Read reviews about this location to figure out when and how to deliver. Had no appointment to start with. Several drivers said in their review that it opens at 7am and one said arrive between 5 & 5:30. I arrived at 5:30am and noone was here. There is a phone number next to the shipping/receiving door. Called but no answer. Called at 6am no answer. Called at 6:20 and they answered. Another driver review said to go ahead and dock at 3 thru 8 so I did when I first arrived. That info was correct. Waiting to get unloaded. Customer said to not park at the dock overnight.

Arrived at 11:45am, decent welcome, docked at 1:44pm. Finished at 3pm. There were lot of trucks in front of me. Let’s be fair and give the benefit of doubt! Spacious facility! I don’t have any knowledge about night parking availability!

Not bad youre pretty efficient got to be as quick as they could and it is or at least what I picked up was rolls of paper pretty fast

If you have inbound roll stock, I highly recommend you overnight. Unloading is at 3, 4, 6, 8 and 10. Walk your paperwork down when they arrive at 7. Arrived at 0945. Docked at 0955. They completed the last of 7 rolls at 1355... 4 hours, but, at 1410, Im still waiting on paperwork so I can pull from the dock to begin a long unpaid weekend.I thought maybe they just discriminated against long haired hippies since, I followed their rules, wore my yellow vest and face diaper, as, nobody else seemed to be doing either of the two. But, they apparently have a system of using gold stars on paperwork to denote priority loads. I watched at least four trucks arrive after me and leave before my unload began.Missed a load from Hot Springs to Jersey over this and had to sit the weekend. But, were just drivers....Enjoy! Order pizza! Visit family....

A terrible place to pick up a load arrive at 1pm until 5pm and they have not assembled a single box. its disgusting business

Bad place to load, very picky, they check your Dry Van with a magnifier, they found a leak on my 2020 almost new unit, after fixing this, when I returned, they have a gas leak and nobody can enter until new order!! Stay away from this place !!

Kinda tight to back in. A bit slow getting started to load. Gotta work computer yourself to get bills and instructions not really clear. Ive surely been to plenty of worse places so overall about average. Wear your safety vest, have your correct p/u #

It took 8 hours to get unloaded with roll stock paper and broker paid only 50$ detentionSo if U don’t want to waste your whole day and money, avoid this place

Customer dont go by appt. Drivers when arriving, back into dock ahead first before checking into shipping and receiving so you have a dock. They open at 5:00am or 5:30am. They will bring paperwork once finished.

Giving this place 1 star is being very generous! This place sucks and I hope that I never have to come back here!!

Really fast to unload my roll stock

Scheduled till 11am got here at 5 AM they told me at 10 AM it was first come first serve. Once you check in just park in dock three, four, six, eight, ten. No public bathrooms!

Very spacious. Great staff. Unloaded in 30 min.

Have a 12:00 oclock appointment 10.26.20Arrive at 16:00...10.25.20Checked in 07:15 and was asked to sign in. I was given a door immediately. Mty and departed by 08:30.

This is my 3rd time here and I can tell you for sure this is good place to get loaded/unloaded. Staff are polite, easy and fast to get in and out. Has huge parking lot. They work on Saturday and Sunday till 16:30.

3hrs for live u load. They use few docks only for deliveries so u have to wait for door to be available. Unloading when u get a door is an hr. Porta potty on south side of building

Fast loading. Overnight park available. Had 13:00 appt. Arrived at 20:00. Git loaded by 21:30. Showed up day before appt still got unloaded. 2/20/20

Truck parking overnight has been revoked according to shipping office staff. Drivers were dropping their trailers and bobtailing out allowing trailers to accumulate in the way.

Make sure you have ur load bars or they will not load u. Was in and out within an hour. Large lot easy to maneuver

Picked up expedite on a Sunday afternoon. Took 1.5 hours from hitting the lot to exiting. Drivers not allowed on dock, they secure load for you and bring paperwork out after they are finished.

Driver here...It didnt take long to load, but they put all paper rolls as much in the front/nose as they could. I was 35k on drives and 27k on trl, and I couldnt slide any more than I already did. 😡Make sure you check your load before leaving.One star only because you can park there over night. Quiet and dark place.

Youll need to sweep your trailer out when you get there if its dirty, theyre usually pretty quick at loading. The door to the shipping office is about halfway down the building.
