Jodys towed my vehicle that was parked on private property and they did there job I Guess far as I was allowed to see but i was physically not able to get to after my all wheel drive became a 3 wheeler ... Took me almost 8 days to figure out who towed it cause the business it was parked at was vacant .... But they charged me 173 for the tow... They towed it maybe an this is literally being generous they towed it 2 blocks ... Plus 60 dollar stage fee I believe 8 days they want close to a grand but would take 550 an give me a week to get it and then theyd take it on more fees ..as a medium duty wrecker operator my self I know pricing and what your costs are ... And they would not allow me to get a dam thing from my vehicle or look at it until 550 was paid which is against ar towing an recovery law. ... Ive let more then 45 days pass and should have wrote this review earlier ....

Consistently excellent service. A trunk full of groceries on this hot Saturday afternoon on the Kelly Street Wal Mart parking lot! Super crew they have. Our last service was several years ago when they lovingly carried our VW bus to their shop for restorative work. Thank you!

I had an oil change and they were very thorough. They showed me the air filter that was very dirty, I guess Orr Nissan never bothered to check it. I will be taking my vehicle to Jodys from now on.

Very polite respectful employee that towed my motorcycle in a pinch last night did not get his name but he drives the 2017 kw. He treated this fellow operator very respectfully and asked if I liked how the bike was tied down and I appreciate that very much. Took me from the border of Oklahoma to Tulsa without hesitation. So hats off to the operator last night.

We had car trouble on a road trip. Phillip and JR at Jodys took care of us like we were family. Before they closed the day I got my car back better than when we started out on this trip. My only regret is that we live too far away to make them our regular mechanic shop.

Went for some exhaust pipe the cut it to the length I needed and flared it for a perfect easy fit.

Had a wreck on my Harley then was life lighted to little rock for 2 weeks just to find out they charged me over 400 to tow my bike less than 10 miles and 40 a day while I was in the hospital received over an 800 bill talk about kicking me while I was down

On one occasion, my vehicle refused to start because the fuel pump had gone out. Unfortunately, I discovered this at the beginning of what would have otherwise been a regular lunch hour. I called Jodys and they had it towed to their location where they began assessing/working on it immediately. After they replaced the pump, an employee picked me up from my place of business and drove me to their shop to get it. I cant say enough about these guys, their service is exceptional!

Jodys was at my house in Hackett within 25 mins of me calling! Sheridon had the keys out of my car in 7 minutes! I had called pop-a-lock first and they said they would be out in 30 minutes... called after 50 minutes and they said it would be another 45 minutes cause he took another call in Fort Smith first! Jodys will be my first and only call for any of my needs! A+

Never going there again they took three hours to look at my F150 and I was the only car there. They gave me a quote to fix the truck then got mad when I said I would bring in my own part. Then they changed their quote to almost $400 twice of what they said before. They charge you $40 just to hook up the computer to see whats wrong with it, also a $5 FEE because they use their tools on your car..They even told me I made them behind... I was the only car there for six hours...The only reason I took it there was cause I didnt have any tools... it was an hour job that took too long. I give it two stars just for the woman in the office and John who were the only nice ones there. but in the end my truck is working.

My wifes Murano had the tailpipe seperate from the muffler. I made an appointment and they got me in pretty quick. With the prices so high recently, I was expecting bad news and a hefty bill. They welded it up in no time, brought me the keys and said to have a nice day. No charge? I was dumbfounded. This is the type of business that I was raised up with. Customer service! He said to just tell my friends about them. My wife was certainly pleased and I can not recommend any place above Jodys! A very nice surprise and a quiet Murano again!
