I travel to this area on occasion and when I need a hair cut in this area I wont go anywhere but this place. Both guys in that place do an awesome job. Tripp has cut my hair before and this time I tried Bradley since he had a beard and I wanted my beard trimmed up and shaped (Tripp does beards as well). The atmosphere and the other clients were awesome. Played a little pool while I was waiting. Got a good quality haircut and beard trim for a more than fair price.

Just moved to Ft Smith decided to try true Gents and glad I did. Shop nice and clean, the owner was welcoming & a nice guy and is a great barber. this will be my new barber. Highly recommend.

I would have to say that this is the best barber shop i’ve ever been to. The environment is very masculine and comfortable. The owner greeted me with a very respectable approach. While I was waiting for my haircut I enjoyed a hot complimentary cup of coffee, listened to some very relaxing music and played some pool. Also, the shop and bathrooms are extremely clean! I highly recommend anyone to visit True Gents Barbershop! You will not be disappointed!

Amazing shop with a great atmosphere, and provides excellent service and it was truly one of the best haircuts I have had in a long time.

Stopped by today (Wednesday around 430) and no one was there. No posted change of hours or any info on their Facebook page. Cant rate their service but not being open when your hours say you should be is a red flag for me.Will try once more and edit my review to reflect the service if they are open.

This is a new barber shop in town and he has cut my hair and my 8 and 5 year olds hair and has done a great job and is super personable.
