Mens changing room needs to be upgraded. I change in my car. They have a shower area and bathroom. In my opinion someone needs to be on the clock daily to make sure they stay clean and sanitized. Other than that its a great place to workout everyone is cool and friendly.

This gym has everything you need and then some, when you graduate from PF, you come here, friendly staff, more people lifting and less people typing. I recommend it to any one. Tell me Nate sent you

As a current business owner and competitor in the fitness industry, I’ll start out by mentioning the staffs treatment of guests and gym cleanliness.Core one has accepted my wife and I with open arms during this quarantine. The manager is constantly cleaning while We’re there. Not only is this the cleanest gym in Chattanooga/North Ga, but hands down has the best equipment and more options than you’ll know what to do with.We live a bit out of the way from Ft. Oglethorpe, and our gym is closed, however I think we may get a membership even if we can only train there 1-2 a week.This place is incredible!!!! I’ll be going much more in the future!!!!Thank you core one for understanding this industry IS health and wellness, and most of us personally NEED the gym opposed to simply WANTING to exercise. Therapy at its finest and I owe core one very much for keeping the doors open for its family!

Customer service sucks. If you get a membership here, and for any reason need to cancel. You will just get the silent treatment as Ive been trying to cancel my account for a month. Multiple calls & visits and I have yet to hear from anyone who handles accounts.Used to be great

By far some of the nicest Staff members I have ever met. One of the best personal trainer I have worked with. I travel all throughout the southeast and never enjoy a class as much as I have hers. All around nice gym!!!

Great place to get in a workout

Friend lives in the area, so checked out Core One with them. Nice facility for lifting with several racks and nice selection of dumbbells. Took advantage of a guest pass for the week. Very nice staff.

I come down from Canada and travel across the country on business, changing cities daily looking for a place to workout at every stop. I found this little gem and have been back twice and for good reason.First and more importantly the customer service. Theres a kind, welcoming and energetic team working there. They actually remembered me from my last visit which was months before. I had a chance to meet and chat with the owner who was very interested in hearing what I had to say about his facility.Come to this gym if you want to work out and not be judged on how hard you work out. Most cookie cutter commercial gyms are more concerned with the look of their facility than whether or not their members actually make a positive change. This gym understands it takes hard work to make change, so come here and sweat, grunt, lift and use chalk without being demonized for not meeting a special standard the gym implements to celebrate mediocrity. And if youre the quiet shy type this place is great for you too. People come here to train, so theyre not concerned with what other people are doing so theres no intimidation. You might call this place old school. Well if old school means come and train how hard you need to without being judged or feeling ashamed in any way then you can stop looking for a great place to workout. I will be back, thats for sure!

If you live in or visit northern Georgia or the Chattanooga area, a visit to this gym is a must! My son and I stumbled across it this past weekend while I was visiting. They have all the machines a bodybuilder could ask for plus a whole room dedicated to boxing and an octagon! The facility is clean, equipment is well maintained, the staff is super friendly, and there is ample parking. As an added bonus, the manager even spotted us day passes to thank my son for his military service. I couldnt have hoped for a better experience.And a special note for you ladies, the clientele were also very respectful and appropriately friendly. I felt safe and respected during my entire workout.

My husband and I decided to join because I was a member a few years back. So we decided to try it again. My only issue the first time was there was no A/C in the building. This time we were promised the A/C would be on because they had a new building/location. That never happened. 80 something degrees outside and only the front area had A/C on. We were also promised tanning beds and that never happened. Every time I asked about the tanning beds and the status of them it was some lame excuse. Then, at the new location we were promised a daycare for the kids, which never happened either. They had a tiny room in the front with a TV no toys or games and no one watching them. And you can run back and forth between sets and checking on them.My husband tried to contact the owner with our concerns and what the manager had promised us but he would never get back with us. We also paid a large amount in gym fees monthy thinking we would have access to tanning beds and a daycare for the kids with someone actually watching them while we lifted. Not to mention being able to lift in a building with A/C.Then when we asked them to cancel our membership we were given some 1-800 number to call.Now we are going to East Ridge Fitness without having to sign a contract or pay a large monthly gym membership fee. They have legit powerlifting bars for squats bench and deadlift, better equipment with a mono, competition bench, and we are surrounded by people that actually know how to lift weights (THANK GOD), and they have a legit daycare room with movies, toys, games for the kids.

I have been a member there for a while never late on a payment. I asked if they could please push payment off for 2 days just this once and they agreed. Checked my bank account they are trying to pull it even after they agreed to pushing it off for 2 days. I call try to explain the issue wasnt angry or negative with them they immediately hang up on me. I gave them plenty of notice that I needed an extension. I will not be reuping my contract with this company, do to the rudeness of the staff just hanging up instead explaining why this happened. Hell I would have taken sorry but you misinformed or we cant do that. I would avoid this gym if you value integrity and customer service.

This is by far the worst gym ive been to. The owner is never present and won’t return your calls. The staff is usually on their phone and of no assistance. Would not recommend!

Go to the rock, this gym sucks, management is horrible, they couldnt hit water if they fell out of a boat with sales pitches .

There is alot of machines and free weights and a big cage.The main thing is there isnt much room to work out since you have to wait to use the machines sometimes and the changing room and bathrooms are upstairs.Over all its a descent place to go to just a tight fit.
