My experience could not have been any better. The young lady at the front desk is a pure professional and runs that shop beautifully. The technicians were nice. The place is clean. I was in and out very quickly. They took care of mailing to my doctor. Couldn’t have been happier.

Excellent service, very clean facility and friendly staff. Very well organized with online booking and forms were sent in advance to be scanned and sent back. They also called to check that the name on my passport matched the name I booked under (no middle name). Results back in less than 24 hours.

As a Canadian, we must show proof of a negative covid test upon arrival back to Canada. And this test needs to be within a 72 hour period from date of test. I had to find a place that would guarantee results within that time frame. Any Lab delivered on their promise. Not only did I have results within 1 day but they gave me an appointment the day I called in a panic. And they tested my friend too at the same time.The staff were great. I decided not to go home yet and so, Ill be using Any Lab again soon.

I’ve had a lot of trained licensed phlebotomists draw blood and this experience was so dismal and dangerous that I would guess the phlebotomist called in sick and this earnest person was trying to fill in. She covered the puncture site with a Band Aid. The operation there is all about speed of getting people in and out.As I learned after several hours of slow bleeding, this is not what they teach phlebotomists in school. She should have known to use gauze and tape to put pressure on the hole she left in my vein.Well, this is not a safe business and I don’t care that Google says to bring the issue up with the owner. The owner should be responsible for day to day operations and see that they are in accordance with State licensing of medical-related businesses. It’s not like this is a hardware store or takeout food establishment. They’re poking holes in blood vessels with needles and they are expected to do it safely and responsibly.In summary. I would never return there again. If my life depended on it, I would certainly stay far from this establishment. I would crawl to another city before returning to Any Lab Tests Now.

My first time here and the experience was exceptional, the women employed here were welcoming and very pleasant. The process was fast. I originally came in for labs and ended up purchasing the lipotropic shots.

Tiffany is very professional and extremely efficient. She was able to call my doctors office and get my lab orders sent over very quickly. She also processed my order thru my insurance company. The lab tech is excellent at her job as I barely felt her place the needle in my arm for the blood draw. Both very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. They tell you three days and it’s been a week and then the use the old “Covid” excuse when Covid has been around for a year!They didn’t know the tests would be delayed? They didn’t tell me and I asked and they said usually 72 hours and it’s been over double that and still no results and they have no idea when they will get them.Needed them for my doctors appointment this AM and didn’t have them, so now I have to wait another 5 weeks to get scheduled back to see the doctor.Just sucks and totally confused how 3 days has now turned into 7 days.O well live and learn.

Went to the Ft. Myers location for a rush COVID test due to travel requirements and everyone was very nice and helpful. Linda was monitoring for the results and notified us right away when they were received. Great customer service!

Wow, I scheduled with Linda (the owner) and she was amazing. Extremely knowledgeable, respectful and understanding. Upon arrival this location opens up right on time. The staff is prompt and wicked friendly. Accommodating if you do not have health insurance 🙋🏽‍♀️Coming here really put in perspective that LabCorp sucks haha. I don’t know why I haven’t known of this place sooner. Nice thing is you don’t specifically need a doctors order from what I’m aware which made it so nice since I forgot mine away for some blood work I was getting done. The phlebotomist was really thorough and was very clear with what to do and when to do it - need I say gentle with the needle! I’ve def had someone sloppily put a needle in my arm before at LabCorp and it was awful. Oh also something that is convenient is paying first that way when you’re done you can just walk out. They definitely have a system that works well.

The staff here is great. They are very thorough but friendly. The process is simple and efficient and they make the act of having to urinate in a cup as least awkward as such a situation can possibly be! The price is a little higher than what Im used to but the staff and service is worth the value. This is where Ill be getting any future blood work done or satisfying any needs to urinate in a cup and hand it to a pleasant lab assistant!

My experience at Any Lab Test Now was great! All of the staff was very nice, to everyone that walked through the door. They explained what specific tests are for and how some panels include other tests that can be taken individually. The phlebotomist did great as well. I didn’t feel the needle at all and she used the largest needle they have. Yes, i will absolutely use them again when needed and recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you again to all of the staff that took the time to answer and explain my questions.

If I could leave more stars I would!! I have been needing to get blood work done for a while, I read the reviews here and decided to try them out. The reviews here are absolutely right. These ladies are outstanding! They are kind, patient, and there is not enough words to express how great my visit was. This coming from a guy who fainted for the first time today during his blood draw.. they made sure I was absolutely 100% before they let me move. If/when I need more blood work, I will be back, and will always highly recommend these ladies.

As a retired physician, I found the woman at the front desk and the phlebotomist to be exceptionally friendly and cooperative. I was told that some blood samples are sent to Quest laboratories and that others are sent by Federal Express to Access. I do not know anything about the reliability of testing done on samples sent to Access by Federal Express.

Came in for a annual check up. The friendly staff made me feel right at home, the phlebotomist(Daniella) drew my blood with precision and quickness. Would definitely recommend for all .

These guys have a great range of labs to offer. They have ALWAYS provided great service for all of the hundreds of patients Ive referred there. Ive had my own blood drawn there. They are great sticks!

Awesome lab with convenient hours and a super friendly staff. Everyone was so kind and one employee even noticed I was cold during my blood draw and brought me her coat to drape over my legs. So sweet and very appreciated.

These ladies are wonderful!!! I called on a Thursday afternoon and requested to come in nice and early Friday due to other apts and one of which I had scheduled very close to 8:30. I was concerned about being able to make it- Tiffany said NO problem- emailed all the necessary forms the night before- and as soon as I walked in their office that Friday - I said “Tiffany” and she said Julia! We laugh she had all my paper work ready, I paid and in less then 10 min I was out the door!! With plenty of time to spare for my next apt. The young lady who actually took my blood was GREAT!! So sorry I can’t recall her name. We laugh and joked which made me feel very comfortable - as I am NOT a fan of my own blood. A BIG Thank you to the entire staff- you all where friendly efficient and fast. I really hope not to need anymore of my precious blood drawn, but if I do I’ll be back!

Roz and Tiffiny went above and beyond any reasonable measure to get my fingerprints, (I have none).They did not give up on me and were wonderful, pleasant and witty during their ordeal with me. I cannot recommend them highly enough, they are two great great girls. Thank you!

Friendly and efficient staff. I needed a rush on my order and the manager personally assisted to make sure it happens. I wasnt sure what to expect when I went into get lab work done, but they were excellent at making you feel comfortable and they were much friendlier than I had expected. I you have any test you need done, this is the place to go!!

Staff are super friendly and happily explained all of the tests my dr was calling for. Im terrified of needles but they made sure I was absolutely comfortable the entire time. Highly recommend and plan on visiting again in the future.
