Everett and these guys came prepared and were very friendly, courteous and professional. The roof looks 110%. They took off the entire mold which was blackening the roof. They insured that I was satisfied and if there was any mold remaining I could see, they went back up to remove it. I had a lot of concerns with the windows and the overspray, they insured they wash them down, and they even agreed to come back and wash all windows to my wifes satisfaction, as they were just done. They insured that run-off from the wash went down the gutters appropriately, and then they washed the plants down while the spray was going, in order to insure they would be safe too. So far, all looks good on the plants, but we shall wait. All American Roof Cleaning is highly recommended.

Everett who owns the company was very prompt in returning our email regarding pricing and service. We called about a week later discussing the pricing and service and set up a time for cleaning our roof. I was very surprised that he called back the same day. To top it off, he was on time,very efficient and found some problems on my roof supported by pictures from his android phone to support his recomendations to fix the tiles on the roof. He and his helper/employee did an excellent cleaning my roof, but also cleaning up after their work. Everett also suggested to apply a algae killing compound to the roof every six months and based upon the pricing it would be cheaper than cleaning the roof every year or every other year. I had my own business in California and my business was run just lime this young man, professional, empathy and follow-through. I would recommend his company to anyone.
