If you are planning on using Reynolds guttering or going to work for them dont do it. They do not stand behind their work. I paid $1000 dollars to get mine done and was to pay the rest when it was done look at these pics. The owner said himself it was shoddy work and it all needed taken down and redone, now he says for me to just take the money I did not pay and have it fixed. But no refund. Then bad work. Also you cant reach him. He does not return phone calls or show up when he says he will. He and his wife also hang up on you when speaking about the issue then ignore your phone calls even more.

Made an appointment to get a quote for gutters. They forgot about me. I called to follow up and once they remembered they had made an appointment they lied about being in a meeting and it running late. If they cant follow through with a quote I cant trust them to do a job. Unfortunate because I had used this company 2 years ago with good results. Now it appears someone else is in charge.

Check with BBB before using.

Showed up late for an estimate. Then completely blew me off twice to do the job. Never even called the second tome.

Gutters will not drain, water stays in gutters. Called and went by several times, no response.

He says his work is guaranteed, but its not. He attached a downspout on my porch and now water stands on my porch, around a wooden lost. I called 3 days later and he denied remembering me. He said he would come out. But never did. I went to the place of business but it was locked. I called again and he gave a day he would come out. Still didnt come. Also the guttering on the patio leaks and formed an 12 icicle. He has several numbers to call. But some he doesnt answer. One has a voicemail but you cant leave one. Dont call him! If you do, dont depend on him to redo any of his work. He takes the check and runs! BTW, all he did was brag about his work. Sorry businessman!!

Approach this business with caution, the owner is not trust worthy and there are times you go by there and no one will be there for days, hard to get ahold of and they do not fix their mistakes.
