Captain Mark has to be one of the best charter captains around, if not THE best. Every time were out, its always a great time, and I fill the fridge. He knows the best spots, and when to be there. If weather conditions are bad, his honesty and willingness to reschedule says a lot too. Hes not just looking for a dollar, he wants to put you on the biggest fish he can, and makes every attempt to make it happen.
