Smeared oil all over my car, left scratches that werent there before, dude in charge made one of the employees try to wipe the oil off but he didnt try at all, never offered an apology, just gave me a corporate number to call, also kept trying to say I was lying and that his car wash could never do that. Car wasnt even dirty before I drove thru, just had a light pollen dusting.

It didnt clean my car all the way later seen that I still had dirt on my car. Will not use again. Spend 18 bucks on a car wash that didnt clean my car good.

Talked me into the Ultimate car wash for $13 claimed theyd scrub it down...well they missed the whole top of the car! Free vacuums but only one spot actually has enough suction to clean the carpets. I complained and they promptly washed again, but stated the roof isnt included in the scrub. Since they were kind and fixed the issue I gave a 4. Fix the vaccume area for a 5.

Constantly closed even on sunny days like today. Something is always broke or they have run out. Cant get ahold of anyone. As much as they are closed dont get the unlimited pass, not worth it!!!

Got car washed and non of the vacuums were on, had to wait 5 minutes to be let out of the parking lot because they forgot the exit chain up. Don’t try and add anything to your wash you have to walk back around and ask for it, I really don’t think there are packages because I watched 3 vehicles the other day go in, and each cycle looked the same.

The employees were very helpful in changing my account. Very knowledgeable .

There was no soap hardly at all and it left dirt everywhere the brushes was hardly spinning and definitely not worth 13 dollars, not even worth the time stopping, I believe driving in the rain would have done more. I never leave reviews but this was just that bad

Paid for their $22 wash —the top one—- was told it would get writing from the dealer off my car it didn’t. Also still had some paw prints from cats and plant pollen left on car after wash. The car was supposed to be dried but their were dried water drops on one side of the car

I would not use this car wash again my wheels were still dirty my tires were dirty my back tailgate and window was still dirty and I had soap left on the front hood and window of my car it was not was rinsed off. I used the super Wash that was $10 and I actually should get a refund I have called and complained and Im waiting for someone to call back terrible car wash .

Nice car wash that offers a disposable towel for after the wash. The vacuums are nice and the overall area is clean. Entrance is a little awkward right now. You have to enter from the West most drive to get in the wash line. The East entrance only take you to the vacuums, with it being coned off to get to the wash line. Good wash at a reasonable price.

I pay monthly for the unlimited package but they have been closed for over a week now because of the weather which has only been bad for the last 3 days. Then they were closed for another week last month for remodel. Im terminating my monthly contract. The Rogers avenue location is the worst one as far as quality, my truck has to go through twice to get clean and it is never very dirty to begin with.

Used this car wash before & wasn’t disappointed. Today, chose the ultimate. Doesn’t seem any better than the basic & left with soap still dripping off my car. Probably just get the basic from now on

I used to love this place now its like theres no upkeep no one cares the vacuum hoses dont have no suction used to pull up kid will spray stuff on my car before entering now the get you aligned and walk away

Why is the wash closed on a sunny day in the middle of the week? I have a fleet account and can not get my trucks washed after all of this nasty weather.

20 bucks and car wasnt clean vacuum didnt have enough suction to vacuum the floors actually tried 2 different 1s. Felt like I was cheated out of hard earned money

Attendance are always good.But the aquipment or wash itself really poor job . I only go there when Im in a hurry - the vacuums only half the stalls even work place is poorly maintained.This has been posted before doesnt seem to help

I do not believe it is worth $21 for the top slot, I could not tell a difference between the $13 slot and up.

The people are nice, the carwash itself doesnt seem to get as soapy as the one on Phoenix Ave and the one in Van Buren

Paid $20 for a pamphlet, and rag.After letting the machine wash my car, I pulled in to vacuum my car. I noticed a sheen of dirt covering the vehicle. I had to drive to the self service Kwiki Car Wash to knock off the dirt left from the automated wash. Worst car wash Ive ever experienced.I think my car was actually more dirty after visiting. Avoid this car wash.

Ive been there twice, I was given a gift card and both times my car didnt get clean....so I will not be going back

I haven’t been real impressed since this car wash was Star but in our area we don’t have a big selection so with that I just have to accept it and go on. However today I’m really not happy. I pay for the monthly wash for 3 vehicles, and between the 3 of us in the house we probably drive through once a day. In early June I got a new debit card from the bank because mine had expired and made it a point to go give them the new card so no one in the family had any issues cleaning their cars. The lady that “helped” me took all my information, updated all the cars got home address went through the whole 15 minute process again and for some reason didn’t update MY NEW CARD! I get the call that the husbands wash was declined because of non payment, so I ask to speak the someone there and was told they were too busy to talk on the phone so call back after 5:00, apparently after 5:00 they were still to busy because I couldn’t ever get anyone on the phone. My bank told me the business tried to use the expired card for payment so after making the trip there, taking the time to cover things on my end their end can’t get a simple transaction done right. I will attempt this one more time, however I don’t have high expectations at this point.
