Plenty of parking, walkins🚶‍♀️ 🚶‍♂️ gladly welcome, nice clean place, hand sanitizer at the door, wheelchair ♿ accessible, very very courteous staff, 😀 very helpful, bilingual staff, the takes almost all insurance except Blue Cross blue shield, highly recommend 💙 😀 as compare to Quest Diagnostic

I dont thinks they understand what an appointment means.At least I dont understand why an appointment is necessary if they are NEVER on time.Some of the staff members are friendly, but management need to do something about it.Even before covid they have had the same problem.

They make you sign in at a kiosk leave your phone number and it says they will contact you when theyre ready to see you. They do not give you a time frame I waited over an hour and the people werent very friendly. I went in for a pretty employment drug test and noticed she told everyone not to wash their hands inside the bathroom. I watch the gentleman before me follow instructions not wash his hands grab the door handle to come out and this handle was never cleaned before I went in. Doesnt seem very sanitary but at least we were all wearing masks

This location is the worst... They are so rude.. And ghetto... I definitely wouldnt recommend my worst enemy to this location... I went in had to do blood and urine sample... Didnt know I had to do a urine sample.... So I told the girl i didnt think I could pee. . the chick wiped out the urine sample stating I refused which was a lie... So i could not give my urine sample. .also they have you using a self check in that everyone touches and they dont comp wipe it down after uses ...how are we going to stop the spread if covid ..when you have medical offices like this one thats not helping... The worst lab Ive ever been in and will never return to this ghetto one

Great ! I went Saturday and the two ladies were so kind to my son. They did amazing. They didn’t have to pinch him several times, first try was perfect !

My first time at this Labcorp facility for blood tests and I was impressed with the check-in kiosks and helpful front desk staff. I made an appointment the prior week for 10:30 am and was in and out in 12 minutes. Most importantly though, my nurse Maricomone, was so professional and friendly that made my visit so stress-free. Labcorp, shes a keeper. I highly recommend this facility.

A place of interest . I have my family member go there and got humiliated by a staff member . For an pre employment test . His first test . I sent my wife with him . He came back with tears . That the Staff called him a liar . He is born in USA . He was profiled Because ? I demand n answers. Bad place to go .

Bad treatment with patients, specifically the Hispanic woman with long black hair, has a very bad character and is very despotic. As a Hispanic woman, I also felt very ashamed with her treatment.

I just got a blood draw from here about 3 minutes ago and I have to say I had the most sweetest woman! I didn’t catch her name unfortunately but I threw up everywhere and she was very sweet and patient with me, while I was mortified! 10/10 recommend :)

Unlike my experiences at other LabCorp locations, I have been treated with nothing but respect and common courtesy at the Mason Corbin Court location. The staff is always pleasant and professional. The facility is clean and the staff follows proper safety protocols.

Terrible is an under statement. Id suggest that you go to some other place to get any thing done. You can never get in touch with the actual location and they will give you a run around on the phone for hours if you want to try to get the location. The customer service people clearly tell you thats all they can do and nothing more as they cannot get in touch with the location. What a terrible service. Worst place.

I was concerned reading some of these negative reviews but for a walk-in patient looking for them to do a pre-employment exam, I was pleasantly amazed. In and out within 30 minutes and everyone helpful and cheerful. There were only 3 patients in there when I was there, so perhaps timing makes a difference, especially when showing up without an appointment. If no appointment, expect to wait. My lord I’ve waited at restaurants, when I didn’t have a reservation, over an hour for a table. And, I never said a negative word. I stayed because it was my choice to eat there. Get real and reasonable folks.

This has been the slowest labcorp I’ve been to be prepared to wait 1 hour + even with less than 7 people in the room🤦🏾‍♀️

My physician had me rush to this location 15 minutes before they closed for extremely important blood tests, and they were locked up not answering the phone at 2:45...I find this completely unacceptable, and really wish I chose a different location. I will never come back to this location, because they clearly do not respect their patients enough to not leave early. There was another man who said he had been waiting for a longer time frantically trying to reach them by phone. As a health care professional myself, I find this incredibly disappointing.

We are not a public bathroom is the response the lab technician gave me when I asked to use their restroom. I used the bathroom at a nearby gas station and returned to LabCorp. I recommend you use Quest Diagnostics instead of LabCorp.

I went here for a pre employment drug test and I’m not sure why this place has such bad reviews! The place was clean. You check in on a tablet and they were very quick. There were 3 people ahead of me and it took about 20 minutes. Private bathrooms and quick and easy!

Everyone that works there are very nice and I didn’t have a appointment today I walked in and only waited 3 min until they called me back I would go back again been there 4 times so far. 😊

I dont write reviews but If I could give this place zero stars I would. I went there for an employer drug test so I had no choice. They do not take online appointments. It took over half an hour before I was even acknowledged. Office staff was incredibly rude, probably because they are so obviously over worked, but that still does not justify their rudeness. If you dont like working with the public do something else. They called me and someone else back at the same time, and when I was going to the back the nurse commented this is like an assembly line, welcome to the party. How unprofessional. The girl at the front desk is rude. They definitely need training in customer service and people skills. I wont be back unless my employer sends me for a drug screen and I have no choice, and I will tell my primary doctor to send me to Quest where they are always pleasant and professional and you get in and out quick.

Scheduled online for 930 am. Checked in at 915...took my papers 945... walked out at 1020 no drug screen. This after they took at least 6 walking that arrived after me. Great service???? No stars

Barbara was really helpful and kind this morning. I had to have 3 different tests and somehow, one of them did not show up on the order from my doctors office. Barbara called the office, explained the situation (and thankfully believed me!) and got the appropriate order faxed, saving me another trip and blood draw. Thanks for the excellent job, and for your compassion.

What a terrific office! Shawna and Mary Carmen were so nice! Shawna was very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable! I would highly recommend this office over the Cape (Santa Barbara).

04/07/2018.Saturdays they are open 7am-1pm and I went at 7:45-8:15am with No appointment and in and out in 30 minutes. I was helped by a blonde Russian woman. I went for routine blood work. She was nice, professional, and did a great job drawing my blood. (No one likes needles) Another staff member was there and she(brunette) had a very bad attitude toward other customers;The reviews in Tampa were awful at many locations and I was coming into town to visit family and friends, So I looked at the reviews at this location and saw above 3 stars and came.

I think Shawna is amazing. Shes very good at drawing blood quickly without leaving any bruising. Im happy anytime I have to go and I see Shawna there!

Dont waste your time at these places . The website allows you to make an appointment for services they dont even offer . Theres no way to get a hold of an office personnel youll call and get to a recording. Every time Ive had to do a DOT drug test through these places I need up getting sent to four different locations trying to find one that actually does a urine test

I signed in and sat for thirty minutes before even being acknowledged. Once they finally called me, they had two other people at the window and a lady leaned over another person to talk to me and get my personal information!! They were not rude, but oblivious.

Yea, I have to agree they are very rude. But its just that one older brunette lady in the front! Also there very under staffed! But really, what can you expect? there the only ones open and taking appointments on a Saturday!!! And to me and many others, its a huge convenience !!!

Staff was condescending and rude. I felt like I was being admitted into jail more than taking a simple drug test for employment. You couldn’t pay me to go back to this location. I was sad to see so many reviews saying the same thing. They should probably do something about it.

I did several blood tests at this lab. It has an efficient online scheduling service and my wait time is less than 5 minutes. I didnt have to deal with a rude brunette but heard a lot of bad things about her. I hope I will never see her.

Wow. That was an experience. They started by violating HIPPA by yelling out into the waiting room the specific test I was there for. Then they were quite rude while registering. It was my first time there and I did not understand the process. I had been told to bring my orders on my phone but this was not what was required. They require your registered number. This is apparently the number under the barcode on your orders paperwork. This was explained to me as if I was an idiot and of course I should know that. The number is not identified as a registration number on the paperwork. So even though I was able to scan my drivers license for ID, I had to write my registration number on a piece of paper for them to process the orders since they had no way to scan the barcoded orders. They could have been polite in explaining the process but it was communicated that doing so was a burden to them.So be for-warned.

They were amazing! They sensed I was nervous and were very compassionate and kind.

Supervisor (Linda i think) was the meanest woman i have ever met! Zero empathy whatsoever! You couldnt pay me to come here again.

They are on time, courteous and very good at drawing blood with no bruising.
