We had Mike treat our house. He is professional and does good work. He answered all our questions and explained clearly how and why the process works and what we can expect. Our interactions with Mike have been very positive and given us great confidence in the company.

The man who came was so thorough!! I had been unhappy with my prior pest control and switched back to Home Team, which came with the traexx system when I built the house. When he came, He not only sprayed within the system, but he did all over my house and even went the extra mile in the back yard. I am so happy I changed over!!

Very disappointing customer loyalty.31 May 2021--Based on the owners response, I sent a very detailed reply about a week ago on the companys Destin website explaining the circumstances and requesting action that could make it right. I have yet to receive a response, which, sadly, reinforces my initial comment about customer loyalty.

This company was servicing the home across the street He parked his truck at the end of my driveway. We have a tight street. The employee would not move his truck. He then opened is door as we tried to back up and it dented my car. I have called Chad at our local office in Fort Walton Beach. He told me he would come out to check the damage, however, now he will not return any phone calls. It has been three weeks. I have asked for insurance information..etc. No response.

Thomas is always very friendly and on time. He’s absolutely wonderful and always is sure to ask if we’ve had any new concerns. The customer service when you call is always kind and helpful as well. All in all it’s a great service and company, and I’m glad we chose Hometeam.

Before HomeTeam was treating my house, I couldn’t stand being outside and my dogs always had bugs in their fur. Now I barely even notice the bugs and I can play with my dogs in the yard all day. Also I see bugs inside the house so rarely that I would be willing to sleep on the floor. HomeTeam’s consistent treatment allows my family to enjoy our home with no nuisance or worries.

First time using this service. So far everything seems GREAT

Raise prices almost yearly with no formal warning (its in the fine print of the previous bill.) Also, they try to come out before the 90 days each cycle which will eventually cost extra. Decent over the phone, customer service. Good at home customer service, but used to be excellent.

Our field person, Tabatha, was very informative, professional and got her business done with expedience.

The service is reliable and effective. The only reason the rating is not 5 star is the cost. They have increased the price by more than 20% in 2 years when inflation has only been 3%.

Home Defense did a full service which took very little time. No bug problems since we have been using Home Defense for over 3 years. We opened the attached garage to pull in car, and technician offered to give garage corners a little spray as well.

The pest control specialist, David, was punctual and professional. The whole process did not take long and David is very easy to interact with and is very knowledgeable!!

The service man came out a couple of times to ensure everything was taken care of with our new home. Hometeam pest defense in Fort Walton Florida takes great care of our home Pest and Termite needs. The tech is always very cordial. They are always willing to answer our questions and explain everything to us in detail. Anything we see that we feel needs to have extra care given, they are more than willing to take care of for us. We have the Tayexx system in our home which gets the gel injection. They explained the complete system to us when we purchased our home. They are extremely reliable and thorough in their work.

When I bought my house I continued to use them because they had already been servicing the home and it was convenient not to change. That was a mistake. For the year and a half I had them was nothing short of terrible. I had a small suger ant problem for the first half of the year. I addressed it many times. After trying to get ahold of some type of management for almost 3 months I finally did. They sent twin guys out this time. Apparently the other guy found the issue and fixed it right away. Havent had a problem after that. My issue was the terrible customer service for taking 3 months to call me back. Witch the apologize for. But the fact that I been paying and complaining for over a year about this issue And when the right guy comes out its fixed right away. Makes me as a customer feel Ive wasted over years worth of paying for service. Would not recommend
