They installed the gutters and they looked fine but several of them the water was running away from the down spouts. I tried to call them so they could fix the problem. No matter what time you call all you will get is a answering machine. The finally called me and we set up a time for them to fix the gutters and they never showed up or called. So again I tried over and over to call them. Again they called me back and we set another appointment to have them fixed. Again no one showed up to fix them or even called again and as of right now I have gutters that the water runs the wrong way and they wont answer their phone or keep any of the appointment we have schedule. In the end Im left with gutters that hold water and run over the edge. I guess I will have to call someone else to fix my new gutters that this company installed wrong. I will be telling everyone I know not to use this company.

I reached out to this company for an estimate, was very pleased I received a free estimate from a wonderful woman named Felicia. She gave me my estimate and scheduled my home for the following week. The crew came out and completed my home. It was a beautiful color! After my job was complete Felicia came and walked my home with me to make sure I was happy. VERY PLEASED WITH THIS PLACE.

I reached out to them late on a Monday evening asking for an estimate. Within minutes they had communicated with me and scheduled to come out the next day. They were able to give me a quick estimate and completed the work by Wednesday of the same week. They did a great job of matching the gutters to my house. The guys cleaned up after themselves, were nice to my dog and got the work done quickly. I couldnt have asked for anymore from this experience.

These people sent a crew on a Friday around 2 pm to run about 250 feet of gutter and downspouts. They were supposed to be at my home on Thursday, but had a flat on their company service truck. Should have seen the writing on the wall then!! They worked to 8pm and the work was so bad that I called my contractor. He called them on Monday and they sent another crew a week later. The first crew was so bad that the second crew couldnt use any of the parts the first crew had made. When the second crew finished it was much much better but not perfect. Called my contractor again. He called Johnson and they refused to come back and fix their mistakes. I went to Lowes and bought gutter parts and had to repair their mistakes myself. Bad company, bad management and bad employees!!! Have pics to prove my comments!!

I only had me gutters replaced but they was there at 8 am like they said. They completed the job and it looks great and even invited me to lunch with there crew. Highly recommend using them

Great work and nice people! From the estimate to the follow up walk around, the experience was great! I always want to hire people who act like they WANT to do the work I need and appreciate business. That is exactly what I got when I called!

I had to cancel my first appointment because of a possible Covid-19 contamination, due to my wifes profession. I informed company of this and receptionist did not relay this to crew, or even acknowledge my notice and guy did show up for original appointment. Of course, ethically I had to cancel. However, after receiving the greenlight, I attempted to reschedule through a now rude and totally uninterested receptionist with unparalleled worthlessness, to no success. Texts, a call every few days, nor voicemails worked. I then attempted to contact the husband. Quite friendly at the time. Claimed to schedule appointment for 8am and I call 30 minutes after, the day of- to be hung up on and ignored. Company clearly wanted petty revenge for my original cancellation. I expect a cookie cutter response of Weve never done business with you. Or Our records indicate... Save it. Ill save my time and gladly spend my money elsewhere.

The crew was extremely friendly, helpful, and honest. With all the rain that we have been having, we had water coming in our back door and were concerned about possible water damage.
