Very courteous and respectful and fast service and a good value from the person I spoke with on the phone to the technician who came out. The office dispatcher got a technician out pronto to ease my concerns and worked with my schedule. The technician communicated he was running late due to traffic (to be expected on hwy 98) and answered all my questions. Thank you!

I have used Bryans Pest control for a number of years and have been pleased with their service, but this summer I decided to employ their lawn service. I have been amazed at the difference of our lawn over the past month it is fuller, greener and healthy. Needless to say I am well pleased with how my lawn looks now!! Thank you Bryans!!

This company is great. They were Super nice, very responsive when I called and prompt when they arrived at my home for service. The technician was very knowledgeable and courteous and once again.......Super nice!He answered all of my many questions in a respectful, courteous and knowledgeable manner and did not try to hurry through the process. I found him to be extremely thorough in the performance of the job and even doubled back on problem areas. The GM of the location I called has saved me $1000s on maintenance and Capital improvements to my landscape simply by his vast knowledge and expertise in his field. My Landscape has improved 10 fold after associating with this company. I called several lawn chemical service companies and found Bryan to be fairly and competitively priced. I highly recommend this company hopefully will continue doing business with them for many years to come.

Bryans Pest Control has been servicing our home for over a year. They offer competitive rates and a small discount if you hire them for repeat visits.The same technician, Eddie, always comes, and he is very thorough. He is always friendly and cheerful, and is diligent to coordinate a good time to come by.The staff at the office were also pleasant to do business the time I payed my bill in person. Quality local company in the FWB/Shalimar area.

I finally decided to give them a try, but I got a terrible technician. They do not do a thorough job when it comes to eliminating bed bugs. Then once you tell them they failed, they dont re do their job that costs $500+ . Id never go back here.

This company is a joke they using water instead of chemicals to spray down the houses I had Blake from this company come out and spray my house on 6/3 he told me by next month we would see less activity we called another pest control when we started seeing more activity and more bugs they came sprayed my house and the bugs were gone in a week

This branch in specific for this company severely lack customer service. Being an essential personnel with a pregnant girlfriend at home I was asking for the technician sent to give me a phone call on my personal phone just as a heads up. After multiple times of him showing up without calling ahead, I reached out to they’re FWB office. There I was greeted on the phone with hostility and an aggressive I don’t care attitude not only from Kimberly at the front desk but also they’re manager. All I was asking for was a new technician be assigned to my case due to the lack of ability to follow direction by the current technician, along with the fact he didn’t show up for a week and lied about me telling him not to show up unless I called. But that’s besides the point. I was told that they would not change the technician working my property (renting this specific house) and that any complaints of they’re services will have to be filed through my rental company and they couldn’t do anything about it. I highly suggest anyone looking for pest control need not use this office. I can’t speak on the company as a whole but the FWB office has absolutely 0 customer service. Terrible experience overall. Thanks for nothing Bryan Pest control.

Mr. Nathan Brooks is the technician that has routinely serviced our home. He is punctual, prompt, professional and communicates with us and works around our schedule. He shows up exactly at the agreed upon time and his service is top notch. BPC has great people working for them, highly reccomended!

Tech called to schedule a visit, came to the house and didnt know why he was at the house. Had to reschedule. They came and the weeds are still there after a week.Another set of people came to aerate the lawn. Never knocked on the door to announce they arrived or leaving. Took the flags that I purchased so I called the office to have them return it. The lady who answered said that the call disconnected but should have kept trying to contact them.This company has left a bad taste with us and we will never use them nor recommend them.

We had a treatment completed to get rid of palmetto bugs and of course the other little insects that come with living in Florida; near trees and near water. I was a bit confused by the treatment method as all they did was lay a few drops of palmetto bug bait in the kitchen and a standard pesticide along the corners of the interior. A few days later we noticed much more palmetto bug activity in the kitchen and while sweeping and mopping the floors several insects running around. Opened the kitchen cabinet last night and had 2 palmetto bugs jump out of the cabinet onto the kitchen floor. Our little one has woken up with insect bites all over his feet and ankles since the treatment. Called the office today to request the problem addressed and it fell on deaf ears. All they’d say was they’d send the technician back out when he gets back. Of course that want acceptable in my eyes, spoke to the manager and he was about as rude and condescending as they come. Questioned me about what has been inspected and done... isn’t that what your technicians are supposed to do? Needless to say, I will not be using Bryan Pest Control service anymore, back to the previous service that actually cares and treats our home like theirs. Extremely disappointed, guess that’s why the ratings show them so low. Pass on Bryan Pest Control and call someone else!

I was really patient with the waitress last night. I walked to Dennys so I was thirsty, it took 20 min. for anyone to pay me any attention, took 10 more minutes for a different lady to acknowledge me. This should never happen. Thirty minutes before I made my order, slow cooked pot roast, forty five minutes untill I get my food...arrrrgh!

Forget the Estimate you were suppose to call me back with. When you come out and look at a job, all you have to do if you cant do the job or dont want to do the job, is Be honest with the people and tell them you dont want to do it. Dont tell them you will call them back, when you have no intentions on doing it. There are no shortage of Pest Control shops in the area, so we will go get someone else who wants to do the job of spraying for fleas for us. Good day.

I love the staff at Bryan. Carolyn in the office couldnt be any nicer. John, the technician came out to our house and found that we had left an extra $20 in the envelope for him. He called me to ask where I wanted him to leave it. He could have easily kept it and no one would have known. I will use this company from now on.

No show for today. Was told technician was running behind, but didn’t call. Had to get back to work and couldn’t stay longer. Lady tells me to call back and reschedule. I would like to charge the $75 I spent waiting for nothing.

My wife and I had to get a termite inspection and were upsold termite bait at a heafty price of over $1,000. A year later they send us a bill for $300 to maintain the warranty which we denied. Thirty minutes later theres a rep in our yard pulling the bait boxes out. No one ever told us about having to maintain any warranty or we wouldnt of bought the product. Bad business, very misleading, and high price. Avoid this company like the plague!

Hired Bryan pest Control to do a WDO inspection on a home under contract for sale. They gave it a clear report, only for us to find out later there is very obvious wood rot around a garage door, and now theres an infestation of termites that have obviously been eating away inside the walls for a long time.

Great lawn service/quarterly. I recommend this company for honesty, promptness and professionalism.

They say they cant give you an estimated time in which they will come treat your yard for fleas. That is ridiculous when people work and cant lock their dogs in doors all day.
