Today was our first time into Bellisimo Salon. I really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, everyone was friendly and made you feel right at home. We made an appointment in advance and they were able to schedule us right away.My daughter had the keratin treatment for her hair, we are still in a state of WOW on how amazing it turned out. When we walked in we figured we would be cutting 6-8 inches of fried hair off. Instead she was able to keep her long hair and everyone is happy!Thank you Emily for doing a great job.Carrie & Libertie

My Mom recently moved to fort Myers and Emily has done a cut and color two times now and both times the results we fantastic, best Moms hair has looked in at least a decade.Emily did such a great job that I decided while I was visiting from NE Alabama I would give her a try and I can honestly say that yesterday at the age of 56 I received the best haircut and style I have had in my adult life, she nailed it! I also love the color job she did, helping me to naturally grow out my new silver hair.Highly highly recommend Emily! The salon was so full of life and I enjoyed going. I went in for a full balayage and a blow dry with Natalie. She took excellent care with my hair, talked about products and the things I can do to keep the color. This was by far the best salon visit I have ever had. Choosing a new hair stylist can be hard. This was my first time going to Jahn. He knew exactly how to handle my naturally curly hair. My search for a new hair stylist is over. Bellisimo and Jahn are the best!

What happened?? This was my salon for over 10 years. It was almost a second family. The last couple of visits I saw it declined. And the teal!! The salon used to be calming and elegant, now its a jarring 1980s atrocious teal. Its a shell of the salon I used to go to. I had been to a couple of different stylist over the years, they are all gone now. I miss Terrance Michael.

I went to Bellisimo Salon and got my hair done by Natalie. My natural hair color is brunette and I really wanted to do an ombré transformation (keep my roots my natural color but the rest of my hair golden/ash blonde). Natalie did such a great job at this. She gave me exactly what I asked for. She was very nice and professional. The whole staff at Bellisimo were very nice and professional. I am very happy with my results and will definitely keep coming back.

Got the best cut and color today that I’ve had in years. Everyone helped out and made sure my hair was PERFECT before I left and they probably undercharged me for spending over 3 hours fixing my hair. I will be returning!

The customer service is good, very professional. My stylist had good techniques and worked efficiently and well for my time spent. Unfortunately I was not advised during my consult with what method and chemical treatment I needed to get the desired effect. Im not a stylist, I dont know what treatment I need to get what I was looking for. I mentioned not wanting to bleach but I did not know to lighten and neutralize certain colors in my hair for the color I wanted.Only after the whole process when she had cut my hair did we establish that, no this was not what I wanted to pay for today. No this color was no where near what I wanted. And thank you for telling me after wasting time and not advising me to do something different so I could get exactly what I wanted to pay for today.You should have shook my shoulders and said to do something else than a demi-permanent so I wouldnt have had such a poor out come, be more assertive maam, especially when you know that I wasnt going to like it since it wasnt what I wanted.I felt disappointed in not feeling advised correctly, and upset at the out come being that I go through the damage of a full coloring just to get a color I did not intend to get. A note to the wise, if you dont know what process to get in order to get the desired hue or color, but you know what you want to get, make sure the hair stylist can SEE the color clearly, understand you dont just want your hair to look just darker but for the color to show through. Mine just put violet in my hair and it has high hues of red so it just looks dark brown red when I wanted purple. Not even close to the mark.My greatest compliment for this experience was I enjoyed the Bellisimo Salon and Terrence Michael. I thought my stylist was nice and interested in pleasing. But she did not seem concerned with my choices of what I thought I could use process wise. I relied on her experience and know-how and she only did what I passively suggested without considering advising me to not do so and rather choose another method so I could get the purple I meant to pay for.My compliment about my hair that I told her was, well, I dont hate it. but Id rather go to a salon that may take in investment in my time and convince me to do something else so I can achieve what I would gladly spend $209 dollars for. I dont want any reimbursement or a redo or anything I just wanted to express my experience and vent a little of my grief from my experience.Have a good night Bellisimo Salon and Terrence Michael, I will not be returning but please consider advising clients in the future about processes that are better suited for coloring hair.

I was in Fort Myers for vacation and saw the salon had good reviews. Walked in with fingers crossed hoping to get at least a haircut while I was in town. Whether it is because I practically begged or they saw how bad my current cut was it doesn’t matter but Samantha was wonderful enough to get me in the very same day and scheduled me For a color and highlight later in the week. I’ve had amazing cuts and color in the past and have lived with bad cut and color for the last year. Having Samantha work on me was wonderful and it’s so nice to have good color and cut again! Highly recommend her

They always listen to what you want, and give you expert advice. They always make sure that you are happy with the end result. Everyone in the salon is excellent. This is a beautiful shop with great products & awesome stylist!! I had not been in a year & a half, they still knew my name. I had someone new this time named Rae, & she did the most amazing job on my hair!! It wasnt only if I was satisfied with my cut & highlights, but she wanted to be satisfied as well. Which meant to me that she was a perfectionist & that means a great deal to me with my hair. I am more than satisfied with how & the way she did my hair, I will definitely be going back!! (a lot sooner than this last time) AND... it was pouring down raining when I was ready to leave & the owner went & got my car & brought it under the carport for me. And that was the icing on the cake!!!! Customer satisfaction at its best!!!

He has also done brow, and lip wax on me and makes it quick and easy. I always make sure to put his name out and recommend him when people ask who does my hair! 😊

Laura cut and colored my hair in January. We were in the area for one month and I chose her salon because of all the positive reviews on the website. I got the best haircut ever and it is so easy to style and maintain myself. Im going to have a hard time getting the same where I live! Laura was so cordial and professional. I’ve always had a hard time finding a stylist that left me satisfied because I have difficult hair. Sarai was my stylist at Bellisimo and all her recommendations and treatments for my hair we’re great. Finally found the person and place that leaves me happy and more than satisfied.

Let me just start off by saying I am VERY picky when it comes to people cutting my hair. I have really thin fine hair so I’ve had a hard time finding a stylist that can master my hair. I researched salons in my area for about a week and finally came across Terrance Michael Salon. I booked an appointment with Casey for the next day. Walking in, I was greeted immediately. Casey sat me down and we went over some styles that would fit my hair type. I had sooo many questions for her about color and what I could do to achieve the most volume. She answered every single one of my questions in detail. SO HELPFUL! While cutting my hair, she told me what products she was using and why it would help my hair. She did the same when styling my hair. I looked in the mirror to see my new haircut and I was blown away! Best haircut I have ever received. After we finished, she gave me some samples of the product she used on my hair to take home. I will be telling everyone about this salon!!!

I am from out-of-state and made an appointment 6 weeks in advance for my daughters wedding. The salon calls me 3 1/2 weeks before the wedding to tell me they have to move the appointment? Something came up???? Great institutions are doing everything possible these days to adjust themselves to the customers first impression. This first impression of Terrence Michael Salon was a negative no.

Jahn is the best!! Our first meeting, he made me feel so comfortable and trusting, I let him cut my hair after 30 years of wearing it long! The style was perfect for me and I have gotten so many compliments!

The stations are semi private which is nice it doesnt get too loud and you can carry a conversation while getting your hair cut.I have been going there for years and will do so for a few more :)

I was greeted at the door by the owner Jahn who escorted me in and offered me wine beer or water. He than consulted with me about my hair and the action began. I have long curly hair. I have never ever ever had a more beautiful highlight in my hair and a beautiful cut. This was my first visit. His assistant Elizabeth gave me a hand therapy massage at no cost. I have switched to using the products sold at the salon. Ladies this experience is well worth the cost. My dad always said you get what you pay for and I sure look like a million bucks, although I didnt pay by that.I finally love my hair. Thank you Jahn. I will be back. Andrea

I have been a long time client of Bellisimo Salon, 6 years to be exact! As an Aveda client back home, I researched Aveda salons here while on vacation. I had such a great experience at Bellisimo that when I moved here in 2012, I already knew this was my salon. It is such a warm, friendly atmosphere, a cozy feeling. My stylist Liz always takes great care of me! I love the scalp massages along with the hand massages. The Aveda products work wonderfully on my hair! I always leave feeling like a millions dollars and have long received compliments whenever I am out. I have referred many friends to Bellisimo who have enjoyed the same experience!

Alex is the only person allowed to touch my hair. He has done miracles with my hot mess of an untamed hair. I recommend Alex to anyone and everyone.

My wife went there for the first time at first she had a little bit of a dissatisfaction with the color blend and the owner went out of his way to make it match just perfect and made her hair beautiful . great customer service and her hair came out fantastic we will definitely be back in highly recommend this professional salon .

She always goes above and beyond my expectations and i always leave satisfied. More than half of the time, i leave her with the creative freedom to do as she pleases with my hair and i have never been disappointed. 10/10 would definitely recommend Sarai for all of your hair care needs.

Unfortunately an awful experience. I was 10 minutes late to my appointment due to having to search for the building for five minutes and driving in a circle (its not clearly marked from the road). Upon my arrival, I was told that the stylist had, without notifying me or even trying to contact me, taken a walk-in that would take forty-five minutes. I decided to wait, as I am leaving town tomorrow and thus cannot wait for another appointment. The stylist wasnt free for over an hour, but. she seemed nice and competent, so I started my appointment in high spirits. We discussed that I wanted a natural look with a balayage that would refresh my current hair. I specifically mentioned that I wanted honeyed highlights and wanted it to look sunkissed, but easy to grow out. That was not what I got. The cut is fine, but my hair has yellow and white streaks of blonde on dark brown hair. The furthest thing from natural. My sister described it as zebra stripes, which is clearly not a compliment. To top it off, upon leaving in a hurry to prevent my being flustered inside of the salon (and over an hour and a half later than I was told the appointment would take), I discovered greasy patches in my hair where the stylist missed washing. Ive never had these issues upon leaving a salon. While the stylist was nice, the balayage will have to be fixed elsewhere and the unprofessionalism shown in taking an hour-long walk-in is unacceptable. I paid an exorbitant amount of money for something Im going to have to pay to fix. I cannot recommend Bellisimo due to these issues.

I have been trying to grow my hair; post complete hair loss from chemo. It has been a night mare! Additionally, chemo changed my hair color from having always been a blonde to a dead mud looking brown. A year ago, after it had grown in a little I tried to get it colored and it came out I love Lucy Orange (not at Terrence Michael) a second hairdresser toned it down somewhat but still not blonde (mostly reddish-- and still not at Terrence Michael). I searched to find someplace that KNOWS HOW TO DO COLOR. After reading reviews I went to Terrence Michael in hopes of a fix. It was toned down a little more but still very much reddish and not even close to my original blonde. People referred to me as a red head. Other people I know whove been thru cancer have been able to get their hair color done back to a more normal color, so I was disappointed to say the least. I decided maybe I just needed to let it grow out more from the chemo b4 we do anything else -- so I waited a whole year, during which time, it has looked awful and Ive worn my cancer wigs part of the time to cover it up. Now about a week ago (after waiting a whole year) I was hoping to have the highlights added that would blend in and bring blonde back to my hair as there are about 6 hideous inches of mud brown with the ends a reddish blonde (not even a pretty strawberry blonde) I made an appt, went in andI asked for something easy to maintain as Id found b4 cancer that highlights covered/blended the few gray hairs and didnt need to be done every six weeks---but this trip to Terrence Michael has left me VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE RESULT! What I got is color that looks like nothing was done but possibly added more gray. Several people have said to me that they cant even see any blond color. Additionally the cut is just blah. Easy to maintain does not mean ugly, flat just hanging. What happened to the person who said the hairdresser showed her how to maintain it? I didnt get any of that nor am I satisfied with what didnt happen with color. Here I am $215 later with hair that looks awful!! Other people I know whove been thru cancer have been able to get their hair color done back to a more normal color---what happened at Terrence Michael? or more accurately What didnt happen? I surely didnt get the color or a cut that Id hoped for!
