Lots of soap in the manual wash bays which is great just bring enough money to get your car rinsed

The automatic machines are a ripoff. The tire shine and premium wax and shine does not work. Of course the owner doesn’t put his phone number anywhere for a refund.

Went to use this car wash in Greenwood, put my money in the pressure washer, before I could grab the wand it flew out of the tube that held it and hit me in the face and arms as well as my leg, also putting two dents in my car, I removed my car from the wash bay and put another 75 cents in the machine and took a video of the wand flying around the bay. I attempted to contact the owner several times, leaving a return phone number, never received any call or message. Come to find out many people I knew have had similar situations with this run down car wash, its a money pit rip off, do yourself a favor and go to the one east of town in the Alon, good well kept car wash.

I went there and paid 12 dollars for an automated wash. Nothing happened. Stuck my debit in there again and nothing happened. Charged my card both times for a grand total of 24 dollars robbed from me. I called and no one picked up. I had to call another number entirely for someone to tell me that they had to contact someone else for me, and I would get a call back and get a full refund. Nothing happened. No call. No refund.

Dont use your debit card at the car wash charged me 10$ and never would start. What a rip off..

Love coming up to the Snow Cone place they have so many varieties it would take forever to try them all they are fast and efficient and always make my order to perfection!!!

Used to hate this place but its been kept in much better shape then it was. Come here all the time now.

Please please dont go to this car wash. I did, and wanted to use the automatic car wash, it took $18.00 off my debit card, with no way to get my money back. They will not answer the phone, and you can not catch them at the car wash... So please save your money, and go to another car wash!!

Does not always work

Good water pressure and sometimes they will hand pre-wash before the machine wash. Sometimes it doesnt get all the soap off, but thats hit and miss anywhere.

Tire cleaner seemed watered down. So did the foam brush. It took a bit to get the soap to come out of it

Wash water was cold. Did not seem to have much soap, of any during the wash cycle. Very little foam when using foam brush. ****4 stars for the triple foam, wax and clear coat****

The shampooers do not work but it will definitely take your money! Dont bother with this car wash.

Automatic wash didn’t work. Glad I only spent $5. The machine takes your money very well. Told a guy working there and he said he would tell the owner. How does that get my refund? Last visit here for me. Have to give a star to rate but zero stars from me.

There was an issue with the automatic wash, causing it to stop before it fully started. I called the number expecting to leave a message, suck up the five bucks, and get out to wash the layers of mud off in my full Joker costume and makeup. Not only did I get an answer, but he went above and beyond to reset the washer for me and gave me an upgrade. I refreshingly pleased with the service here.!!!

Lots of options for cleaning your car and love how it takes cards or money

The overhead hose connection dripped the entire time right where my car door opens, the handle held wand leaked the entire time so my shoes are extra wet. The pre-soak and spot free rinse pressure was so low that it was hard to get enough liquid on the car. The soap was not heated so it made the wash rather ineffective. And the spot free rinse did not provide any spot-free chemical evidently. It just seemed like it was spraying water on the car and none of the water on the car was running off.

Hot water works,they have clear coat,wax and more

It’s used to look abandoned like no one was there but finally it looks like someone is there everyday keeping it really clean and looks really good

Vacuums are trash

Nothing works!! The place looks nice from the road thats about it the place for you to hang car mats worthless they dont clamp down on your mats be careful some machines even take your change!!

The automatic car wash ($12) started to put soap on my Expedition and then just stopped working completely. So I called Ralph and he promised to send me a refund. This was around the first of May 2017. Well, I still havent received the refund and Ralph has stopped responding to any messages and blocked me from commenting on their Facebook page.I HIGHLY recommend you go somewhere else.

Meh - the automatic has never worked properly and when I went today, the bays were not great. Half the options that weren’t just straight high spray and soap didn’t work (tire cleaner, bug remover, etc...). There are better places by far. They’ve also cut the amount of time per quarter to 45 seconds, instead of a minute. I know others do this too, but it’s a REALLY annoying money grab.

Im at Da Bayou. Not the car wash. The snocones here are the best! So good, in fact, Im willing to drive 40 minutes to and from to get one.

Washed my car well. Drive thru and its done easily. Vacuumed the car out as well. My place to go to clean my car in Fort Smith.

Edit 2019Second time the auto carwash has messed up on me in recent months. This time I called their number and it has been changed. So, I checked the website which is no longer up. Will not be coming back.2017Open 24hrs and keeps the light on at night. I like being able to come home from a trip even at 12am and be able to wash off the bugs.

I have brought 2 of my cars here 3 times! The 1st time was good 2nd it didnt clean the back end & now this time it barely washed it period! Will not be wasting my money here again!!!

Machine took a $5 bill and told me to drive forward, then abruptly stopped mid-wash. Had to take it through a second time to wash off the soap. The second time it didn’t wash off all the soap, plus it never dried the car. Phone number listed is no longer valid. Not a good way to do business...

Update: decided to give it another try today, since I saw it working. So I pulled into line and waited; there was another SUV in line in front of me. Well. Toilet cash, but the wash itself never turned on, and then it kept telling me to wait bc there was someone in front of me, and The was was in use. We tried to use the refund button, too. Never worked.Terrible! I recently tried to use the auto wash, and put in $10, and nothing ever happened. This was the second time I had given this place a try, only to have it take my money and never even turn the water on. Called the number, which is now out of order. Today, a friend of mine texted me that the exact same thing happened to her. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau about this, after reading all of these terrible reviews and knowing that it’s apparently just common practice with this company. What a disgrace.

Id like to give an update. They contacted me and reimbursed the $21 I was out and ran my car through the Carwash. I am glad they resolved the issue and made it right.I have spent all day trying to contact the owner and the phone is always busy even late at night. I paid for a 10.00 wash and it didnt do anything. I thought I mightve hit the wrong button because the voice is hard to understand so I went through again spending another 10.00. This time it went halfway through the wash and shut off leaving soap all over my car. I had to dig out enough quarters to rinse the soap off my car. I will be checking into the better business bureau tomorrow about this.

Paid for a drive thru wash, my credit card went through and told me to pull forward but the wash didnt start. I was given the owners number and he drove from Greenwood, reset his system and gave me a free wash​ for my next visit. Taking care of the customer always gets 5 Stars from me

Automatic car wash destroyed my car. Owner wouldn’t pay for damages. I have a brand new car!

Tried washing my car tonight the scrub brush in my tunnel had a hole in it. 😫 I put all my quarters in and Sprayed it off first then turned on the brush went around my car to pick it up and got covered in blue soap. ☹️ I had my favorite cream shirt on still trying to get the blue spots out of it 😡

I used to wash my previous car here until I discovered the brushes were leaving scratches on my car. I never complained and continued to use the vacuums and clean out my car here regularly for years. Today the owner comes up to me insinuating Im only using his facilities for his free trash cans.. right after I paid to use his vacuums. He was very rude to me, he refused to hear my complaint about his mohair brushes etc.. I cannot imagine why any business owner would walk up to a paying customer and treat them this way, especially when the facilities lease much to be desired and there are at least a dozen other competitors I could give my business to.

Missing quite a few features that most car washes have. When I went, they did not have working vending machines for the cleaning supplies, the vacuums were a bit weak, and the trash cans were almost entirely covered making it hard to throw away trash. It works as a car wash, but it was not pleasant.

Favorite place to go to clean my car. When he is there he always goes above th normal car washes you go to.

Very well maintained, best self serve car wash in Fort Smith by far.

I use this carwash frequently and today i put a 20 dollar bill in for a 10 dollar car wash and didnt recieve any change. I needed the change for the vacuums. You ow me 10 dollars! Phone number is always busy and website cannot be reached wth!

Pretty clean but the change machine is hard to use.

The car wash didnt work and there was no one there to help and no way to get a refund. Neither the phone number, website, or Facebook were any help.

Great value for your money.

Spent $10 and had soap all over my car when it was done .. So I had to get out and rinse it after going through drive through.
