I want to thank Karina Borgia and Marisela (Mary) Falero for all their efforts to ensure the house my brothers and I owned was closed on time and as expected. This was a more difficult closure than normal as my two brothers and I inherited the house when our mother past and we live in three different States. This meant Karina and Mary had triple the contacts and documents to get signed and delivered during an unprecedented time when many in their office were working from home or isolated locations. I was completely wowed by Karina from Borgia Law & American Real Title today. I received a very confusing and expensive tax bill, and felt like I had the wind knocked out of me. I posted a few questions online, and her group came out in droves to help. Even though it was 8PM on a Friday night, Karina insisted that I call her so she could walk me through the statements. Karina was not my title agent, and had absolutely zero to profit by helping me. Nonetheless, Karina spent nearly an hour (again on a FRIDAY night) going over every facet of my statement, and did not quit until I understood everything. I paid out 15 thousand dollars when closing on my home, and neither my realtor nor lender made sure I understood the process.I made the mistake of taking my title insurance company at their word, and never looked back. Karina set me straight and went through everything. She turned my rapidly incoming anxiety attack into a fun conversation.My only regret is that I did not have the option to use Karina and her company from the start. If you want someone who will represent you with the best intentions, AND take the time to make sure you understand everything, Borgia Law & American Real Title is the best and only choice you should make.

I stopped sending my files to Borgia Law & American Real Title after numerous complaints from my clients. One of my clients called Karina Borgia Rude and unprofessionalI decided to trying them again and I gave it another file. For more than a week, the lender requested information to proceed with the file and they failed to respond. The buyer called me and complained that Karina Borgia didnt reply emails to the loan officer. I took action immediately and transferred my file to another title company. Happily, we are going to close on November 30 2017.If they were too busy and could not process the file, why did they take it?I understand that she was out the office, but that is no excuse for such disregard and disrespect to me and my clients. I will never use them again.My message to Karina Borgia and Eric Borgia: The worst advertising is a mistreated client. Here Im, sharing my experience!!Absolutely TERRIBLE SERVICE!
