Dont get the extended warranty its a scam they dont honor whats in the contract very unprofessional im being tossed around like a piece of trash and they just keep pointing the finger back and forth now i have to get a attorney

Very slow service. Even with an appointment I typically wait 3+ hours for an oil change. I only even come here because I have a maintenance contract, once that is up I will never come back.
