As a new resident of Brandy Chase, I could not be happier with my experience so far. The price for the quality and size of my unit is unmatched in this area. The maintenance and office staff are friendly and responsive. So far, the community has been very quiet and peaceful. Im very happy with my choice!

I just moved in to Brandy Chase last week and my experience has been absolutely awesome so far! All of the staff are great and my new neighbors have been very friendly and welcoming (I’m partial to my neighbor dog, Max). When I first entered the apartment, it was spotless. The maintenance team did a great job of preparing the unit for my move-in. Being greeted with my welcome gifts was such a nice touch. This is one of the best values I’ve found in Fort Wayne when it comes to apartments. I feel much safer and more comfortable in my new space, compared to my previous FW apartment where I was actually paying much more. I’m so happy to be here and looking forward to using the beautiful pool once it opens up again next summer! I highly recommend considering Brandy Chase when in search of your next home.

We just renewed for another year. We are a family of 5, now 4 in a townhouse. Maintenance is friendly and punctual. Office staff is great, always welcoming and friendly. Safe area and fairly quiet. The price for what you get is unbeatable

Absolutely in LOVE with our new home! The front office was so nice and extremely informative. The unit is very clean. They even adorned the place with a few welcoming gifts! Definitely recommend to any persons looking for affordable but also an up-scale feel of living.

I absolutely love this place. I always feel safe, it’s quiet, beautiful woodsy feel but then you’re so close to Lima Road and the highway - the perfect location! The staff are very friendly and maintenance is punctual and great at keeping the grounds clean. I have never had an issue with electric, wifi, etc. I am in a 2 bedroom and it’s the perfect size and in great shape for being an older building. I love having a balcony as well! The only negative I can think of is that residents are allowed to smoke on their balcony, so the person living above me would frequently drop ash on me if I was sitting out there since it fell through the cracks. Otherwise, I recommend this place to everyone!

This place is amazing!! It was my first apartment and the staff was so helpful helping me to make the transition. Quiet and clean community, affordable prices. Nothing I can even complain about, this place is great!

The office ladies are incredible and are so willing to help with any questions I had. The property is BEAUTIFUL and in a perfect location! Maintenance was always punctual and efficient. Would recommend this property to anyone who wants to live in a safe, quiet and clean community!

I have only just moved into a townhouse here at Brandy Chase, but I already feel at home. Everyone from the staff to neighbors that I have met in the past 36 hours are extremely friendly and welcoming. I have 2 dogs that have already made friends while being outside and the amount of open grassy areas and shade provided from trees makes them very happy, which makes me even more satisfied. Carol has been extremely nice and the communication during the process of submitting an application/getting approved/moving in has been top notch.

My husband and I moved from Albuquerque, NM to Fort Wayne, IN for a job offer. And if you didn’t already know, moving across country to a state you have never been to is extremely intimidating let alone frustrating. After coming up short and searching the web for countless of hours we began to lose all hope of making it in the Midwest.However, after a few phone calls and email messages we quickly found our new home! With Brandy Chase apartments & townhomes- we had completed fate with the front office team, especially Rebecca! Upon move-in we were greeted with a welcome package.Here are a few things we enjoy about Brandy Chase apartments & townhomes: The grounds are well manicured. The maintenance staff quickly response to maintenance request. Brandy Chase apartments & townhomes also offers a service for an on-call emergency maintenance, which came in extremely handy when we accidentally locked ourselves out of our property and Brennan promptly came to our townhouse and saved us!And a few more things we enjoy: Their are nice access points for walking into other neighborhoods. The front office team response quickly and community communication as a whole is great! There is an emphasis on upcoming events and monthly newsletter involvements.After only being at Brandy Chase apartments & townhomes for nearly a month we have felt completely at home and love our new community.

Absolutely horrible facility. You can never get a maintenance worker to repair anything. You put a work order in and nothing. You try to call the office and no one answers/won’t respond to a voicemail. We’ve needed repairs for months. They reel you in and drop you shortly after you move in. You’re just a rent check, nothing more.

Wonderful place to live! Feels very safe, kids play outside. The apartment manager, Carol Wright, is awesome! The apartments are new and clean, and the surroundings, with all of the evergreen and deciduous trees, grass, pond, playset, and pool, are pleasant and refreshing.

Safe environment! Good price for the square footage. You can tell Brandy Chase is trying to keep their apartments up-to-date. The apartment is in great condition. Lots of cabinets in the kitchen and tons of closet space. I worked with Carol when I was trying to get an apartment here and she kept in contact with me when one came available. She is nice and easy to work with. I have a grumpy neighbor below me and Brandy Chase hasn’t taken sides and I think has resolved it well. I lived at the Reserve at Dawson’s Creek prior and the utilities were about $300 a month with their 1999 furnace that they refused to fix or replace, but obviously was not efficient. My utilities now half been cut in half and the staff are not rude at all. The landscaping is amazing! They have garages and I use it for extra storage. I had to wait about a month and a half for an apartment to come open, so obviously they are doing something right!

We absolutely loved living here! We were only able to stay a short time before a personal emergency required us to relocate. However, in our short time we had an incredible experience! Carol in the leasing office is wonderful and went above and beyond on multiple occasions. The maintenance staff was friendly and responded quickly to even the smallest complaints. I wish we could have stayed longer and definitely recommend to anyone looking for their next place to call home!

We have lived her just over two months and love it. It is very conveniently located for school and work purposes. The property is gorgeous and kept very clean. The apartments are spacious and very nice for the low price point. We are happy to be here!

Its a nice place no issues. I sold my previous home and had only planned to rent there for a couple years ended up going ALMOST 4 years before I forced myself to buy a house. That tells you how comfortable of a place it is to live there. Also got all my deposit back. First time apartment renter and it went much easier than I could have imagine.

From the moment I called to inquire about the application process and requirements, I have been met with nothing but kindness and attentiveness. I have lived here about 4 months now and not only love the staff but the apartments are beautiful and the neighbors are all so wonderful. The location of the apartments is another great perk. You are close enough to groceries, dinner, movie theater, etc for it to be more than convenient and yet still secluded enough that you dont feel closed in by the city-life. You are also right off the highway for quick transporting routes anywhere you need to go. Maintenance is quick to respond - they have been next day service so far, are super friendly, and do great work! I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking.

Being new to Fort Wayne, we chose Brandy Chase in October of 2018 based on its reviews. It was the best decision we could have made. The grounds are always clean and manicured. Our apartment was exactly as it was described. Zack is the best and most personable maintenance man. We never had problems with a repair getting done. Carol in the office is so incredibly nice and helpful with anything you might need. The complex is very quiet and peaceful. The staff at this community made us feel like family. I would highly recommend Brandy Chase.

Clean and well maintained. LOVE the option of having a townhouse or apartment and some have garages! Definitely worth taking a look at! Oh and did I mention...fireplace! The maintenance tech pays extreme attention to detail and truly goes out of his way to help. He really cares about this property and it shows!

Great place to rent from and raise a dog in! Staff and maintenance are very friendly and prompt with fixing things when necessary. I brought my puppy into the leasing office when he was young to help gain socialization skills, and teach him to be friendly towards people. The staff were always very friendly towards him and started keeping a dish of dog treats out on the counter. I can’t go a day without stopping in for him to get a treat and say hello to his, and my friends! I can’t thank them enough in helping me raise such a sweet and charismatic dog! I highly recommend renting from Brandy Chase!

The area is always clean and always nice and kept up, it doesnt really look like apartments or town house but more like homes. Everything is modern and the office staff is always nice and just stop and talk too, they remember your name and they have snacks. The maintenance staff is always so helpful and courteous and will even go out of there way to help anyone no matter what the issue is 24/7. Ive lived in a few places but I wouldnt live anyplace else other then Brandy Chase, because Brandy Chase feels like home.

I lived at Brandy Chase a few years ago and I just adored my apartment. The landscaping is gorgeous, the office staff is kind and inviting, and maintenance makes sure you’re taken care of. I couldn’t think of a better apartment complex. This place rocks!

I drove through Brandy Chase one Sunday afternoon and I was so very impressed. The property is so clean and tidy. I did not realize how the townhomes actually look like private homes. What a beautiful place to live right on the outskirts of the city.

Brandy Chase is a wonderful place to live. My roommate and I have lived here for approximately 8 months and have encountered no issues during our stay. The staff is polite, helpful, efficient, and take a general interest in you as an individual. The maintenance is timely and always very accommodating to your needs. The town homes themselves are spacious and up to date. Any problem we see is fixed quickly and with no hassle.

My husband received an offer and we were give 1.5 weeks to find a temporary home in Fort Wayne. Brandy Chase management made things so easy for us and happened to have a large town house available so that we did not even have to get a storage unit! We signed a short term lease that was very reasonable and they welcomed our English Bulldog with open arms! We have been here a week and we are happy with our choice. Very quiet and the screened in porch and mature trees are my absolute favorite. Thank you to Tina who helped us and who was very welcoming!

The location of these apartments are well placed for easy access to shopping, dining, movies etc...The apartments are very clean and maintenance upkeep is quick and efficient. Most of all Carol is a wonderful member of the staff!! She takes pride in her job and assures that each apartment is clean upon move in day, along with adding creative welcome home touches.

I lived at Brandy Chase apartments for almost three years. As a single mom it was a great peaceful place to live with a awesome school district. The staff is amazing and the property is always kept so well. It was a very sad day moving out of my apartment I loved it!

Weve been here for 7 years and it has generally been a great experience. The apartments are spacious and have nice features (really appreciate the washer and dryer). The grounds and amenities are first rate. The staffs very friendly and quick to respond to any issues weve ever had. I would highly recommend Brandy Chase to those relocating or looking for a place on the North-West side of town.

Brandy Chase is absolutely the place to live! When I lived here a few years ago, I just adored my one bedroom apartment. It was cozy, spacious, and welcoming. My neighbors were really nice people - never once did I ever feel unsafe at this community. You are so close to stores, restaurants, gas stations, etc and if ever needed to get to the other side of town, the highway is right by you as well. Couldnt ask for a better place to live. Brandy Chase is the best! :)

They were very forthcoming with information that I needed to know, and answered all questions I had before moving here. They made the whole process very easy. The apartments themselves are very nice and the area is quiet and peaceful.

I am not new to the complex as indicated by some of the recent reviews and thats because I like living at Brandy Chase so I continue to renew my lease. When I renew in May, it will be my 7th year! Im excited about the recent change in staff and feeling more like a community and not just a rent-payer. Management has been very responsive to maintenance requests and have been a pleasure to work with. They take care of their property and their tenants. The location is very convenient to many of the places you will be going.

I may have only been here a few short months but this is home. So far it is quiet despite the traffic from 33 and 30. The folks here are understanding and social. The outdoor aesthetics, the pond in the middle and entrance is rather nice to see. Everything works like its supposed to and its good for an apartment, much better than others Ive viewed. And the option for a garage port is unique because I havent seen any other apartments with that kind of option. The only change I would do is the placement of the front doors; its all kinds of difficult to get a big three person couch through the front door when suddenly, a wall and a turn. I got it in but getting it out is a different story. Now if I could walk to work in ten minutes then that be the very best but thats wishful thinking ;).

While I have only lived at Brandy Chase for two months so far, I am pleased with the experience I have had. I moved from a much smaller apartment (approximately 800 sq ft) and now pay slightly more for a much larger space (approximately 1800 sq ft). Having looked into many apartments in the Fort Wayne area, Brandy Chase seems to be the absolute best deal for what you get. The staff seems very friendly, and the amenities are easy to access at nearly any time of day.My only complaints so far are how thin the walls of my town home are (seriously, I can sometimes hear full conversations from my neighbors), and how some of the repairs done to our apartments upon our moving in seem a little haphazard. The new floor on our kitchen seems cheaply applied, and the screens on our screened-in patio appears to be attached somewhat loosely. However, my main complaint is that the size of the stairwell in my town home is so short and narrow (I barely fit through it height-wise at 63) that it is impossible to fit a queen-size box spring up the stairs (luckily, this was for the spare bedroom). We are still trying to figure out how to solve this issue.I look forward to seeing how the next several months at this complex go, at which time I may have more to contribute in a second review. Until then, my main issues are pretty minor.

I work at Brandy Chase Apartments and I have been in this industry for almost 14 years. I must say that this has been the best community Ive been a part of. IGC property management cares about their residents. My husband and I chose to live here as well so we are also residents and I love my home. I recommend Brandy Chase not only as an employee but as a resident!

I had a town home, for about 2 years at Brandy Chase. Everything was nice and good at the start, like they normally are. But after about a year of living there, thats when things started to go downhill. Black mold started to develop in the basement, which Quickly spread to the master bedroom and 2 other bedrooms. I talk to maintenance and management about my issues, and all they did was paint over the mold. The mold then grew back, and they did nothing about it. When I decided to move I ended up finding about a 6 by 3 Section behind My BED That was absolutely disgusting. I would never recommend brandy Chase to anybody, not even my worst enemy. Management is of no help. To anybody that is currently living here, I feel your pain. But, remember that you can always leave. I would also suggest that you call the board of health. When I was moving out I had spoken to one of my neighbors at sounds like the mold issue is a very popular problem.

I really like living here. Its a nice place and I like the location. I meet the new people in the office and they are really nice. My apartment is nice and its quiet around me, which I really like.

The apartment itself was great. The management or as I like to call Scamagement is awful.First 6 months were fine, but then we got a notification that our rent check came back with not enough funds We admitted that we had forgotten to transfer our funds to our Rent Account which they seemed to struggle very much to understand why we have multiple accounts. We wrote a check with the late fee and insufficient funds fee.They lost that check and waited a week to contact us again and charged us even more late fees. I had to talk to someone from IGCRE to agree to just pay the original amount. They found the check the next day and called saying it was Weird how it just showed up in the drop box as if we were plotting against themThe check thing was enough for us to decide to move. I called them 3 months in advanced and told them we WILL NOT be renewing our lease. We moved out 2 months early and kept paying rent along with our mortgage. I got a call about a week and a half before the lease was up reminding me to Renew. After explaining we already talked about this and we dont live there anymore they said i need to pay an extra month for not giving 30 days. Which I admit I didnt, I gave them 90 days.Now, 2 months after the lease ending I get a bill for 700+ in carpet replacement fees. The carpet was brand new and did not need any replacing at all, maybe a vacuum or shampoo at the most.Will likely take to small claims court for harassment and charging us nonsense fees.

The management team was inviting and helpful from the very beginning! My roommates and I looked all over town for the right Apartment/Townhouse. Everywhere was either too expensive and out of date, or the cost was too good to be true and in a horrible, not so safe location. We found ourselves wandering into Brandy Chase and our minds were blown. The price is just right and our community. The staff was kind and welcoming, they even remembered our names after the first visit! We love our new place, thank you so much!

This place is terrible! Lived here for 16 months paid them $11,000 the time I lived here (the amount i paid in rent over that time) After I moved out 2 months later they send me another bill for $700 on minor things that happened to the apartment that are normal wear and tear that would happen over that time. Charging you for blinds that literally break on their own just from opening and closing them. Would not recommend it to anybody and it’s definitely over priced for a 650 sq ft apartment.

If I could, I would give them negative stars. The management team that runs the actual grounds is immature at best. The apartment manager has screamed at me on the phone and told me, her words, to get out if you dont like it, there are plenty of other people who want to live here. My basement has flooded three times now in the last two months, there were animal droppings when I moved in, and the maintenance manager acts as though you are ruining his day whenever you call. I have had to call the corporate office to get anything fixed and it still isnt done properly. Do not move here, it is over priced for what you get.

The townhome is very uncomfortable, the residents are constantly in and out, unnecessarily loud. Cops are always stopping by. I dont feel safe on grounds. The units are terrible, mold everywhere, bugs crawling inside, carpets covered in unfamiliar stains. The management is entirely unprofessional, landlord enjoys to argue with residents and tells them to leave him alone when there is a problem. I would not recommend.

Not worth the $ and maintenance does suck. This place scams for a dollar

Terrible apartments, brother had black mold on drywall in his room, in his kids room and on the basement walls. Their solution, paint over it. While their was still deadly blackmold in the walls. Need to fix or condemn the apartments.

Terrible management. Scott from management is not managing a single thing! He is pigheaded and arrogant. Our basement was flooded for weeks and nobody came to fix it!
