Love the Fort Pierce location! Everyone is very inviting and welcoming and treats you like family. The staff are all extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Santos always goes above and beyond and I wouldnt go anywhere else!

We love our new furniture, and got an amazing price too it was just what we were looking for! The Sales person and Manager Bryan was very nice and friendly and it didnt hurt he was from the great State of NJ! I even went across the street after looking what Buddys had to offer but that other rent to own establishment didnt come close to not only the price but the selection as well! If your looking for the Buddys we went to in Ft. Pierce on US hwy. 1 and you have to Google the directions, like me, drive slowly because its set back alittle in a tiny plaza and I accidentally drove right past it even though thier moving truck is parked in the parking lot up front for more of a visual landmark!

I have my kids room in my living room furniture from this place I absolutely love it but what I love the most about it is the customer service Brian the store manager is so nice kind patient really tries to help you and goes above and beyond to get you exactly what you’re looking for !!!!! And wants to get the best deal possible !!! I recommend Buddy’s and ask for Brian

I’ve been renting from the company for about a year now and from beginning until now Calvin has been my go-to person, from answering questions about my account to helping me adjust payments he is the absolute best hands down

These guys will work with you, they are on point just dont avoid them let them know why you cant pay on time and they will help well I cant add a second review so I just picked up a 3000$ laptop to rent they work with my mom in law and Im happy to continue renting pieces from them cause they are dedicated to their work and customers

Where do I even start? Buddys Home Furnishing has to be one of the worst places Ive ever rented anything from. Not only did they charge my credit card for $500 (instead of $250) they also brought me the wrong item. I ordered a 29 inch (white) LG ultrawide monitor with IPS and HDR. What did I get? A black one (27 inches) without IPS and HDR. The person that took my order is obviously incompetent and shouldnt be working there if he cant follow simple directions.I had to wait two weeks for my item to come in the mail and its not even what Im paying for. If youre thinking of shopping here dont. Did I mention theyll threaten you with jail time if you want to get out of your contract?

I purchased a living set in December. My daughter also purchased her a bedroom set. There was a mix up with our agreements. It was very hetic, but Calvin smoothed everything out. He took his time to explain how my payments are setup. Great Job Calvin. Thank you.

In December, I purchased a twin bedroom set. Santos got me squared away. I was in and out. My mom also made a purchase that day of a couch. Somehow, our agreements got added together. It was alot of confusion. After dealing with Calvin the credit manager, everything was smoothed out. I even was able to purchase another bedroom set. Thank you so much Calvin.

Calvin and Bryan helped me and my fiance fantastically. They walked us through, made sure we found exactly what we were looking for. They were extremely nice and was determined that we left out with what we needed. Would definitely recommend those two to anyone. Deserves more than 5 stars. 2 Thumbs Up!!!!!!!

Let me start off by saying Santos is a great asset to the company!! However, the new manager Brian is not! He was very rude and unhelpful. He basically said I needed to wait for Santos to return to work to resolve my minor but yet important issue. He advised me that Buddys changed their policy over night regarding when payments are due. You can longer make payments on your payday, you have to make it the Saturday before. If not made Saturday you will be charged a late fee. Have purchased several things at this location and never heard of this New policy! Very disappointed.

These guys are the BEST!! They are always more than happy to work with you on payment plans, and all of there merchandise (and trust me, I have a lot of it! ) is always like new, and of something does happen to go wrong with it, they are there first thing to fix it with no problem! I would recommend this place to anyone, especially if you need to restart furnishing your home!

Great shopping experience. Had a few hiccups but they very quickly resolved and made absolutely certain our experience was spectacular!!

I would recommend only Santos & the other handsome tall guy to do any business with. They are very professional and explains your contract in great detail..if only the entire crew was this way. The little short tiny black guy whom stays in front of the building filling his tiny lungs with cigarette smoke with the leather couch looking lips has a very slick mouth. The other tiny guy who wears glasses with the hair shedding at the top is also incompetent and I believe hes the manager lol what a joke

I applied for the ps4 spiderman bundle yesterday bryan called me yesterday right after i got off work do i went to the store to fill out the paperwork. It was such an easy experience he has tons of knowledge pertaining to his job and he made the process very easy i was in and out with a brand new ps4 in under an hour i would deffinately recommend

After over a year as a reliable paying customer, Eli the manager made mistakes on my account that could not resolved. Eli left and Mike took his place. Mike was quiet and well spoken but would rather lose a good customer than trying to repair his predecessors mistakes. Walked across the street to Aarons. Im happy now. Wish i could give zero stars for customer service.
