Jeff is phenomenal! He tackled a huge job at our home and did it in a way that assures us we have a great system set up that will serve us for the long haul. Cannot thank him and Home Comfort enough. Love this company!

We started out believing that we needed to replace both the air and heat. The manager (Adam) very intelligent, very well informed, listened to our specific needs. He immediately took a look at our air-conditioner (Which we were told elsewhere-- needed to be replaced) Adam quickly discovered that it was only 5 years old, but to be sure it was functioning properly, he called on another coworker, who came out immediately and tested it. We have a lot of humidity in our basement and Instead we were led to their industrial dehumidifier which was exactly what we needed. It also saved us from spending more money bc we did not need an air conditioner. This company knows their products and follows through! Today two wonderful young men installed our heating unit, They were so kind, worked hard and very considerate tracking in anything by laying down cloth tarps. At the end, both explained how everything functioned. I highly recommend this company! Thank you all for clean air! Blessings!

Lance was very knowledgeable and kind. There was a lot going on at the time he was here. He was very courteous and very helpful to us. He introduced us to Nick who gave us a quote and was very kind with the situation my husband had to be taken to the emergency room while he was here. I would highly recommend this company. They were very professional but yet kind and compassionate. Also they came and replaced the furnace and the air conditioner the next day so it wasworking when my husband was released from the hospital several days later.

Aron Najar is very polite, professional and knowledgeable about what he does repairing AC and Heating units. He cleans up after himself and wears shoe covers when entering our house. He was a pleasure to meet and he is an asset to your company, Home Comfort Experts.

Overall just a poor experience! Schedule an appointment to have someone come out and look at my AC since the thermostat was throwing an error message when it was trying to receive air after calling for it. Decided to use this company since I used them in the past for one other issue and wanted to provide them with return business. They would not provide me a window of time when they would be there until the day of service. They did tell me that there would be a $99 fee just for someone to come out and look at the issue but was told that depending on the work that needed to be done, they would consider waiving that fee. The next morning came and no call on when they would be there. Called and talked to someone in the morning and still could not confirm a time. I found it unreasonable that they expect someone to wait around all day without providing a window of time to expect a technician. Waited until 11am and called and spoke with the manager, who still could not fully verify what time someone would be there until I kept pushing for the details. The manager expressed that not providing times is standard business practice but was told I was first on the technicians list and that they would be calling shortly to let me know they were on the way. The manager did offer a $25 credit for the inconvenience. The technician arrive and was not very friendly. Explained the situation and he started to investigate. Within 5 minutes he said he found the issue and that the repair would be $225 for a repair that took him roughly 5 minutes. I asked him about waiving the $99 fee and he said it’s a standard fee and that he would only consider waiving if I joined their membership program which disappointed/frustrated me. Then upon further investigation he found that I was low on refrigerant on my AC unit. I asked if that was something I could do myself since I wasn’t comfortable allowing him to do it without knowing what it would cost and was given a spiel that if I did it myself, I could run the risk of a $10,000 fine by the government for not having a license to do that which seemed strange to me. He also would not tell me how much it would cost until he was done, which I did not like since there was no way for me to verify the accurate amount needed. He said it could be $5, could be $200. Just depends on how much refrigerant was needed which did not settle well with me because I would have liked to know the price before committing to the cost especially when it was a wide range. Based on this experience, I do not plan to return as a customer.

Nicholas was very prompt, courteous and efficient. He took the time to explain the reason for replacing the capacitor. He was very knowledgeable about our system.

Lance was very punctual and communicative. Walked through exactly what was wrong and was able to make the repairs quickly. Would recommend any time!

I have used Home Comfort Experts for my duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning now. They have been the best priced after calling around to multiple companies and Alex did a great job on both jobs. Highly recommend!

Other than online experience not being the best... John was great about letting me know he was on the way, estimated timeframe and he came in checked the system and then went outside and checked the AC unit. He determined a mouse chew through the wires inside the unit. Replaced the wires and removed the nest of mice babies from the unit. He quickly rewired the unit and said since the unit was turned off for a brief time the day before it allowed the mouse the ability to chew through the wiring.

Trey did a great job. He found a partthat needed replaced, before itcaused problems. He was verygood at explaining all of the mechanics. We have been customers of Home Comfortfor many years. All the techs are awesome.

Michael Vinnedge was my service technician. He did a fantastic job for me. I was very pleased with his performance, knowledge and detailed explanation of the items associated with the Furnace and Air Conditioner. While taking apart the system, he explained the components, the design, current status of main components. He cleaned some rust off of the heat exchanger and gave a thorough explanation of the evaporator coil for the air conditioner. Overall, Michael made it a great service call and a great value.

Dustin and his coworker Austin did a fine job on the new installation of both furnace and AC. Work was done in a timely fashion, both were courteous and respectfully. They worked well as a team, took care to protect our carpeting and to clean up after the work was completed. Inside installation was tidy and well done. Outside installation of AC Condensor unit was likewise done in a professional manner and my shrub bed was put back just like it was before the install. Overall, these two technicians were efficient and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to have them back in my house again.

I scheduled service online, or so I thought. When appointment date came, I received a call from dispatcher asking me my problems. I explained again what I had gone over with web chat the day prior and had already had an appointment scheduled for arrival 3 hours earlier in the morning. I was informed that I shouldnt have been able to select a time that early and that no appointment was ever scheduled. I was further informed that I was chatting with a robot and not a real person. Dispatcher was matter of fact and not at all contrite. The only thing she said was Well, that shouldnt have allowed you to do that. But, Ive corrected it. So, do you still want us to come out?The service and later install of new HVAC system was seamless and efficient. Only bad experience was with dispatch/office representative.

Phil and Aaron did a terrific job installing new AC and heating systems in our home. They were professional, personable, knowledgeable, and worked straight through the day to get the systems installed. They cleaned up the area very well, too. We were very pleased overall with the team including the project manager, Scott who was attentive and available through the process leading up to our decision to hire Home Comfort Experts.

I had a new submersible sump pump installed. My technician cleaned out the debris at bottom of the sump pump receptacle and shop vacuumed out the dirty water. I was very pleased with the job performance. My service man was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Aron was awesome! Our AC went out around 5pm and he made it to our house by 9:30 that night. Even thought he didn’t have the part to fix it, we appreciate him coming out so late. He came back the next morning and replaced the switchboard in less than 10 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Thanks Aron!

Jeff replaced and installed a total of three separate items: an outdoor water spigot, a complete water pump bladder assembly, and an existing not to code gas line. All repairs were done quickly, professionally, and neatly. At my request, he inspected other plumbing issues in my older home and is preparing estimates to address them. Throughout our interaction he was articulate, professional, and gave me total confidence that the job was completed in an outstanding manner.

Jeremy and his associate showed up on time, fixed a broken pipe under my house, crawling through water and mud to do so. They were both conscientious about cleanliness, even refusing to come through the house because they didn’t want to track mud through. I could not have asked for a better experience. The technician from Home Comfort -- David Herr --did a wonderful job. He was very careful and complete. Everything was cleaned and checked. When he did find 2 smaller things which needed work, he explained everything to me and was willing to complete the work that day. I have been with Home Comfort since it reinvented itself and have also been happy with the work and felt secure in both Summer and Winter.

They fixed the issue with the 1 ac unit we had. They never followed up with the other 2 units we have problems with. The tech stated that he was not familiar with the module that is bad and he would have to look into it. 10 days go by with no follow up, when I call in to ask they told me they would ask the tech and give me a call back. Still haven’t heard back. The tech seemed to be more interested in selling me a service package, that I declined. Unless every other a hvac company goes out of business I would not recommend this company/technician.

We had called several companies because of problems with our furnace. Several hundred dollars later and the problem not being fixed, I called Home Comfort Experts. They were very professional and actually did fix the problem. They explained my system to me and we discovered together potential issues arising in near future. We felt comfortable enough with this companies professional approach, and the time they take to have you understand everything, we chose to completely replace our heating and cooling system. They arrived on time and even finished in one day. New furnace, Central Air, and some new ductwork. They left my home cleaner than when they arrived. We will be using Home Comfort Experts for all our Heating, Cooling, and Duct Cleaning for years to come. We definitely recommend that you call when your needs arise.

We had an issue with our AC last night. We called Home Comfort Experts and had Alex McNeely come out today. He was awesome and professional. I love that he had shoe covers and made sure to use them. He found the problem within minutes. He laid out our options for us and even took the time to explain them to my husband over the phone. He got it fixed it efficiently and it’s been working great! Our AC is very old and he didn’t try to talk us into a new one or anything like I thought the company would have. A great experience. We signed up for the club membership so we could have our ac and furnace cleaned and tuned up before each season. Definitely recommend!

Gerald Stewart was the technician who came to our home. He was overly pleasant to work with, extremely knowledgeable and even helped us to find a solution to an issue that we knew we were having, but hadnt been told what to do with previously. This gentleman left our home after an AC tune-up and drove 30minutes one way to go get the part he needed (at the end of his shift) to come back and install it into our furnace all because he knew it would help us. I cannot stress enough how much his over the top service meant to us. When I think of a professional, Gerald comes to mind for many reasons! If anyone is needing any work, I HIGHLY recommend you to request Gerald, as I can guarantee that you will not be disappointed!!!
