I have had the opportunity to work with Laurie Johnstone on several Real Estate deals and I can say without a doubt that Laurie has great work ethics and conducts her business at the highest caliber. She responds to 100% of her phone calls and always puts her clients first. It is always a pleasure to speak to Laurie as she is very welcoming and easy to talk to.

As the owner of a Construction Company Florida Style Services of SW Florida Inc. I retained Laurie and her team to locate 2 properties for remodeling and future resale. Once the properties were remodeled and updated she listed them and was able to get them under contract within 30 days. Her use of Professional Photography and Internet marketing made selling these properties a big success. Her follow up is great she and her team are continuously providing information on properties in Southwest Florida for future build projects.

Joining Calwell Banker and getting Laurie Johnstone as your realtor is pretty much was nightmares are made of. I would highly recommend saving yourselves a huge heartache and choose a more reliable and professional agency and agent if you are planning to buy or sell your home.Very dissatisfied customer, Laurie throughout the entire experience was always absent, never on point never reached out with a phone call and was always busy with either a death in the family, staging a property, doing a photo shoot, too busy to talk, always letting text to the job sorry driving will call you later, I understand we live in a world of technology, however in the business world, you still pick up the phone and talk to your clients especially if you are in the realty business.I constantly had to reach out to her she never had the courtesy to update me on the progress of the property, any plans for open houses etc. She eventually passed me along to the agency secretary and left her to negotiate with buyers. This experience has been a nightmare, today should be our closing day, we still have not heard from any of Caldwell Banker representatives, Laurie is just salivating over her commission. It is an absolute disgrace, anyone out there that has had a terrible similar experience please let me know. I have told all family, friends and acquaintances to absolutely steer away from anyone from this agency, when you upset a customer you upset thousands of potential buyers and sellers. In the meantime I will wait for a phone call from Lauries supervisor, left a message however i was told the supervisor is also out sick. This could take a while, we will see if any individuals from this agency will show any integrity and call.

I woukd highly recommend 👍Laurie is very dedicated and very knowledgeable. Laurie was very accomadating and provided me with all the information I needed to purchase our home in Naples! Excellent customer service and we love our homw :) she has developed a great team ! i only wish we had more realtors like her in CT😊
