We loved our rental. Had a great afternoon on the water. Everyone was nice and friendly, rental procedure was easy and fast. Security deposit was sent back the same day!

Was a great experience & couldnt say anymore kind words! Originally booked a reservation with Saltys and they were not able to accommodate my group. Treasure coast was able to get us in and out quickly! With a seamless and easy process. Even was provided with a link for the boating safety education course to complete ahead of time! 5/5

Great experience from the beginning til the end. .easy rental. Prompt return of deposit.. friendly and knowledgeable staff.. price cant be beat. We saw turtles. Dolphin and our friend caught many catfish.. both our little dogs enjoyed the boat also. We really enjoyed our day on a 22 Pontoon Boat from Treasure Coast Boat Rentals. The price cant be beat, the customer service was excellent and super-friendly and the boat was in great shape and accommodated 3 adults and 6 teenagers with ease. We had an amazing time fishing in the Fort Pierce Inlet State Park and exploring the surrounding spoil islands. Definitely will be back to rent again soon.

Marty and Coleen were awesome! They run an amazing facility and some great boats. I took my family out for a day on the water and we had the time of a lifetime. I ran into a small glitch with my bank and they were courteous and helpful throughout the entire process. I absolutely will use them again and will definitely recommend them. Had a great time today on the Indian River! The boat was very nice with two live wells for fishing and many compartments for storage. The owner Marty met us at the dock when we came back in and was very good to us! 5 Stars for a good reputable company.

I called an hour ago the lady told me I didn’t need a reservation to rent a jet ski & I even told her I was on vacation that I was 35 minutes away once we got there they said they were closed which it was a waste of time driving there and the drive back. The website says they closed until 7 but the lady confirmed to us we were fine to go and the guy was rude he said he couldn’t help us.

Have rented from these guys and gals many times over the past several years and always had a great experience. The staff is friendly, answers all questions and is good at giving local insights. The boats are reliable and clean, and there is a nice selection. Some show signs of wear, but hey -- its a boat that gets pounded by water and sun. Its normal. Overall, consistently good service and value. Ill leave you with one tip when renting a boat (anywhere): Check the weather BEFORE you book. Its South Florida, yall. Rain happens. So pick a day of sunshine!

I have been to a lot of bait and tackle shops.......this is hands down the finest! It may not be the largest with huge overhead but they do have everything you do or will need. The owner and his wife are super nice and unlike ALL the other bait shops, they will help you out and point you in the right direction to CATCH FISH!

For those of us that aren’t regular seafarers the staff (Marty) is exceptional in making you feel comfortable, offering direction and highlighting how to make the most of your experience. Extremely clean and comfortable boat with Bluetooth capability for your listening pleasure. A great way to spend an afternoon with family and our pup. Highly recommend!

The best in the sport fishing business. Terrific selection of terminal tackle, rods & reels, great bait -- trolling, live or bottom selections and of course advice. The staff always welcome you and remain happy youre there because they are happy doing what they do -- enjoying time on the water. The inshore and offshore charters always produce a fun day. The boat rentals deliver a memorable time on the river. I keep my boat docked at Fishermans Wharf and find TCBR the best neighbors and always helpful supplying my fishing and boating needs. Try them out for a pleasant experience.

Treasure Coast Boat rentals helped make our Memorial Day awesome! We had an epic day! After many times of being skunked and not catching any fish Treasure Coast Boat Rentals helped us land a good one. We also had all the other boaters jealous at our new ride. If you want to catch fish and be the stars of the river Treasure Coast Boat Rentals is the way to go!

I was visiting the area and used Treasure Coast Bait and Tackle to purchase live shrimp. After talking with an employee / owner from behind the front desk the recommendation was for 5 doz shrimp. After talking they had recommended that I purchase an 02 tablet to ensure that my shrimp would remain alive until I was to get back for fishing that evening. I was clear in my explaining that I would be gone for approximately four hours and they were very confident in selling and assuring me that the bait would be fine as long as I kept it in my A/C hotel out of direct sunlight. 4 hours later I came back to all of my bait being dead. Fishing was not successful for Snook with dead shrimp that night and after calling the bait shop in the morning to explain what happened they informed me they would never warranty bait and theres no way 5 doz shrimp will survive 4 hours with only an 02 tablet.My recommendation to the bait shop is to give an out of state customer such as myself good accurate advice. If you know that theres no way for 5 doz shrimp to live for four hours in a bait bucket, dont up sell the customer on an 02 tablet and sell them a whole 5 doz shrimp. As a customer I am coming to you, the subject matter expert, for advice and will do whats recommended to help me catch fish while on vacation.

Terrible experience with this company. They were fine until they tried to chrge us an extra $100 for our rental. Told us to be in at 5pm which was later than expected. We got in before that and they said they were charging us an extra $100 for being late.Do not do business with this company.

We had two large boats we planned to rent for my bachelor party booked in advance. We are all from out of town and were flying out the next day. On the day of our boat rental it rained all day and this company refused to let us on the water, which is understandable. They refused to give us a refund even though they are the ones who didnt let us on the water. They even refused to allow us on the boat in the docks, which we tried to do since we had these reservations. I can understand no refunds if they lost business because of our cancellation and losing business by holding a false reservation. However, nobody was allowed to go out that day so the fact they kept our money is just an example how this company doesnt care about its customers and just wants to rip you off. There are plenty of other 1 star reviews on this thread which had negative customer service experiences with Treasure Coast Boat Rentals, you can add our group to that list. I hope they enjoyed stealing our money and knowing we are telling everyone we know our story and hope our friends, family, and acquaintances boycott this place forever.In Response to Treasure Coast Boat Rental MessageThank you for taking the time to respond. Like I mentioned I understand keeping our money if we cancelled last minute, since in that situation you would have held our reservation and lost potential business from others due to holding a boat for us that was never used. However, due to weather NOBODY was allowed out the day of our reservation. So, your business never provided a service to us, you never gave us a boat rental. Due to the weather, we didn’t cost you any money from other business. So, when you don’t provide a service or a good, yet keep the money that makes me feel like you stole our money. I am not here to debate or question your paperwork which apparently suggest that behavior is okay. You are defending your actions by saying it’s in the paperwork. Regardless of your paper work its poor customer service to take someone money when you never provided the service agreed upon, and on our end, we did not nothing.

Great boat at a reasonable price. No issues. Had a beautiful boat ride and fishing trip. Had to cut it short because if rain though. No fault of theirs.

We had a one day two boat reservation but the owner would not give us even a partial refund and also wouldnt let us take the boats out for what she claimed was hazardous weather. Also would not give her name over the phone. If it is not possible to provide any service to any customers why do you get to keep the $$$??

Terrible customer service. Rented boats but werent allowed to use because weather. Visiting from out of town, but only offered a rain delay, which were unable to redeem since we wont be back in the next year. Spoke to owner who refused to even give us her name over the phone. Kept our money but did not provide any services. Strongly recommend NOT doing business with this place.

These people are real scumbags!! Last June I rented a boat from this place and they wanted a 500 dollar security deposit on top of the 400+ for the rental. To make a long story short I took the boat to the mouth of the inlet in ft pierce on the flattest day when the water was crystal blue. and at the end of the day they refused to give my security deposit back because they said I went out of there area? I mean what kind of noise is that? I thought a security deposit was for Incase of damages? Guess not with these scumbag scammers. The only reason they have any good reviews is because they had to get family and friends to help them out or paid people off. Don’t believe anything these scammers say you will be left disappointed

This is my go to bait shop. I almost hate sharing it because they have the angriest shrimp on the treasure coast. The staff is the best! Always has a smile and sense of humor that I appreciate. Ask about the shrimp warranty lol. Plenty of Tackle and great boats to rent at reasonable prices. Its located down by the fishermans warf and a short walk from the black pearl boat ramp. If you are going out on the water stop here for your essentials you wont be disappointed.

Do not trust this place, we had a pontoon reservation and they cancelled on us the day before Mothers Day at 2 pm. They said their pontoon broke and it was nothing else they could do. After posting this the company did reach out to reiterate that fortunatley they were able to accomdate our needs next week for a boat rental. We requested the boat for this weekend. Instead of reachig out to any locals seeing if there were any other rentals available like a good business with well trained personnel in costumer service would do. She called me infront of my family to argue about my post. Im very upset at how this company handled this situation and will be taking my business and family else where.
