The most horrible experience I have ever had with AAA was with this towing company today. It took them 5 hours to get my truck to me. AAA said it would be less than an hour. The driver made it to where the track my driver app said he arrived at my truck when he really was still a few hours out. I have never experienced customer service this bad in my life. Called AAA to complain hopefully they will get rid of this company. On top of all that they wouldn’t take debit cards because their system was down. Not one to normally complain but this was awful. Hopefully someone who doesn’t have a ride or is on the Interstate and breaks down doesn’t have to rely on this company. HORRIBLE

My Jeep broke down and Okaloosa Walton Towing was there bright and early loading it up!! These people are awesome & Id use them all over again. Thank you so much for responding so quick & being there for me yesterday!Yall are awesome!!

Not only did this company take hours to show up, but when they did they refused to even look at my car to tow me out. He simply said he would not help us. I waited for several hours, then he left. Instead, the police showed up to help us get out of the hole we were in. Okaloosa Walton Towing & Recovery does not belong in the AAA family You failed me in in every way you could imagine. 0/10 Never use again . Disgusting...

Dale, also known as “Got this” was very professional. He phoned multiple times to inform of his location and approximate time of arrival. He introduced himself and showed his work ID to insure he was the person AAA sent. Dale treated my 1995 Ford Ranger like it was a brand new vehicle. He wasn’t slow by any means, but took his time to be sure Abigail (my truck) was loaded gently and safely. I will definitely request Okaloosa WALTON Towing & Recovery next time my vehicle needs assistance.

Ethan was a great help to us. He tried several things to get our truck started and when nothing worked he happily towed the truck home for us. Ethan was awesome!!! He calmed me down from being so stressed about my Car not starting for two days in a row I took the car to his service place and they told me yesterday that it’s fine there’s nothing wrong. When Ethan came here right away saw battery acid around the battery and diagnose the issue right away he is so professional I don’t think he could be replaced he is awesome

I want to clear something up....Cameron was the tow guy that picked up our vehicle...totally awesome young man as is Okaloosa Walton Towing & Recovery LLC. The problem I had was with AAA and not them. But I guess AAA passes the negative mark to the towing company which is not fair. The towing company did EVERYTHING right. Its AAA who screwed up! And when I called AAA back to speak to a supervisor who did nothing more to solve our issue than give me lip service, they evidently passed that negative onto the towing company who did nothing wrong. We have been AAA members for years and years...rarely have we needed their services until yesterday. AAA in my book deserves a minus 5 for their way of handling and following through with their promises.

Had very timely service. John was extremely helpful and friendly. He drove with caution towing my car and grandson and I in truck. He was concerned for our well being in the intersection where my car broke down and couldnt be pushed. Thank you very much for being quick..

Awful customer service!!!! The driver completely blocked a residential street that came into a cul-de-sac. After patiently waiting for the driver to load the vehicle and being trapped on my street, he proceeded to drive over my neighbors lawn because he pulled forward into a drive that had a vehicle in it instead of backing up into the now empty driveway that he loaded the car from. When I called the company to inform them I initially got a voicemail that just stated the number. Called back again and was hung up on. Called back a 3rd time and was told that the manager was too busy and to call back later. I told them I would hold and have been on hold for 20 minutes. They do not care about customer service. Called back again and the manager refused to speak with me.

2.5 hours into waiting for roadside assistance (with no call back after leaving 2 voicemails since I couldnt get anyone to pick up) I call my insurance company for the 2nd time to inform them, to which they find out that their vehicle has broken down and did not inform their customers. At no fault of the insurance company, Im a little displeased with the quality of service.

This place is very unprofessional didn’t give me a ETA on when they would be here. They did not let me know that they’re towing truck broke down for me to even call another tow service to come help me out wouldn’t recommend is towing service to anybody.

Might want to do a tad bit more training or investigating of your drivers ability to do their job without putting innocent lives in danger. I was ran off the road by your tow truck with my child in the car. Then he continued to slam on his breaks and switch lanes blocking me from getting away from him. I finally had to stop for 5 minutes on the side of the road to let him go ahead so he would stop. Not a very good representation of a business since your company name is in bright blue on the side of the truck. Highway 98 is dangerous enough, we don’t need irratic drivers adding to it!!! I sure would be pissed if that was my car he was towing while doing all of this too! Wouldn’t trust this company with my sons power wheel, let alone a $40k vehicle.
