I like to go and talk to them guys downtown cause whatever problem that u might need to talk 2 someone about, and they address u n the right way and will talk to you about yo situation and will assist you n any way they can, to help u with any problem that u bring n their house and may God bless them encouraging good folks.

This place I truly believe is ordained if aGOD. it has saved my very life. I shall be always GRATEFUL. TRUE STORY

This program works if you work it. I am in this program and it has helped me tremendously and I also volunteer there when I can.

Amazing! Wanted to do something to be of help to people in need and we were only in town for a few more hours. My son Josh found Next Step on line, called and talked with John and he invited us to come there and help with preparing the noon meal for the homeless in that area. Both Josh and I were surrounded by amazing people that love what they do-serving others! Thank you Cheryl for letting us be a part of your team! You all are the BEST! This place is an amazing resource to the community. i have personality benefited from the services provided by the freindly understanding nonjudgmental staff many times. I highly recommend the next step day room to people. Keep up the great work jou guys!!

The Next Step Homeless Services is a fantastic organization that provides vital services and support to those in need. I commend The Next Step Homeless Services and its staff for the hard work they do and support them wholeheartedly as they strive to make a difference in the lives of countless homeless individuals or those on the cusp of homelessness.

My daughter had run away from home and she stayed with them for a bit. I am grateful she had someplace to stay. I think they helped her understand rules.

Its a good place for the homeless to go to get a little help n to get something to eat, but the ppl in the office are very very rude n very disrespectful.

When I was transitioning from homelessness this place helped me so much, they offer everything a person in my situation at that time needed.

One of the homeless people stole my wallet with my Id and my driving permit,and my money and my vape was in there too and my important things where I’m there and some homeless stole my wallet when it fell off the car when I was leaving that place this afternoon

When you really need it & youre trying to do something legitimate with your life just keep in mind that this is junk for junkies; its not for you, even though you have to take what you can get. Workers are rude. Place is trashy. Company is strung out. Business is wasteful.
