These guys are pretty awesome. I took my truck in today for a front end alignment and when I returned to pick it up I was informed it didnt need it and was charged nothing. Integrity is great thing and these people have alot of it. They could have charged me and I would have never known any difference but they were honest and did the right thing. They have earned my business for life!

Frank and the crew hooked me up with a new set of tires and oil change today, in and out in about an hour . Great service, fair price!!

Paid $900 dollrs to get Acura fixed last week and 5 day later having same problems. Would not reccomend. I am mad.

So, first I love doing reviews and this experience here is probably going to seem overly emotional/dramatic BUT its only the truth! My car broke down and I called this place because they were the only ones opened. When I called Frank answered and immediately I knew I would like him because he listened to what I had to say while I was in distress so I appreciated his concern plus it is a good reflection of his character. Anyways I eventually made my way to his shop and he checked my car which was over heated and radiator issues so I thought. Plus I told him i just got paid so I have a small budget. He took it all in consideration and came back telling me whats wrong with the car. Not only was my radiator busted but I needed a thermostat and my total came up to close to 900 bucks. I was devastated because there was no way I could afford that. On another note, my attitude was poor because I had gotten off at 5:45 from working a 12 hour shift, so after a little small talk about how to come up with the rest of the money, he recommended that I talk with courtesy finance. I thought I wouldnt get approved because of poor credit but I got approved and got my car fixed! Frank was awesome and the other front desk guy was awesome too making small talk about tires and such. Oh one last thing, I was not able to drive back up there to pay,so Frank sent someone to pick the money up from my house! Frank is awesome and everyone he employs is awesome as well!!

They told me they couldnt plug my tire because it hand puncture in the side of the tire and said I needed two new tires. I didnt have the time to get it done so I told then to put spare on and I left.when I got to where I was going I looked at the bad tire and discovered there was no puncture as he told me and I got it plugged elsewhere.

Fast and dependable. Dropped my truck off in the late afternoon, they gave me several tire options and once we agreed upon the package they got to work. The truck was ready earlier than they had expected which was very nice. I will use Sentry again and again. Its a 20+ minute drive from my house to their shop but for the service I get its worth the drive.

These guys are Great! I took my truck in because something was obviously wrong with my power steering. They diagnosed it quickly repaired it the same day and even delivered it back to me at work! They even rotated the tires I bought from them a year or so ago while they repaired the truck. Great customer service. Ill always go back to them!!!

Our brakes were in sad shape when we stopped here at Sentry Station. These guys are great! They were able to replace all the pads and rotors, do a fluid flush, an oil change, and an air filter change, all within 3 hours. Thanks to Brian for his personable nature and expertise.

Once was my go to place but changed hands. Unfortunately I dont trust them anymore. Gave huge estimates, took my vehicle elsewhere and was a simple fix.

Love these guys! My car kept doing a low tire alert, and they came right out within minutes and checked all my tires and put air in them for me and didnt even charge me for it. I highly recommend them to anyone that wants straight answers about their car and fast service.

Ive been there a few times for oil changes mechanical work. Always friendly, courteous & helpful! They let you know what the job will cost before the work is done. I am happy with what theyve done, the cost and the time it takes to do the work!

First time at this center I stopped in with a leaking tire and they said they would check it for me. Upon my return, they informed me that they had patched the tire. When I asked what I owed, they told me not a thing you have a great day. Getting to my car I noticed they had also replaced my missing tire cap. Its great to know that there is a business that is caring and friendly. I will use them again and recommend them to everyone I know. In fact my mother is going to dump Firestone and use them instead.

My elderly 73 year old mother stopped by to get front brakes worked on. She waited in lobby over 3 hours. On day 1 she was charged $171. The next day she was driving down a hill in Lafayette Georgia and tried to brake and truck veered to the right. She did not have any control over the truck. The truck began to smoke and she thought it was on fire. She managed to get to a service station and call Highland Tire and Auto Service where she had brakes worked on the previous day. Highland Tire called a wrecker service and the tow truck driver informed her that she would not be charged. He said that Highland Tire and Auto would pay. She was driven to Highland Tire and Auto Service in Ft Oglethorpe from Lafayette. She waited another 3+ hours. They told her that they put rebuilt calipers on her truck. They bleed breaks, topped off fluid and checked the break system. The total bill was $322! So in total she was charged $494! She was also charged for the tow truck which was $60!

My family and I have been getting regular maintenance all the way to major repair work done on our vehicles for years, and we do not have any complaints! The workers are friendly and easy to talk to, the work is above par always. They work at an efficient pace you never have to wait to terribly long for your vehicle. I would highly recommend making them your regular maintenance and repair shop!

Speedy work and great customer service. Gave me a ride to the house and picked me up when the repairs done. Did not try to sell me anything I didnt need along with very fair pricing. Will return for future work if needed!

This is a great place. Customer service is professional and kind. I have never had to worry about anything when I come here. The guys in the shop are also very kind and wonderful as well.

They continue to have FAST service turn around time, however ever since they were bought out by another company a couple years ago my trust for this place has gone down to about zero. I used to come here all the time and recommend them to everyone. Now they are ALWAYS trying to push additional services on you and are down right as close to scammy as you can get away with. Example: I dropped by wifes car off for an oil change. They called back and said the brake pads were about shot and wanted close to $400 for a complete break job. I had not noticed of the common signs of brakes that needed to be replaced, nor had my wife, so I declined. When I got home I pulled wheels off and checked. Pads still had plenty of life and we drove the car for TWO MORE YEARS before i replaced the pads myself! Ive had a couple other similar experiences since then that I wont go into details on, and I recently had a friend (to which I had recommended they use this place years ago) have a pretty bad experience with them. Suffice to say I sadly no longer trust this outfit and am currently looking for other options. I suggest you do the same.

Great service. I was trying to get out of town and they got me going quickly. I thought I just needed a new headlamp but the socket was bad. Good job.

I was passing through and on the Chickamauga Battlefield noticed a ticking sound from my tires. I found a screw embedded in my left front tire. The next morning I drove to Highland and got it fixed in no time for a decent price. They were prompt and courteous and I felt good about getting back on the road.

I took my car in for an oil change. And asked them to check the tire pressure because my tire light was on. When I picked up the car the light was still on. So I checked the pressure. 1 tire 38, 1 tire 40, 1 tire 25 and one tire was right at 32. If they cant check tire pressure what else are they not able to do?

I was referred here by a very godly man so I already knew I could trust them. I came to get my brakes checked to see if I need brake pads. A lot of places would just tell me I need them but they told me they would check my brakes and then let me know. I will be back.

I took my husbands truck in for an oil change, tire rotation and balance. The bill was for $115 and they had finished within an hour. However after taking the truck back to my husband and looking over the receipt and the truck itself, he discovered several issues!1 - they had put the wrong oil type back in the truck (I asked for 5W-20 and even the cap on the oil filter says 5W-20 and instead they put 5W-30 and charged me for it). It was also a 1/2 quart low!2 - they did not rotate the tires AT ALL (my husband is a mechanic and could tell at 1st glance they hadnt been rotated - and yes, I was charged for it).3 - tires were incorrectly balanced! They left old weights on 2 of the 4 tires which still caused a vibration in the truck (meaning they didnt road test to see if they had been balanced correctly).This is Basic Autocare 101! If my husband was not a mechanic I would never have known that ALL 3 of those things were done incorrectly or not at all!!! The fact that they passed this off as a competed job was highly unprofessional and I felt completely taken advantage of.They did refund our money once I took it back and showed the manager all the things that were wrong. I will not be taking my business there again and will be sure to tell my family, friends, and co-workers of this extremely negative experience and poor excuse for a autocare business.

Have visited this place twice to get an oil change, both times the wait times were terrible (over 2 hours). The customer service is even worse, unfriendly wanna be know it all type. As a tech myself this guy is completely full of dog poo. Also badmouths other businesses....completely unprofessional. I will never return to this facility and recommend not giving them your time or money.

Showed up early on Saturday morning and they fit my 2013 chevy impala in fairly quickly. I had them look at my brakes and after about an hour gave me a pretty detailed diagnosis of my issue.The cost was on the high side and we decided to do Front brakes and rotors today. $360. They also found my air filters needed changing adding another $60 to my bill.Friendly and quick service I will return. Even though it was more costly then expected they did good work and I will more then likely return for the rear brakes at a later date.Had taken my VW beetle to Maxi and they really did not seem interested in helping me out.. brought it to Good Year and in about 3 hours had my problem diagnosed and me back on the road. As I had stated before they do cost more then most other repair shops but dang they know what they are doing and will get the job done and in a timely manor!

Really wish I could give 0 stars but this will do. These people are AWFUL. Waited an hour and a half just to get my vehicle after they did NOTHING to it or tell me what was wrong & CHARGED me $107 to tell me NOTHING. WILL NEVER RETURN & STRONGLY ADVISE OTHERS NOT TO.
