I have an older car and this year its decided to fail on 3 different occasions, once on top of Brooks bridge! Nichols Towing came to my rescue all 3 times with courteous drivers, professional equipment and arrived quickly each time. All 3 times they were extremely careful when they loaded my car and even used the slide back wrecker as I requested. The prices were reasonable and I highly recommend this business to anyone who need a tow.

We was on vacation and our vehicle broke down, I let the mechanic call the tow truck it cost me $180, he didnt do anything so I had to have my vehicle removed and moved to a real mechanic. I called Nichols towing for my 2nd tow, it only cost $75, big difference from the first tow. But anyway they was reliable and friendly the lady on the phone was really helpful of telling me when the driver had picked up my van and when he had dropped it off. She was also just really pleasant to talk too during a really stressful situation. Thank you to the awesome crew at Nichols!

Another towing company made the recommendation due to my situation, Jimmy came out and was able to pull my truck out within an hour. Very fast response and a reasonable rate compared to most towing services in the area. Highly recommend, great customer service!

Didnt have anyone available to help me out when I was stranded on the freeway, it says 24/7 but theyre not. Im sure theyre a great service, but my experience was a 3 (for now)

I called this company and he said hed be out in 25 minutes. An hour later I called because he didnt show up and he apologized and said he was on his way but that he had a call from the sheriffs department. Okay, I can understand that is more important and takes precedence, but a courtesy call would have been greatly appreciated. He said he was on his way though, so I let it slide and thanked him for letting me know he was coming. 20 more minutes pass and he calls and says he cant come after all. Ive now been stranded a total of 2 hours because I cant find a towing company who is free to come get me. This could have been avoided with a simple courtesy call.

Called Jimmy late on a Sunday needing to relocate my Ford F-250 SuperDuty due to a braking issue. Now, this is a pretty big vehicle, but Jimmy knew all the right questions to ask to ensure his truck was compatible FIRST. Jimmy dispatched a truck to my location, scooped up the vehicle, and dropped it at the dealer for me. I waited about 20-25 minutes from when we hung up the phone until the truck arrived, just as promised. The truck operator, Rob, was quick, thorough, safe, courteous, and professional. Grateful to have been your customer, Jimmy. Hope I dont need you again, but Ill know who to call when I do.

Sold me a car and lied about damn near everything (literally scammed a broke college kid, whats next, 90 year old women?)before I came out: didnt tell me ANY of the problems (no A/C, it was a rebuild title, and the rest)When I was looking: barely pointed out some problems, and only because they were IMPOSSIBLE to miss. The belt was squeaking and half way through the test drive the mirror was noticeably bouncing around. He sprayed lubricant on the belt... Its only squeaking because its been sitting so long, itll stop once you start driving it... and IM the one that pointed out the broken A/C.After I bought it: a check engine light popped up 10 minutes down the road (he most likely either cleared the codes before showing it to me or he unhooked the battery long enough for the computer to forget). A month later I had to replace the serpentine belt tensioner because it broke.I dont know about their towing but do NOT buy a car from their craigslist or facebook page. He is either an idiot mechanic or a malicious one (my moneys on malicious).theres a reason its so small, and theres a reason theres about 10 cars in the back that he cant get rid of / fix.Oh and it doesnt help that the entire time he was trying to sell me on coming back to get the A/C fixed... some people LEARN.

Jimmy Nichols is competent and professional; the equipment is well-maintained and looks new, and boy can he drive that truck! Backs my boxy old RV into the parking spots as pretty as you please.Ive used this service twice now, and when I see that big red and white truck I know I can relax: the cavalry is here and Im in good hands.Jimmy has also been very kind. Ive been extremely stressed both trips. Heh, probably most customers are also freaking out a bit; nobodys happy about needing a wrecker. Jimmy calmly goes about his work while still answering all my nervous questions. It seems like a zillion steps to hooking up a tow and he does all that safety stuff and makes sure everything is exactly right. Its reassuring to see how meticulous he is.The pricing is perfectly fair. Both times Ive used the service I was in a bind and would have paid what it took. Still, he didnt take advantage and the fee was in line and proper, and even gave me a price break on the second trip!Give them a call. You will be glad you did.
