My parents just moved from Kansas City to the Fort Smith area and chose Elmer’s Chem-Dry as the service to clean their new house that they bought. When I first did a walk through of the house with my parents I thought they were going to have to get all new flooring, because the floors in their new house were in such bad shape. However, Elmer and his crew came in and turned these floors into brand new. The carpet was brand new again, the hard floors were beautiful, and the once grey grout in the tile floors was white again!! It was truly a miracle and the cost was much less then having to get brand new flooring throughout the whole house. I met with Elmer recently to get a quote for carpet/tile cleaning. We ended up getting our floors done, deep cleaning inside and outside (pressure washing) our home, and our patio sealed. We had our carpets cleaned on 7/2/19. The two gentlemen on the job were very courteous and knowledgeable. Carpets turned out great and looked almost like new. First time for a chem dry cleaning and definitely will use it again. Have had carpets cleaned with steam 2 times before and didn’t come as clean and drying time for the steam was an all nighter. I do recommend chem dry of Crawford and Sebastian county very highly.

This guy came over to my house because I had spilled a drink you made a large red stain on the floor. If you days have passed and I had also tried to clean it up with different chemicals. I was truly in the mindset that the stain would never come out.I called this company and the guy showed up and used to some chemicals on the stain and did something with a towel and they came right up off the floor within moments. I thought I was looking at a magic trick, it looked like a brand new carpet again!These people definitely know what they are doing. They were super friendly and low priced. Our carpet is several years old. We have two dogs and two cats, all of whom shed like mad. I havent ever used a carpet cleaning service before. I called and got an appointment for the next day. They were delayed, but called to let me know when to expect them. They explained the process, suggested I let them do a pre-spray and told me up front how much extra it would cost. Chem-Dry did a great job with our new house. They cleaned​ both the tile and carpets. The tile looked almost brand new after they were done and the same with the carpet.I couldnt even tell what color the grout was but when Elmer and his team were done it looked great. They did a great job of getting out the stains and giving the carpet a fresh look. They were also very friendly and I highly recommend them if you are looking for a deep cleaning of your floors.

House had strong urine smell from dogs, They cleaned the carpet and it looked new. When finished we could still smell some Urine. He went and brought in a Black light and showed me that there was urine in the tile grout also. They brought in another machine and cleaned the tile. Now you would never know there were dogs in the house.

Let me tell you..in 1997, (That is 10 years ago) the carpets were cleaned by C-Dry of Crawford and Sebastian County. At that time there were 5 rooms cleaned.Now I am selling my home and I called this carpet cleaning company. I spoke to Maria and she set up a time that was good for me and assured me that they would take care of everything.I was not expecting all the steps that were taken to clean the carpets. This job was not short and sweet and run away kind of job.I took a photo when I felt the job was about finished and Elmer said, Wait until we clean the carpet. Then he explained that the process was just getting started.There was a room upstairs that did not even look like the carpet had ever been used, and the sun fade and dirt from the plants were non-existent.Have I said enough to convince you that I am impressed.
