is a very good value and I would consider the membership pricing to also be a good value for the services offered. Ive done it in the past and its a great discount on all their products and services, so if you intend to do this stuff regularly, its absolutely worth it.Overall I was completely happy with every aspect of the service, as I always have been at every Massage Envy location over the years. I would consider membership again in the future for all value it offers and I will return to this location.
Massages were great but people at the front counter roped me into a 12-month, $60 monthly subscription and assured me that I could cancel anytime I wanted to...but they failed to tell me that in order for them to cancel it, Id need to either live 25 miles away from their location or have a doctors note excusing me from massages. I had back surgery and was forced to run around getting this documentation, jumping through their little hoops (barely 1-week post surgery) TEN DAYS prior to their next credit card charge. I sent the doctors note to their manager 11 days before theyd charge me to be sure they cancel it in time, but no response from the manager and Ive been calling the store 2x daily and emailing them...and apparently the manager has not yet been in the store to send a courtesy response or cancellation notice of any kind through any method. I guess I have to resort to Google Reviews to get their attention?
The entire staff is so friendly and helpful! I’ve been here 3 times, twice I’ve had Jess and today I had Amy and let me tell you, both of these women are Wonderful! Amy has hands sent from God! Thank you for a wonderful experience every time I go there!

Massages are great. I play a lot of sports and am in sales for a living so I spend long hours in a truck. I always come in tight and leave feeling great. The turnover at the front is astounding for such a small place. Im the type that likes to see and get to know the same faces but no one is around long enough to see me more than once or twice it seems like.
If you get the right person it’s an excellent massage for the $$. It’s been worth having a place to go when needed. It does seem many don’t last long so it’s hard to keep with ones you like. You just hope yours stays. For all the things I’m not thrilled about ( 50 min massage by the time it’s all begun) I am still happy with it for the cost, for the accessibility, for all that they have to offer, & always courteous & kind.

You can usually get an appointment in a short time frame, though I usually make my appointment before I leave. The problem is finding an exceptional therapist. Most are ok, but some are bad. When you do find a really good one, they will be gone soon and then you have to start trying out different ones until you find another good one. That can take several months. Sometimes it is an hour of wasted money. Also, an hour massage is really 50 minutes. Im used to an hour being an hour. They also snag you into a membership. While the price is decent, it would be better if the therapists were better. I plan to cancel my membership and look for a therapist where I can get a consistently good massage. It will be worth the extra money.
Very bad experience with this place. My husband got a membership and had a hard time cancelling after his 12 month period. He had sessions he could not use and he was told he had 60 days to use them or lose them. I would NOT recommend this place!
If youre looking for a deep tissue massage, Danielle is the one to request! She listens to your needs, checks often to make sure the pressure is just right, and is absolutely amazing! A 90-minute massage with her is completely renewing and I will definitely go back to her in the future.
Ive been a member with Massage Envy for about 4 years and this particular one for 2 and I love coming in here. The customer service is always friendly and welcoming and although they have a semi high turnover and Ive had to switch therapists a few times Ive never had a bad experience. I will say its VERY important to communicate with your therapist before and during your massage because when I wasnt I definitely didnt get what I needed out of the sessions.
Received micro derm procedure. I am so glad they now offer medical type procedures. Emma, the esthetician is the best they have. She cares about her clients and is passionate about her work. I have also received 2 chemical peels from Emma. As long as you follow the instructions on care, you should see your skin get better and better. I highly recommend Emma
Convient location and easy parking. My service was not so good. She informed me she felt sick and this was her first day on the job. I understand being new and wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt thinking it was maybe nerves. However, she put no effort into my massage and it was the worst massage I have had. All I kept thinking was how much longer until this was over. At one point I considered asking her to stop so I could go home.Better luck next time
Worst place to ever go to! Had a facial scheduled and they sent me a list of what not to do before chemical peel and no mention of having to wait 6 weeks following a surgery. When I arrived for appointment they would not take me. Cancelling my membership and going to a reputable facility!
Be careful they have meshed up my charges twice. Once they took it out from the wrong account and the second time my account was on freeze and still took money out. I had to cancel my debit card and get a new one. They are not very organized at this location.
The massage therapist was very good, but I dont like the high pressure sales pitch they give you to contract for a monthly fee.
The people were nice, but the facial felt like I was in the hospital for a medical procedure. Very stiff and rigid, and the massage park of it was hardly even there. Very disappointed.
Never had a bad massage. Of course we wont mention our 2 favorite therapists or they would be booked up.

Massages not that great, But the biggest problem is if you dont use all of your massages and you want to cancel after a year then you lose them. After I canceled they still kept taking out my payment out. Had to keep calling to get my money back but they finally did pay it back. Would never use again
