Rich is a wonderful guy, hes been taking care of my mom for a long time and hes always so nice to her. He is very professional and takes his time explaining everything to her, we been if he has to go over it ten times he doesnt mind and he NEVER gets angry with her. Michelle who works in his office is also a Great person shes, pleasent, professional and just a Great person❣❣😊. I wouldnt take my mom anywhere else ❣

I finally found that I needed hearing aids a year ago. Probably due to the rock music in the 70’s and 80’s and my military time. I searched around and found this place to be phenomenal. The Doctor was really nice and explained things so I could understand them. They offer lifetime warranty and batteries. They call every 6 months to schedule my follow up. I recommend this place. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive either.

I recently moved to the Fort Myers area. I have had two problems with my hearing aids since arriving here. Each time I was able to set up an appointment in a timely manner with Life Hearing Health Center. I worked with Richard Radostits and on both occasions he was able to solve my problem. I am very happy with the service I received there and will continue to use them.

I deal strictly with the fort Myers office and have been very pleased with the attention and service that I have received. I purchased some PHONAK in-the ear aids primarily to help with my long standing issues with tinnitus. My hearing loss in both ears could be described as mild at worst but the increasing ringing was driving me to distraction. I have worked with Richard Radostits throughout the process. His follow up and attention has been great even though I have been back for adjustments many times trying to find to right balance between hearing and ringing. I would recommend this group as caring, smart and patient folks who will go out of their way to help you.

I am so glad I picked Life Hearing Center of Fort Myers. Richard is just so caring and knowledgeable. His expertise goes beyond what I have experienced in the past. His kindness also extends to my husband who is a disabled Veteran. He never fails to thank him for his service. Michelle at the front desk is also top notch, friendly and always helpful. I hope they are there for a long time because this is where I intend to get additional hearing aides when needed, and even though I just picked basic hearing aides, I still get 5 star treatment.

We are snowbirds in SW Florida. One night I removed my hearing aids and one came out with only the wire - leaving the tip inside my ear canal. I briefly tried to remove it myself but realized I might only push it in further. I was concerned that not only did my hearing aid need repair, I needed someone capable of removing the tip from my ear canal without causing damage. The next morning I went to the internet to search for a reliable hearing aid center and after checking out several web sites decided to call Life Hearing Health Centers. After hearing my plight, they were able to squeeze me in within a matter of hours! Shortly after we arrived, Dr. Richard Radostits greeted us cordially and within a matter of minutes fixed my hearing aid, replacing not only the wire and tip, but also the receiver, and then ably removed the old tip from my ear. He worked carefully and was not rushed, and even spent some time chatting. Despite the fact that I did not purchase my hearing aid there and was not a prior client, he did not charge me anything for this service!The Life Hearing Health Center is in an easy to find professional building just off Hwy 41 near Daniels Parkway. They handle all types of hearing aids and all types of repairs. If you are in need of hearing aids or service, I highly recommend this hearing aid center!

I got a same-day appointment, the problem was quickly diagnosed and fixed, candid advice was given about future hearing aid needs, and the price was almost nothing. I recently moved here from Minnesota and needed a repair on the hearing aids I had purchased there in January, 2017.It was a long shot but I went in to see Richard Radostits at Life Hearing Health Center in Fort Myers. He was able to fix my hearing aid, under warranty, at no charge to me, in about 10 minutes. It was just before lunch but that didnt phase him at all.I received excellent service and I have to say it was better than any other hearing aid experience I have ever had. I have been wearing hearing aids for many years.It is great to have found such a long time, family business and very near my work. I highly recommend you go and see Richard.

Life hearing healthcare was the first clinic that afforded me clarity in the words I listened to as well as a comfortable volume. I was educated in the process of hearing. The patience demonstrated by the audiologist was so helpful in my learning to adjust to my new hearing aides and they are always ready to help with anything later. Im a snowbird. One of my Phonak hearing aids broke. Since I was scheduled to be in Fort Myers for another 8 weeks, and I didnt want to go monotone until I returned home, I contacted Life Hearing Health Center. They got me into their schedule quickly, fixed the hearing aid while I waited, and did so at a cost that was substantially less than I would have paid back home. I could not have been more pleased with their terriffic service!
