Cool Air Solutions are professional, clean, well organized and amazingly neat. Does the fact that a woman owns the company contribute to this. Bottom line a bought a 16 year old townhouse in Vero Beach. System was original and junk. Spoke to a few local companies plus Lowe’s and no on seemed able to explain what I needed and were unable to give a quote “at this time”. Cool Air in clean and organized trucks were installing a unit across the street. I asked one of the techs if I could get a quote. Politely he said he was not authorized but the estimator was nearby. Follow me. Jeff shows up, looks at the system, determines its junk and outlines a replace system in terms even I understood. The price was instant and more than fair. I said that I was a snowbird and needed a net based thermostat. Included in the price.... 4 days later the system is in. My house with new rugs and freshly painted walls looks unmolested. I cannot tell you what a great experience this has been.

Super easy experience from beginning to end. Came home to find a 82 degree house, called at 5:15 pm hoping to get scheduled for the next day, and they came out that same night by 7pm. They got the A/C cooling and came back the next day to replace the broken part. This is one of the advantages of using a smaller company, they are quick and easy to deal with. Awesome customer service. Highly recommend.

Recently I had been advised to contact Jeff owner of the company concerning replacing my 21 year old Trane AC unit. It was way past time replace it and of course I had contacted the Trane dealers in the area. The estimates were quite high and so I contacted Cool Air. Jeff came promptly gave me an estimate- was really nice as was his wife and away we went. I was extremely pleased in the quality of the installation. Jeff is one HARD worker. Though the unit is very new I would still say contact them for your cool/heat needs. Thanks to both he and his wife for making this situation pleasant.
