Tech didnt get out of his truck last time, just stuck a flag in the lawn. Today they never entered the back yard, I waited for him in the pool cage. So, after speaking to customer service, the tech is coming back out to complete the back yard and they gave us three months of free treatment. We will give them another chance, but Im still researching local companies.

SCAM - Tech came to our property at 6pm - we were home and the gate was locked - he left a service ticket at 6:03pm hanging on the gate stating he had applied potash over 6,000 sq ft of lawn, but the gate was locked - there was no way onto the property and I was here. I took pictures of the lawn to show there were no potash granules present and screenshot of the automated texts from Trugreen stating tech arrived at 6:01pm and services completed text at 6:03pm. I called customer service to let them know I wasnt going to pay for services that werent performed, and cancelled the rest of my service. Customer service person was nice about it. Hate to get the tech in trouble, but someone should have either called me to unlock the gate or leave a note that services couldnt be performed as scheduled. Very disappointed. I saw other peoples reviews saying similar things - youtube videos too of techs caught on home cameras not doing the work and leaving service bills. Be careful if you decide to go with them. For me, after today Im out.

Within a few days of starting service I started getting marketing calls pushing additional services (shrub/tree service, etc.) Id ask the caller to remove me from upsell calls with no luck. The aeration job I paid for looked like it missed roughly 20% of the lawn. I got billed for a treatment which I had no record of. I checked out my video for the day in question and sure enough, a worker arrived just as it started pouring. He sprayed my lawn in the rain and left without leaving any paperwork. A day later, I get a call from them, to advise me that they noticed some growth on the shrubs the last time they were out and wanted to treat it, but saw that you dont have the shrub package. Id like to get a truck out there soon. Is there any reason why you dont care about your shrubs? Laughable. I did see some initial improvement, however Im getting a new weed bloom now. Ill look for a local guy who takes pride in his work.EDIT - I canceled my account and got a call from my account manager asking why. We spoke at length and I gave him all the details. He said he could help me with the marketing calls but didnt offer anything else. Hours later, I get a second call from someone else, also claiming to be my account manager. He asked if I was aware of the fungus and insects on my shrubs!The upselling and excessive marketing being performed by this outlet is very troubling. They obviously dont listen to customers and simply follow a script. Stay away. Rating dropped to 1 star.UPDATE #2.The calls just wont stop. I got another one just now, months after canceling the service and asking to never be called again. The guy was trying to sell me some weed control because he noticed on my account that I didnt have it. I asked him if he noticed on my account that I canceled and asked for no more calls. He said that he had not noticed that. I had a Frank discussion with him regarding the scamminess of the company and he tried to defend it. Sounded like a nice kid, I hope he gets a better job down the road. Im sorry I ever dealt with this company.

They have done a great job so far, my lawn is looking better with each application. The weeds are starting to die and lawn is looking greener.

I had a one year service that i prepaid for. after the year was up they billed me for another month at 3 times the monthly rate i paid for. I called to discuss it with them and they would not listen to me. i asked them to listen so i would not have to talk over them and she hung up. i certainly was not going to renew the service since they did a horrible job. As it turns out they are nasty to deal with as well.

The company told me I would receive 50% off first visit. The bill was emailed to me showing the agreed amount that will be billed which was suppose to be $38.. I check my bank account 2 days later and see a charge of $120 NOT DISCUSSED AT ALL..I try to reach the billing department and it’s a NONSTOP hold and run around. They never answer the phone. I tried to call back but this time to the new services department, then magically they answer the phone immediately but tell me they need to to transfer me to billing.. too this day not a single person followed up with me. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Overall, I would recommend this company to do lawn maintenance regarding control of most weeds and most insects. Cost is reasonable and their re-service program if their treatment doesnt seem to be working is free! The cost of the treatment chemicals is less than I can get myself, if those chemicals were even available to me as a consumer.Cons: Not usually the same technician for each treatmentSome weeds like crabgrass are not coveredUsually no follow-up for their treatment unless a re-service call is made

TRUGREEN itself is a great company! Myles or tech was absolutely AMAZING! He was very knowledgeable, professional, and very respectful, and made sure we knew everything that was involved in our aeration service. He told us what to expect and the results from the service he rendered. He gave recommendations on what we could do next as far as overseeing our lawn and offered additional services to work in conjunction with our aeration service. Myles is the best service tech we have ever had service our property. We will strongly continue to recommend TRUGREEN and Myles to any that are looking for lawn control services. Nice guys but couldn’t even kill my lawn I paid them to kill. Wasted my money.

Charged for services that I didnt agree to and problems that I didnt have .Never did control the weeds like I hired them to.

The people that work in the office are polite and seem like they know what they’re talking about. I used them for an entire year and my problem never went away. Still have dollar weed and crab grass. I tried to cancel but a lady in the office convinced me to give them one more chance and that she would hand my account off to a supervisor. The supervisor never contacted me and when they came out to perform the service the weeds still didn’t go away. So I finally canceled because I was sick of paying almost $60 every three months for something that doesn’t work. I had finally canceled and a supervisor called me at that time briefly apologized for the inconvenience and then she tried to talk me into staying and then told me I should add a $140 service because that was “going to work for sure.” I want to mention they did offer me a discounted service for my dissatisfaction but after paying a years worth of services without the results I was looking for I wasn’t interested

I have total lawn care involving fertilizer, lawn pest control and care for trees and shrubs, and weed control.

We have used trugreen for a long time. Noticed our yard dying, it has bugs. Why when you have used them for the past at least two years? Stay away!!

We are almost always gone with my husbands job. We love that we dont have to be there for them to take care of our lawn. We know that it will be in its absolute best shape when we get home

The lawn care itself is fine-- BUT the billing section is truly awful. They bill after you cancel, the bills are never right and they argue about canceling. They charge for service after you cancel-- happened twice.After my initial 2 star review, True Green followed up and corrected the billing problem-- but after a lot of hassle with the local office. Much appreciated. May try them again. Lawn service was good. Hopefully the billing problem is not something that happens to others. Recommend you do not use automatic payments, get written proof of cancellation as we did, and check afterward to see if they bill after you cancel.

This branch of Truegreen has the worse customer Service skills that a customer can imagine,starting with the branch manager...The customer service at corporate requested a phone from him to call directly to me so we can address in person my weeds situation because they sent 3 times on a row a specialist and no results,by the way those employees are totally the opposite,they are professionals and responsible..Is a shame when you see a company spending money to try to bring customers and busines to the organization and people like this individduals are doing the opposite (pushing customers away from the company)

Called for services in a week later technician came out and didn’t have enough treatment to do the lawn and plus we had new lawn installed so he said to wait a couple weeks before applying so mean time we shop around and ask several customers about them and was disappointed so tried calling the phone numbers listed in the online app tried the app and all said had to speak to soy y phone to cancel never could get any help really poorly service customer don’t care se to his people unless your ready to get upset

I hired TruGreen a couple of months ago because I was tired of maintaining my lawn myself. That being said my lawn looked great as I take a lot of pride in it. I now have more weeds on my property than I have ever had. Each service I get an invoice stating that they sprayed for weeds and they should be gone in a week or two or I will notice the browning. I figured I would give them a couple of months to see if it resolved. I was told they are coming out next week for another service when I called and they would spray for weeds again. If my weeds continue like this I will not rehire them as I prepaid for the whole year.

We had used another company and soon realized they were not consistent with their visits; Id have to call to remind them. Their prices were ridiculously high for what they did or claimed to do! After we hired TruGreen, we noticed an improvement within a few weeks, and after a few months we finally had the lawn we wanted! I highly recommend them!

This is a second review of past services performed. After killing my lawn in several spots I reached out to TruGreen to address the issue. They sent out a lawn technician on March 4th to look at my lawn and to address some additional issues with weeds. The technician sprayed for weeds in the yard as well as evaluated the killed areas. I was told at that time that a manager would need to come out to the site to evaluate and create a plan of action. After the service the technician asked for good rating and went on his way. Several days later another TruGreen employee stop by and installed a few plugs in the damaged area. I received no call from a manager explaining what will be done, just a slip of paper stating that it was my fault for not watering and that the plugs he installed would take care of the issues in about 2 to 3 months. After reading the comments I fired of a call to TruGreen customer service and asked nicely for a call back from the branch manager. It’s been over a week and I still have not received a call back. If I could provide you with pictures to show what my yard looks like I would as I have a beautiful lawn except for the areas TruGreen damaged. I’m not asking for much, just want my lawn fixed ASAP as it looks horrible. Will let everyone know how this goes as it’s important to others that may be thinking about TruGreen as there lawn care specialists.

Company not upfront with yearly contracts. Started in February and ended in November. Called many times about weeds, but did not treat every time for weeds.Treated lawn in the rain. No communication between office and actual workers, still have beggar weed, dollar weeds, nutsedge and more... Very disappointed. Responded back, but e-mail did not work.

They are a total SCAM not a green lawn and killed TREES and after this they say your year in services prepaid ends before the year since you pay when ever they want to come out so a year service is 6 months.Dont use them for anything they are dishonest they will just say you didnt read the 20 page contract we hide everything in TOTAL SCAM and horrible

They are very friendly and professional in the office. But thats it. No benefits from there service. Yard still has weeds and after several months of treatment it looks averge to fair condition. Would NOT recommend unless you just like throwing money away.

My experience started out by reading other reviews and questioning the salesperson about why so many negative reviews. I also let him know that ive been taking care of my yard for 15 years and it was flawless till this year when I couldnt control the weed situation. I told him what chemicals I had used with no success and he assured me his people wouldnt use the same stuff that was not working and I could simply get refunded back if I wasnt satisfied. So I felt good about trying it out. On my first Tru Green visit I came home to my big 5 x 6 privacy gate swung wide open flapping in the breeze when theres very expensive items in my backyard and that gate is usually locked besides having a cat sometimes on my back lania and that gate keeps out wondering dogs and animals in the neighborhood. i also noticed on the receipt that he used the same chemical sedgehammer that i already had told the salesman i didnt have any luck with and there was spreader granules in piles throughout the yard. So i called to complain the first time. One week later the weeds were not even close to being taken care of so i called back for my free weed treatment. After this so called free visit i noticed the blue chemicals that were spilt all over my driveway and in road that took weeks to wash away. Another week went by and still weeds were still everywhere and noticed he still used sedgehammer again besides now my front yard looked the worst ive ever seen it. see pic below. Ive learned that no one will care about your yard like you care about your yard. When I called to cancel due to negligence and being unsatisfied after almost a month and 2 visits (1 being a free weed treatment visit) I was informed that i was only getting back $365 out of my $500 since they charged me for 3 visits instead of only 1 like it shouldve been. I immediately told the woman i will be disputing this purchase. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TRU GREEN WHAT SO EVER!!!

I honestly wouldnt give any stars if I could. Theyve been doing my yard for a year now and I finally cancelled their services. My lawn looks worse than when they started. Theres weeds everywhere. Theres no communication. They dont return phone calls. I called a couple of weeks ago to discuss the issues which I was told would correct the problems. The person on the phone was just interested in selling me additional services. Weve tried to be patient and understanding but its not worth the money anymore.

HORRIBLE service! Killed my grass and did nothing to replace! After I called to cancel my service I got a bill from THE COLLECTIONS AGENCY for $49!!!!! I had NO idea I had an outstanding balance (for a few months past due) or I would have paid! First they kill my grass then when I cancel I get a bill from COLLECTIONS! No prior attempts from trugreen to tell me I had an outstanding bill!. I ONLY hired trugreen due to my weeds and got left with dead grass and sent to collections! Others in my neighborhood had the same issue with killing the grass! I will NEVER use and would NEVER RECCOMEND!!!!!

Had an infestation of bugs Thursday night so called at 8:01 am Friday to Ft Myers office but hit Barbara in Tampa. Explained my situation, she said someone would be in touch. Well its Saturday night and again we had a bug infestation after dusk when lights went on. Bugs again in our food, on walls, in sink etc, thousands, not hundreds, I have pictures. Still havent heard word one from true green.

They did decent work but wouldnt take NO for an answer. I lost track of how many times I had to say NO to extra services. All the extra services was getting annoying. Even when we cancelled service, they continued to call and harass us about reinstating service.

I am updating my review, in the beginning of using Trugreen for mosquitoes defense, it was great and we were mosquitoes free but now the last month of my contract with this service has been a complete waste of time and money considering the inability to provide the right equipment to their techs and to actually redo an application with the right equipment needed for my property. Then when I called again to find out why no one had showed up or even tried to contact me a week after I talked to their customer service representative that assured me that they would have someone come out right away with the truck that had the equipment that they even said should have been used in the first place and not that little backpack that doesnt even get in the areas needed to kill off all the mosquitoes. Finally after the second call I made, they assured me again that it will be taken care of and that they will make sure that the truck needed for this property will be used and not the backpack. Okay fine right, the day they are scheduled to come I call the tech thats on the way because I also needed for them to be there at least two hours before 430 because we were having my sons birthday party and I needed to be sure it was nice and dry and safe for the kids to play out back, to only find out that even though it was stated in the techs paper work to use the truck and not the backpack, the managers for the mosquitos techs sent their tech with the backpack and not the truck again! Are you freaking kidding me! So no treatment that day and we couldnt even enjoy the activities we had planned for outside because we were getting devoured by mosquitoes! So thank you Trugreen for ruining that part of my now 7 year olds sons party! I have to say that the managers for the crew who do the mosquitos application are clueless as to what they are doing and if they do know what they are doing then its done in a way to save Trugreen money and nothing to do with customers satisfaction with mosquitoes problems. Maybe they need some on the job training so they can have some concept of the job that their techs do, so they can actually understand and be more productive in their roles but in reality Im sure they just dont care and are willing to cut corners at the customers expense. If you are going to offer a service for killing mosquitoes so that customers can actually enjoy their yards then the management needs to stop cutting corners at the customers expense because when you do this, it does absolutely nothing to help with the mosquitoes and only helps me, the customer feel frustrated and upset for paying this kind of money for something that doesnt do anything to rid the problem when you leave your crew without the proper equipment needed! Trugreen does have come really respectful and great techs for the field but how are they supposed to do their jobs right and effectively if their managers dont know what the hell they are doing or they just dont care and are only worried about the money and not the customers satisfaction or if that customer has a yard they can actually enjoy. Your customers should be your #1 priority because its us your customers that make it possible for you to make that money and to stay in business like you are! At this rate and with the many other negative comments you are getting, it might just be a good investment for someone to dominate this field and slowly fade you out of this business. Just saying, Trugreen needs a overhaul with their management teams and some re-education on whats truly important and thats your customers. I will be looking else where for this service if these issues are not addressed immediately and if this happens again Im out for good and wont come back even if I have to investin the equipment needed to do the damm job myself, so at least I know its done right the first time and I wont have to wait to enjoy my backyard like Trugreen kept doing to my family and I

They sprayed the yard to fertilize and also sprayed our bushes and shrubs for fertilizer and also performed tree and shrub service by pouring heaping mounds of clumped fertilizer either right on top of the shrubs or in a clump touching the base of the tree around three weeks later our lawn was almost completely dead and they killed 4 royal palms and damaged three others and i lost all of my roses and most of my shrubs we will never use or recommend this company after many calls and back and forth all they offered was to come out and poison our lawn a second time only this time it was free ... they also replaced three sprinkler head two of which stopped working within the week and the third was watering our neighbors front porch instead of our lawn and after refusing to pay because of the issues they had no problem reporting me to a collections berea ....

The great thing about Tru-Green is that they always let me know when someone is coming to service the property. Also, as we are away at times, I know I can trust the people they send.

They are telling people to self quarantine and you think it’s a “good idea” to be sending sales people (and I can see two right now) to be going door to door in a largely elderly neighborhood?? Your guy’s sale “pitch” to me was “but I won’t get paid” Truegreen has a lack of social awareness, lack of professionalism, and complete disregard for the safety of my elderly neighbors at a time of national crisis. I should post my ring doorbell video.

We are always learning from our specialists, and Jason was especially friendly and eager to teach me about my yard and some of the benefits weve seen. He was very thorough and able to apply a granule treatment and still pass along other helpful tips. I will look forward to having other applications from courteous specialists like Jason. Had TruGreen for a year and a half and my lawn has not improved much at all. I have them the chance. They tried to discount services which they did not end up following through with. One of their techs actually told me about how their stuff they use isn’t mixed well and doesn’t get the job done, therefore they get called back out all the time from unsatisfied customers. Waste of money. I had another company come to my door today and they couldn’t even tell I had the TruGreen service. Shop around. I’m trying LawnBear.

Caught the tech on my security camera putting the sign in yard and leave. There were at my property for 10 minutes. They claimed they did two treatments in 10 minutes. They is no way that is possible.I called and cancelled and told them not paying for the service. Talked to several people over the weeks with no satisfaction. Received a collections letter today for the service!Stay away! Many other better options!

Weve only had TruGreen for a few months, but we have already noticed a remarkable difference in our lawn !! Were not usually home when they come to do their applications/treatments, but everyone that Ive dealt with thus far has been wonderful!! I would definitely recommend TruGreen to others.

As new customer, I am happy with True Green services. They keep their appointment as in email they sent before come for service, analyse the lawn after service and tell you what they had done to the lawn.

When I bought.my home in Cape Coral the yard was green but the green was weeds. Dont think the previous owner did any weed control. I had heard TruGreen guaranteed its work so I signed up for a one-year plan, which I could cancel anytime. What a difference they have made in my lawn! Using aeration and proper fertilizer, potassium and weed killer, TruGreen transformed my lawn into the nicest lawn on my street if not the entire area. Recommended!

Edgar C was great when he serviced my sprinkler system on May 29th at my house in Cape Coral. Hard worker, really knows hi stuff.

I signed up for in July and paid upfront for the remainder of the year! As I saw my lawn get progressively worse, I voiced my opinions and was told with my type of grass that it was going to get worse before it got better and to not worry because “they were going to take care of me”. I kept complaining and I kept getting told the same thing. Eventually, I was left with burnt down grass and soil. The last tech to come to my home completely agreed that the previous techs ruined my lawn!!!! And admitted that there were other homes complaining of the same issues in my area! When I lost my cool over the phone, I was told that a manager was going to come to see my property. Conveniently for them, the term I paid was now finished and the manager never showed or called back. When I called to speak to management, no one wanted to transfer me to management! I was told that it was too late to do anything about my lawn. That they can not fix the mistake nor can they return my money because the neighbors lawn also look dried up.... last I checked my neighbor doesn’t have sprinklers nor did they dish out 700 bucks to keep their lawn full! So why would my lawn be compared to theirs?! Now I’m out 700 dollars and have nothing but dirt and weeds on my property! Horrible horrible service with dishonest employees!

The worst...I have been with this company for over a year, and about 7 months in when I wasn’t seeing any results, I called to ask why was my lawn was still brown and had patches. They sent a tech out and this gentleman put chemicals down and fried my front lawn. After that they put plugs in to bring the grass back, but...they put in the wrong plugs so now I have 2 different types of grass growing in my FRONT lawn, oh and by the way it’s starting to turn brown again. Use at your own risk.

Worst people ever came out did first service and weed are worst then ever. Waited all day for them to respray and never showed up after calling 4 times . Then they want to sell you more services . How about customer service that would be nice . No call the next day to fix problem .

Israel Vega in Branch # 5763 did a great job insalling my lawn plugs on March 13, 2018. He was very informative about how I should care for the plugs and he did a great job installing them. In addition, he arrived in the time frame that he said he would when he called me the day before the service.

I paid for 1 year of lawn maintenance. I think the 2nd time that they sprayed my 11/2 yr old Bahia sod lawn it had large brown circles a few days later. I spoke to the new next service person-he could not figure it out and said maybe the wrong weed control was used. He went back and apparently spoke with his supv. and was told to come back and redo it. He used something else and and when I questioned him because it was still browning, he said maybe the wrong stuff was put on his truck. I have been going through this for 8 months. A supv came out and said this is normal. It does not regenerate and has to be reseeded. And, at one point the type of sod that we have was incorrectly stated as another type. Lastly, the service person that came out STATED He did not know that the type of weed control he used was not good for Bahia. I WOULD CERTAINLY NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. I only feel sorry for the tech- he was new and was caught in the middle.

We have called and told the company to not treat shrubs and bushes as well as stopped employees coming on property to this type of work. We were told they would only treat lawn. This was more than a year ago. Then they send a bill that they did bush and shrub treatment which there is no proof of and was not required or requested. Do not use them. They will scam you.

Had service for three months spent over $400 with them two different techs told me that they would have a manager figure out what the weeds were that are in my side lot. Because they had no idea. Also three of the times that they came out to spray they only sprayed my front yard instead of the whole yard. So we had to have them come back out and spray the rest of the yard. If we did not have security cameras we would not have even known After three months the same weed had taken over one whole lot of my yard. The yard was worse after the three months then before they started. No manager ever showed up or called Until we canceled service. I think they should refund all of my money but of course when the manager contacted us it was because he was trying to sell something else.

Theyre so disrespectful I called the last Thursday looking for someone in Spanish because Ive some issues with my English and they said in 24 to 48 hours someone will calll you back.I was waiting for this person until yesterday when I try to call again they dont have any persona in Spanish!!!!Please if you dont have services in Spanish, just let me know and Ill decide what should I do. DONT LIE TO ME THIS IS NOT A PLAY !!!

My adt alerted me there was motion at the door( no door bell rang)I went to see what it was and it was a True Green guy note saying sorry I missed you. Which there was no attempt. I had a clear view outside and a dog that would have barked, no work was done. I called the office to tell them I want him to come back and do the work. All he did was come back and give me excuses and said he did it. I made it clear I would have seen him not only with the cameras but I would have seen him through the window.I called to let them know I no longer need there service and now I get a bill doubled with more excuses.

Absolutely Terrible service, from top to bottom the only people I have any faith in are the extremely nice ladies who answer the phone. Company lied about coming out to service my property continued to bill me and managers have an I dont care we have a ton of business attitude. They could care less when I canceled my service they tried to tell me I was lying about the service not being done until I emailed them my security camera footage of the day they were out. Absolutely pathetic company save your time and money, go with someone who cares about you.

Although we have just started with TRUGreen, we can acknowledge that their Expertise, Customer Service and their App have been a great experience so far. My weekly Lawn man says that we chose the right company based on their application that is better than any other company. Our lawn is in pretty dire straits and TRUGREEN has guaranteed a positive outcome!! Living in Florida, you MUST have insect and weed control.I will write another review in a couple months as the progress happens.

True green not so true. Employed there service and two months later the yard is dead . No one knowss what they are talking about there...Four different stories from four different people. Poor communication No return phone calls. Dont make the same mistake we did. Call someone different.

I dont utilize the service but wanted to share that a technician treated my property when he should have treated the property about 4 houses down. The company I use was going to treat my property next week and were pushing the service back so that there is no damage from a double application.

First I was serve for this company for one year, I live in Cape Coral, Florida where you can have a lot of weed if you do not take care of your lawn. After that year my lawn did not show any significant change regarding the weed that I do have on it, so I did not renew the contact, but the keep treating my lawn and send me a bill for two application, I did call and explain that I do not want the service anymore and I was tool that those charge will be eliminate, I just receive the 5th call today asking to pay for those applications. this is a headache company. I will never use the again and I do hardly not recommend then on any way.

The entire team at TruGreen has been amazing!! No matter what my question or concern, everyone takes the time to answer. I have requested a few re-treats because of ants or caterpillars and it has always been done with no question!! The last time I had pest control done, the technician even came inside the lanai, sprayed AND wiped down all the cobwebs!! AMAZING company!!

Nolan Brosius is an excellent representative of TruGreen. He is knowledgeable, polite and courteous. I would highly recommend him.

I was seeked out and asked to attend an interview in which I agree to and I was scheduled for a 2pm appointment and I show up 30 minutes before my appointment time. Another candidate was also scheduled for a to interview which I have no problem with but I have a problem when she doesnt show up as early as I do and then return is asked to do the interview first. The receptionist told Fred does she arrive II and his response was thats fine theyre both scheduled for the same time. Pretty shity to know that I go out of my way and show up 30 minutes prior to the appointment and he doesnt come out until 10 after the schedule time and then turned around and picks the female first. I think that just goes to show where his priorities are! What a slob!

Joe Batte was the Specialist sent today. i was fortunate to be at home when he came by. I walked around the house with him and he explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. Since this is a new yard with all new grass and landscaping, i appreciated him taking the time to explain everything Truegreen will and could do for my lawn. It put my mind at ease.

If u keep my same technician like u have I have no problems he knows lawn and it.looks great.

Lawn look OK could be better with rain.. Specialist let me know he was there would have liked to know more about the treatment since I was at home.. Receive granulated treatment. Spread and go.

This is my first service at this address for Trees & Shrubs and Lawn. Both Joe Kearns and Cesar Touché were excellent. They both answered all my questions and concerns. I look forward to seeing both on my next service.

Be careful of these guys. They might be fine but the sales guy I got didnt explain the service costs and for the past two months I got charged for extra services I knew nothing about. So for the two months I was expecting $108 in total services and instead I have a $237 bill. Their website explains very little and when you talk to the CSR, they give you the run around when you try to cancel. Not happy so Im keeping my service cancelled.

The grass is looking better and most of the weeds are gone.

Made the odious mistake of working for this crooked company, and learned enough about their methods of cheating their clients to never want them near my property. They have two huge tanks; one of a fertilizer that is almost chemically identical to cat urine, and one of Roundup.Technicians get very little training, and are paid per lawn instead of hourly. This means many of them ghost the lawns on their routes in order to meet their quota. I also cant count how many times techs killed a lawn by using the wrong trigger on their sprayer and covering a property with roundup instead of fertilizer. It happened multiple times per month during my two year tenure.The sales and marketing departments are a boiler room comprised of lost souls who are encouraged to promise anything to get a sale, and are fired if not over the top aggressive.Finally the upper management are the most corrupt group of people I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Ever. They find it humorous when a customer complains, care less than nothing for their workers, and maintain a good ol boy culture of bigotry and greed.My direct manager was caught smoking crack in the truck bay, and the one after him made an inexperienced new hire the assistant manager for the entire sales department because of her looks, and her inability to perform the basic tasks of the job she was hired for. Great folks.Do yourself a favor, and learn how to take care of your own lawn. Stay away from this horrible company.

Scammers! Plans not worth the money and you should carefully read the contract, they hustle you with the small letter and additional visits! Dont waste your time & money!

Finally 2 reps came out that were AWESOME! Kevin and another guy (IDK his name) were nice, professional, and listened to my concerns about my lawn! Im trying my hardest to have a nice green lawn and I really feel that in the next few months it will be possible. Thanks so much Kevin!

I have to keep reminding this company that I do not need to get serviced every 6 weeks. The quality of the product that is being used on my lawn must be substandard. I have keep calling for extra service although we are getting our shrubs and lawn done so often.

Tru Green wants to make it right! They always follow up to make sure you are happy with their results! One time one of the managers was out here getting the weeds picked out of the yard. They want you to be completely satisfied with their work.I have used their services for many years and hope to for many more!

Your service technicians are always friendly and able to answer any questions we have. You were able to price match our previous lawn care service, which was a plus.

We are rarely home when the service tech performs the necessary treatment for our lawn or trees and shrubs, however we were home on 10-13-2017 when Dan Leveque serviced our trees. Dan did a thorough job and then took the time to explain a few things we had questions about. My wife and I learned quite a bit of useful information from Dan and really appreciate his taking the time and the information he provided. It is unusual these days to find a worker willing and knowledgeable as him.

Their techs killed our shrubs and blamed us. Now they call our cell phones constantly to try to gain our business back. Will never use this company again. Recommend you do your research and DIY pest control and lawn care.

They have been treating for 6 months. No difference. Still have weeds ect. Terminating service tomorrow. Going with a local provider. Canceled a service and they showed up anyway.

If I could rate TruGreen zero stars, I would. My lawn actually got worse after hiring TruGreen. My lawn had no visible crab grass and weeds when they started. As time went on I developed large patches of crab grass all over my yard. Weeds and nut sedge popped up everywhere too. I had them come out on numerous occasions to retreat all of these areas, and nothing improved. I had a specialist from TruGreen come over and he didnt seem too thrilled to be at my home. A couple of months later I had another manager from TruGreen stop by. He assured me they would get all of the weeds and nut sedge under control. Of course, it NEVER HAPPENED!!!!It is mid-October and this past week is the first full week without any rain since June. My lawn has begun to turn yellow already. Ugh!I would not recommend TruGreen to anyone. It was a total waste of over $600 for two properties. Wish they gave full refunds. I wish I had before and after pictures to show how it got worse after TruGreen.

STAY AWAY!!!! I signed up for the tree and scrub service. Not only did my fox tail palm died, but they kept treating it after it was dead like they didnt notice. Not one weed died as a matter of fact I had more. After I cancelled my service they kept showing up anyway. What a nightmare!!!!! Their service is guaranteed. Im going after them because they wont return my calls. Anyone care to join me?? Angies list, BBB and possible lawsuit.Very disappointed, Ann Artuz

WAS going to sign up for service as my lawn needs help BUT after reading the reviews I figure I would call and act like an existing customer and see if some of the other bad reviews where true. THEY WHERE- I sat on hold for 19 minutes before I hung up. Then I called back and selected the option for new customers and a lady answered the phone right away in less then 5 seconds! Try for yourself- call and hit option 1 for existing customer and youll see. As a result I decided that most of the other bad reviews where likely accurate and did not sign up.

I am very pleased with the TruGreen service. I signed with TruGreen, after comparing their customer service and price with another company. However, it was not just price that convinced me, but their level of customer service with all of the employees with whom I came in contact.

To soon to see any measurable results.

Had Trugreen for 8 months. During that time, our lawn was patchy and in general looked very sad. Each time I made my unhappiness known to the tech and there were always different excuses, cant fertilize due to algae blooms, weather, etc. But other lawns in the neighborhood looked green and happy-ours was the only sad one. When I called to cancel, they offered to have a manger come out and I accepted. The manager was very nice and had the commercial team come and treat our lawn and it definitely started to look better. But come next service, the same tech as before came out and our lawn started to go downhill again. When I called to cancel again, they did offer a manager to come out again, but just not worth the hassle. Switched to Lawn Doctor.

Terrible, dishonest company. A service tech stopped by and sold us weed/bugs/fertilizer package stating he was in the area all the time and that he would drop off or install grass plugs anytime we wanted. After the first service, I called and asked for some grass plugs. I was told thered be a charge. After explaining that I was told they were included, the customer service rep sent a message to the branch manager.Our second spraying was for weeds. No plugs were left. 2 weeks after the spraying, our weeds were blooming beautifully! I called to complain and ask where the grass plugs were. The service rep saw a note on my account indicating grass plugs should have been delivered with this weed spraying. They werent. Rep then scheduled a free weed spraying.Upon third visit without plugs, I called to cancel. The rep talked me into waiting to hear from the branch manager before canceling. No call was received so I called and canceled.After the rep canceled my account, she said she was going to still have the manager call me to try and make things right. I told her Id love to talk with him.Finally, a few days later the branch manager called me. No apology! Asked how many flats of plugs I needed and said he would get 4 flats over to me as soon as possible.Im not holding my breath but its been 2 weeks and I doubt Ill ever see the plugs I was promised!Go with a more honest company for your lawn care!

Based on his knowledge, friendliness and professionalism our specialist, TJ convinced me I would get a quality job...and I did. Even with the dry weather, my lawn is looking much better than most on the street - thanks to TruGreen.
