I came here to visit a friend. I think its a wonderful homeless shelter. Nice clean place. And a great staff that keeps every thing in order. If you can donate, this would be a good place to.

Hope Campus gives me hope! Yes, being misguided by my onboard computer navigation system, I needed to shut down there for a layover on the way North to Bentonville, Arkansas. The people here were great. They heard what i had to say and helped me get out of a HORRID situation. They were very helpful and i get to move tomorrow. So happy to be free

Folks still friendly helpful and do their best

Having been in and around many shelters and missions in my life, I can tell you that this is a good place. It sure beats the cold. I realize a lot of people dont really like the idea of being in a homeless shelter, and nothing is perfect, but I still recommend them. They dont just offer services for the present, they honestly do everything they can to help people come off the streets, including giving out food and bus tickets, and letting them know of every possible community help all across the board.

This is where everyones monetary donations become a reality. Helping those less fortunate to get back on their feet. Have an address and get a job work toward having their own place to call home.

I love the service they provide. A wonderful addition to the community.

Our group does Bible Study on some Wednesday nights.

Hope Campus is a very good place to stay. They offer a range of services to help you. They are Christian based service with a strong emphasis on personal responsibility. They offer 3 meals a day and Ms. Betsey is a professionally trained chief and produces good nutritional food for the residents and those who come in just for meals. Additionally Hope Campus offers community services for Fort Smith residents. If you are in need it seeking shelter I highly recommend hope campus.

These people will go out of there way to help people they helped me abd my girl friend with a apartment and with food

Alot of favoritism happens here.

This is a great place esp for the homeless. Has free breakfast, lunch and dinner, free computer usage, govt phones, and has other connections with other resources oh and welcomes anyone in the cold. Oh and gives food to those who need it weekly. Would recommend to anyone. Will be back....

Great Place, wonderful opportunity a blessing

Hope Campus and the people tirelessly loyal to Hope Campus are the reason I am where I am today. I had never experienced homelessness and was at my end. I worked the case plan my case manager and intake director and I created tailored to my future and its success. I worked hard and grabbed tightly to all I could learn, secretly hoping someday I could have the chance to bless others now in this situation.Like most things in this world now, though, get negatively labeled and degraded by the very group it was created to assist.I urge anyone, everyone, please call Riverview Hope Campus in Fort Smith Arkansas no matter where you reside and inquire about its operations and offerings and how you might lend them your help no matter its form.

Showers need paint job an cleaning.

Has a lottery pick for people to stay each night. They made just one person sleep outside who has a CPAP machine. Hopefully he doesnt die this winter. Hes a great guy and very humble.

Okay but not the choice place to live

Best transitional facility/shelter I have ever been in the services are beyond exceptional three Square meals a day and so much more I strongly recommend stopping in

Very nice and modern facility with new amenities. They offer housing for emergencies to those in need and even a dog kennel. 3 cooked meals, access to showers, and laundry. Residents also get mail service. Theres an upcoming barber shop and dental office located inside. Right next door is a Mercy clinic.

Their are many good people their but a few are bullied because of some of the people in high places Ive tried to resolve the issue of being bullied but that person still works their God help the homeless my case mgr did their best but didnt know the situation of how bad it was they will help but you have to talk before its to Late like in my case I didnt get what I was trying to get hopefully one day they will fix the problem by removing that person I still give it 4 stars

Much needed. Wide range of facilities and services available. Highly recommend for businesses looking for a team building task to work in the kitchen to help cook and serve the residents. They need volunteers!

I got stuck and stranded in Fort Smith. Im homeless. i have been sleeping in the rain for the last two days because an unknown person clogged the toilets in the facility and Hope Campus will not let the homeless take shelter during inclement weather. while here, ive had to quit one job and pass on another waiting on a semi-permanent bed. this is so because im unable to make the sign up times while working and although there are stated times to sign up for these beds posted in the common areas, in practice those times could be delayed hours past due. i went to a local church and explained my situation, this pastor told me and i quote if you were an active drug user and alcohol user you would probably get a bed that statement from a local pastor compels me to give this place two thumbs down

Never been therw just heear passengers that live thwre talkung abour it. I think its a place wherw good peopke suffer for what bad people do.

It was temporary until I could find an affordable place to rent. Hope Campus offers a variety of different resources for the homeless people willing to try and make a difference in choosing achievable goals.

Not good people at all

Well, I took my friend there and they kicked him out after he got committed in a mental hospital the day after! Worst part is that his clothes got stolen when he got hospitalized because the police wouldn’t let him near them! They ban people with mental illness more than they ban those with drugs and alcohol. There should be a ban on drugs and alcohol on the premises and also group therapy sessions (other than the PTSD one) so other’s lives can improve before I consider increasing my rating!

The people here genuinely care about helping chronically homeless people get on their feet and use all of the available resources to accomplish their mission...

They really have a lot of help and usually good food.

This is good to the homeless but you do have to watch out for those that like the drama . . . .

This place provides awesome support for the service clients they deal with. Being able to contribute back to the community comes with a lot of opportunities. This Campus provides that.

Nice place

New facility, very clean. Staff seems friendly. Food is a little bland and seems very ill planned menu. I was there for lunch, just very dry chicken nuggets and Mac & cheese. A veggie would have been nice.

Well the ppl here are very nice. They were here for us when we got arrested. The cop said they wouldnt tow our vehicle (home),but when we were released 10hrs later our car was GONE.we asked police to put us up in a room bcos our car/home was missing...they gave us a ride to hope campus.

I know that I made a mistake and I got removed from the Harbor House, and I have to accept the fact that I done something wrong. I found out about this place through a friend who said that there is a place to stay that would probably let me stay at and it was this place, Hope Campus. It is not a bad place to stay at, it kept from living on the streets, especially in the cold weather. Im working on getting back into Rehab when I get a chance. Thanks to the Hope Campus for giving me a chance to get back on my feet again.
