Healthy Pools provides reliable, friendly service. Jake is very accommodating, and has the right people for specific jobs. Theyre always available when we need them. Sometimes the big fixes (leak repair, pump replacement) seem expensive, but when you consider the promptness and quality, the extra expense is worth it.Our pool tech, Jared consistently keeps our pool amazingly clean with crystal clear water.Overall you get great service, and great results for a reasonable price. Were so glad we chose them.

Great customer service seems to be a lost art these days - not with Healthy Pools. Im not a big online reviewer, but sometimes its well deserved. Their incredibly quick response time, quality of materials and parts and their expertise in pool repairs and upgrades is simply unmatched in the area. Whenever we have any kind of issue or want to upgrade (as they did switching our pool to saltwater) theres only one company we would ever consider calling. I had used this company for over a year - when we resurfaced our pool - the start-up was integral to assuring the new pool surface would properly adhere and timing was absolutely critical. The Company assured me on Friday afternoon they would be here to complete the start-up first thing Monday morning as the pool was filled on Saturday and there was no margin for error with respect to timing.Needless to say, I had to call THEM on Monday to remind them and was told they were shorthanded and couldnt do what they had promised to do only 2 days prior leaving me to find another company to complete the start-up on the same day!Clearly, this company cannot be trusted to do what they say and I would urge anyone NOT to engage them for any services... they cannot be trusted to perform!

My pool heater stopped working. They replaced a broken part and cleaned the heater but it still didnt work. With two separate groups of family coming for 2 weeks time Danny told me on Friday afternoon I WILL get your pool working for your family tomorrow. After two separate trips to a parts store he worked his magic and my pool heater was up and running. Then he walked me through how to use the remote box and set it up to keep the pool heated. I have never owned a pool and recently purchased our home. Unbelievable service. Then Saturday morning he texted me to make sure it was working/heating properly and AGAIN on Sunday morning!!! Way beyond the call of duty. What an amazing gentleman and what an amazing company!!! Customer satisfaction is definitely important to Healthy Pools!!!!!

My new tech Spencer is a joy to work with he knows his job and completes it in a timely manner He is polite conscientious and respectful.I have watched him very closely and he never tries to take shortcuts because he thinks no one is watching.All services he performs are excellent and he needs no supervision I think this young man is a very valuable asset to your company and he should be recognized in some manner
