Pretty good little rental. Nice people! In my honest opinion… I don’t believe they should allow people who’ve never drove anything bigger than a car to drive a van bigger than a mobile bus.

First they sent us to simple storage and said they had a truck in fortoglethorpe ga and drove out there for mothing and they sent us to east ridge tn and they had nothing there .they have given us the run around all day and we still have yet to get a dam truck

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED - Move on, not the place you want to do business. Made reservation with U-haul scheduling department, assured truck was available at this location. Upon arrival, I was informed that truck was already reserved on the previous day based on a handwritten note on yellow sticky pad. Huh?! What?! Why is U-haul telling me its available? Why are you pointing at computer screen saying it shows available? Answer - its not available. Never got a reasonable answer. Never heard Im sorry with alternative option. Asked multiple times for local owner of this location, no answer, just told to call 800 number. Horrible customer service with zero professionalism. If you are recording truck reservations on a yellow sticky pad & not in the data base for the scheduling dept to access, how can you be trusted with any thing else.

We had an Excellent experience at this location this weekend. We rented a 26 for 3 days. After our first load we realized we didnt need a truck that large for the remainder so we returned it and got a smaller truck for the rest of the time. They were very happy to accommodate us. Thanks for making my mothers move so easy.

I have always used Uhaul for any moving needs. This particular location is one of my favorites Great staff. and awesome products. not just for moving, but for packing as well. They also have amazing storage facilities, and recycle there old truck enclosures ( cargo beds for storage) This is truly the best in history. and better than any competition. Penkske doesnt have enough leg room in there vehicles for someone 64 to drive for more than 2 hours to 20 hours at a time. I have used Uhaul for 50 years.

Its been many years since I rented a U-Haul from this location but when I did they were easy to do business with..Thats another reason I try to do most my business here in East Ridge Tennessee...
