Ryan came out initially to our new home and gave us a reasonable quote to lay down bait tubes for termite prevention. Ryan was very helpful and knowledgeable about our action plan. Found a snake at work decided to call alfords Alford wildlife and Pest Management.And he determined Right away that it was a baby python .And safely disposed of it,I would refer and use them again.

Im a new tenant in the property my landlord called them out for service. To start the screwed up my appointment time and I had to reschedule. I asked for follow up notes to be sent to my landlord and I have yet to see them. I had to call to schedule my own follow up just to hear on the other end how they should have done that at the time of service. I ask to speak to my sales representative who also states the notes were not documented on kind of bug and the treatment needed to kill them. Ive now asked several times for a quote on continues treatment and still have not received one.

Brown liquid irreparably stains concrete driveway and marble pavers on patio. Sprayed and stained onto the home across a 3 foot wide planter bed. Looking for a different company now.

I hired Larue when my grass had just been laid.I now have crab grass and vine type weeds throughout. When I complained, they sent someone out who said my irrigation wasn’t watering enough... in rainy season. Now I have spots I need to completely redo. Then they tried to sell me their irrigation services. If there was an issue how or why did no one say anything?Just let it go.I am frustrated that the yard is in decline and am shopping the service with othersFollow up on my post. Within days, Mike came to see the lawn, and we spoke about a plan on how we can minimize the weeds... true to his word he had someone out later in the week.Will keep you posted on results.

Today was my first treatment for a severe drainage fly infestation in my home (aka phorid fly). I cant yet comment on how effective the treatment is, but I can say that my service technician Walter was exceptional. He was knowledgeable, personable, friendly, respectful, and courteous. He went above and beyond to problem solve, answer my questions, educate & inform me, address my concerns, and thoroughly target my pest problem.Only time will tell if my review goes up or down based on the effectiveness of the pest control treatment itself. But aside from that... Walter was an A+ technician.

I never know that my service has been done nothing left at my home. Dont remember being told or called ahead of service. Twice billing has been a mess. My husband is home most days and he hasnt seen anyone walking around home either.

My irrigation specialist at Larue- Ed Wolf -was able to diagnose and fix an irrigation issue that was costing me $100 extra per month in my water bill!Also, I always receive complements on how nice my yard is. I do not like to use more chemicals than necessary and they are receptive to this philosophy.

I wasn’t sure if I had any bugs inside the house but they did a complete check the first time and I have found a big dead bug near my dishwasher.... just as the tech told me would be the case. Original appointment was made to believe spiders was part of contract. They do not want to come, for preventative, only if you actually have something. Pay $30 a month and treat outside once every 3 months, never inside unless you call. Not worth the money.

Weve had Larue Pest Management for several years, and we have always had excellent service: prompt, professional, above-and-beyond. Just yesterday (11-14), we again had exemplary service...better than ever (and I didnt think that possible). 5 stars from me.

Nice people, and i am sure there quarterly servicing helps keep the bugs out, but when we have an immediate issue with bugs at my home there is a fairly urgent need to resolve the issue, however when I call for the services that I pay for they typically tell me that they cant make it out for 5-7 days. Obviously I am not going to let the bugs spread out and become an infestation, so i typically need to take care of it myself and by the time they are scheduled to come out I have already taken care of it myself.

This is only our third visit from Larue. So far we are satisfied with Jason our technician. He listens to our concerns. We have had so many lawn care people and nothing but bad experiences. We are hoping Larue changes all that. Just one problem we have and that is we are supposed to get a 3 day call ahead to let us know they are coming so one of us is here to discuss any concerns.. So far that hasn’t happened. We are working on that.

We have been a customer for several years and started having an issue with ghost ants. If you have ever encountered them they are a very persistent ant and challenging to get rid of. Dennis stopped to do our usual application, listened to our concerns, investigated the issue further and today we have NO ants!!!!Thank you for the great service!

LaRue pest has been debiting my account automatically for the last 18 months. Every time I walk into my home which is also a vacation rental there are bugs and a lot of them. Furthermore more Ive also hired them to take care of the fertilization on my lawn and under their care half of my backyard has died. What LaRue pest does have is a lot of excuses and very poor customer service. The damage they caused to my lawn is going to cost over $1,000 to fix.
