Very Great people to deal with doesnt get any better

Jerry took our work truck in for a diagnostic scan despite having an extremely busy schedule he still found time to inspect my truck and even personally met with me so I could pick it up! Really great shop, reccomended.

They go above and beyond with their service . Jerry is great at getting the right parts and keeping you informed.

I was inquiring a vehicle from one of the sales rep there Deanda Jennifer and she was rude and shady. I was on my way up to the dealership and once i asked for a carfax she denied me a sale and kicked me to the curb and stated that they do not do car faxes on cheap cars. So, I insisted that I can get my own carfax if she would provide the VIN # she ignored me at first and when i persisted, she just said no and blocked me. Seems like fraud to me...A car is a car, cheap or not. If your investing money into something like this, the customer deserves to know what they are buying. And for this, I am giving 1 star and would never look their direction for a sale.

As an employee of St. Lucie Automotive, I would like to state that the review from Melanie Clemente is not for this facility. We do not sell vehicles here, we are a repair facility. We do not use carfax, again as we are not a used car dealership. Google has been contacted, however due to the corona virus they have stated they are short staffed, but it will eventually be removed.

St. Lucie Automotive has been fixing my vehicles for years. They are thorough, pleasant, affordable and trustworthy. There is a reason the lot is filled with fleet vehicles, RVs and family cars and trucks; people trust St. Lucie with their vehicles because they do a great job. Good shop for your diesel trucks. Very knowledgeable staff.Tight yard but worth the wait for repairs.
