EXCELLENT! This business desires every star! Had a brand new rear rug not down a week with a stain. Chris came in and removed it in minutes. Also offered advise on how to keep the rug clean by cautioning what cleaners we use on our floors and residue that can be left behind even though we dont wear shoes in our home. Will recommend and use again to clean our tiles twice a year. Small business doing the right thing and giving great customer service! Support them; they are doing the right thing!

This company is amazing, carpets are super clean and smell great! They have a truck that takes away all the dirt from your carpet, NOT a portable cleaner that leaves too much water on the carpets. These guys are professionals and it shows. Our neighbors recommended them and I have used them several times, I will not use anyone else, I have learned the hard way. They always do an outstanding job and I could not be happier, Chris & Kelly and their crews show pride in their work, are very friendly and I have used other carpet services that simply do not compare. They are VERY reasonably priced. You will not be disappointed!!

I have used Gulf Coast on two jobs now. The first was an old sectional I was considering getting rid of because it was so soiled. And the second was a tile floor in a townhouse rental. My sectional has new life and will go several more years and the tile floor in the rental unit is pristine! Kelly was wonderful to work with scheduling and estimates and Chris was fantastically good at being thorough! They even cleaned the baseboards!! Do not fall for the Job Guarantee because is a scam. on the phone they are the nicest people because they want your business but in person is totally different. We paid extra for a Pet treatment, next day the carpet was like it was never treated, when we called back they never picked the phone or answered our messages. One red flag that we did not noticed on their website is that there is no physical address, email or any other means to get a hold of them except leaving your telephone number for them to call you. We checked the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and they do have bad reviews. Next time we will go to Angies List to be safe.
