I loved this DG Market! I wish they had one of these closer to my home. It was HUGE inside and felt very similar to walking into a Walmart neighborhood market. The store was clean and well stocked, and I will be back to shop again in the future!

Just walked out without purchasing anything. All but one produce bag holder is empty. The cucumbers are rotten to the point theyre mush. Bell peppers withered up. Lettuce and prepackaged salad mix all brown. The store is cluttered and dirty. I know staffing is hard right now, but the people working could at least remove the rotten vegetables.

Clean and organized. Good prices, friendly staff. And open til midnight! Definitely on my go-to list now

Its a small little store for convenience items. Some of their stuff is cheaper and some of it isnt. It just depends on what you need. They dont have the greatest selection on items either. Theres not a lot of associates to help you or to answer any questions you may have. When I went to check out, there were 3 lights on like there was 3 lines open but only one cashier was at her register and there was 5 people in line. Their card reader wasnt working properly either. You had to insert your card 2/3 times. The lady in front of me got frustrated because she had to change cards and still had to insert it 3 times. Their carts arent that great either. The rubber was coming off of the wheel on the first one I got. I changed carts and the second one made a loud banging. The third one was annoying but I dealt with it. The guy behind me said his needed to be taken out and shot. Overall I wasnt too impressed. Cant say I will go back..at least not anytime soon.

Super friendly folks work here. I wish we had these Dollar General Markets in The Chattanooga Area. These Dollar General Markets beat Walmart Markets, hands-down! I like the fact these facilities have nice grocery sections and regular shopping experience sections. The store is not over-crowded, nor over-stuffed; yet the store has everything one could need in a short shopping trip! Way to go, Dollar General!!!

Almost every time that Ive been in that store which is a lot they never have more than two registers open at one time and you will wait in a line that is about 10 people long and they dont evencall for help from the other employees when they get their line backed up not to mention this store has seven or maybe eight registers and they only use two of them at one time I will give them credit and say I might have seen three of them open at one time and that was on a good Sunny Bright day when they felt like working a little bit

Lines can be a little slow but overall I prefer DG Market over the Walmart Market. Produce section could be a little better!

Even though there is a huge face masks required notice on the door, hardly anyone was wearing one. I asked the lady who checked me out why they werent enforcing the policy. Her response was Honey, I wouldnt have one on if I wouldnt lose my job for not wearing one. I know everyone has split opinions on the matter. But, my dad passed away from covid-19 last week. Id like to see people taking the safety precautions more seriously.

Every time I go to the store I have a problem with your digital coupons they never work theres always a little young manager by the name of Josh which is rude and does not want to honor the coupons does not want to honor the price on the shelf which is a legal practice in retail Im not very happy this has happened multiple times and multiple Dollar general stores to the point where Im ready to stop shopping there

Ok selection wanted things they didnt have. No lil boys underwear store was a bit confusing or disordered. Low stock but expected these days.

Its Its nice and clean shopping center. It has a variety of different items, some are named brand as well as their own brand and off brands. The only problem would be at times they need more than one or even two cashiers... But as long as you dont have many people in front of you with a buggy full, you can usually get in and out fairly quick.

It was dirty in the entrance and parking lot. Lots of trash. And always a long line and very very slow. Other than that, its great!

In the morning of 10/3/2020 I went to the Fort Oglethorpe Dollar General Market to pick up quite a few items. Before my visit I had loaded a lot of coupons on my account via online, including the weekly $5 off $25 they run each week. In addition, I had a $5 DG gift card (or so I thought) that I had received from DG due to their coupons not applying and/or applying correctly.Once I got to the checkout, I entered my phone# so that my coupons would be applied. At first, it seemed to take - then all the sudden it logged me out. The nice cashier worked with me several times - I would try to re-enter my # and again, get logged out. She also scanned the DG gift card and it did not have the $5 it! People - this is what Dollar General has stooped to!Next thing I know, Ive got a female store manager, then tall male staff (security? I dont know who he was - but he was less than 2 ft from me WITHOUT A FACE MASK!) The female manager asked me what the problem was and I explained it to her, and she became a bit defensive. I made it clear that I understood it was not her fault, but there are real issues with their system. Her attitude and tone made me feel like I had done something wrong for just informing them of the problem! I let them know I would not be purchasing the buggy full of items without being able to get credit for all the coupons I had loaded.After seeing real quick that this was going nowhere fast, I told them that I would just take my business elsewhere. I exited the store as was hobbling to my car, when the male employee (again-no mask) approached me and asked if I was still interested in purchasing the items, the manager said she would manually adjust the total for my coupons. He asked me So how much do you think the coupons you have on your account come to? So on the spot - with the numerous items - Im trying to calculate my coupons in my head, but the guy would not stop talking and was very patronizing. I couldnt think straight and was trying to get him to hold on so that I could give him an accurate $, but he raised his voice to me and said Mam - DONT YOU SHUSH ME! Thats when I told him I never want to do business with the likes of them ever again. Ill take my business elsewhere! I told him that I was an old disabled grandma and Im no threat - and I do not need to be treated this way - and HE LAUGHED IN MY FACE! People, this is PURE EVIL!Once I got to my car - I was so upset I just burst out crying. I dont know how I held it together as long as I did. Not to mention it takes a lot out of a person with a physical disability to shop in general. Now all my efforts went down the drain.Now - I am upper in age and suffer from more than one disability - including heart disease and osteoarthritis. I always wear my mask and do my errands early in the morning to avoid Covid-19 exposure to the best of my ability. For an employee at this store to approach a customer, without a face mask and not social distancing and treat them this way is beyond reprehensible! Food City is across the street - I spend over $100 that after I pulled myself together.BEWARE! This store is horrible. Take your business elsewhere.

Great job DG employees. They are very efficient, helpful and kind. Theres plenty of convenient parking and are well stocked with all of your needs.

I love shopping dollar General market for the prices and I will pick to go there if I can because its less crowded but they usually only have one or two cashiers and the line backs up most of my visits. The only complaint that I have here, is.that thwy do not open enough check out lanes. They always have long lines.Products arw good.and.the people are nice. The storw is always spotlessly clean and does not have stock piled up blocking the lanes as most Dollar General stores do. You can get most everything you need in this store, groceries, produce, clothing, paper goods, school.and art supplies, health and beauty items and housewares. I definitely reccommend it. Just want them to oepn up.more check out lanes.

I wish they would fix the parking lot with all the broken up concrete at the Dollar General on Johnson road in Chickamauga.The ladies that work there are very nice and friendly.

This is usually a good place to get in and out quickly. They have a broad selection of groceries cleaning supplies and general household items at prices that are cheaper or at least very competitive. Most of the time there is a good selection of fresh fruits and vegetables as well.

Its clean and the lady running the registrater was nice. The reason I give them a 2star is the manager and the fact that they carry what I need but somehow they dont have it. This is week 3 Ive been there and they cant tell me what other dollar store has them or when they are getting in. This should be something easy to figure out most other stores can do that.

I like Dollar General so when I dont have to run into Walmart/Target and they offer a variety of things that I can get a a cheaper price and fast in and out times of the store. First time coming here and will definitely return!

I was surprised by the wide selection of produce, dairy, frozen and general food items. Prices were very good. Plus you get a $5.00 off coupon for the following Saturday on a $25.00 purchase. They have a good selection of other items as well. I have started going there more and more. They also have good sales on end of season items. Good prices on brand name items. Coupons from Sunday paper, etc are welcome too.

Need to up date cash registers. Had to reboot registers 3 times and still wouldnt take my card . I stood in line for 20minutes waiting on the register to reboot then I had pay with cash it was so nerve racking. Seems like this happens every Saturday I go in to do my grocery shopping and some times through the week to. I stop shopping Walmart and food city because they are to high on products so I started shopping at dollar general market. I guess I will start shopping some where else. Until they get the problems solved. Really like this store but there are things that need to be up dates and fixed.
