Robert, Kyle & the EarTronics Team have taken care of my hearing needs for 5+ years now. The service is excellent, and my new hearing aids I just upgraded to are amazing. Changed my life 5 years ago & took it to the next level last month.

We took my sister in law to Eartronics several years ago when she needed new hearing aids. Eartronics fitted her with the perfect aids with an affordable lease. The doctor is kind and gentle when cleaning her ears of wax. Whenever she needs batteries Gail sends them right out. Whenever she needs service, the techs are right there to take care of her needs. I have been with Ear-Tronics, Dr Hooper for 33 years. I have had a hearing impairment since the 3rd grade. I was fortunate to cross paths with Ear-Tronics at the age of 25. After receiving my first set of hearing aids, the first thing I heard was my keys changle and rain drops on the roof of my car. Over the years, Dr Hooper has supplied the top of the line service. In addition, during times in my life when things were rough, he continued to service my hearing aids. I am most grateful to Ear-Tronics and Dr Hooper. I have leased hearing aids from Eartronics since 2006. In 2009 I relocated to the Jacksonville, FL area and I have continued Dr. Hooper, Gail, Dottie, Michelle and all of the staff are professional, friendly and a joy to be associated with. All of the staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. In my opinion Dr. Hooper is the BEST audiologist in the state of Florida . I have visited 3 locations and found the same atmosphere in all locations. I highly recommend Eartronics to anyone with poor hearing even if you have to drive a long distance to get to any of the locations.Thank you!

I have been a patient of Dr. Hoopers for many years. Their lease program and high quality hearing aids have greatly improved my life. The new bluetooth I have that streams music or phone calls directly into the hearing aids is life changing!! Highly recommended!!

What a GREAT, GREAT group of people to deal with!! The staff at the Front Desk, the Lab staff, Kyle and Dr. Bob are always jovial and friendly. ANY problems are always handled quickly and efficiently. They have even done overnight delivery for me while travelling. I recommend them to all my friends even if they dont have hearing problems!

I have gotten excellent service from Dr. Hooper and Kyle. Its easy to get appointments. Front desk staff is always welcoming and friendly. At my most recent visit, Kyle spent time explaining what and why he was doing adjustments so not only did I understand it, he listened and got the adjustments just right. This is a great business.

Dr Hooper and his wonderful team keep me going, if ever there an issue they are so quick to resolve it to get you in and out hearing again! I honestly dont know where I would be without them ( not hearing of course) they have truly changed my life for the better. I cannot believe the wonderful treatment I received from Kyle at Eartronics. He is so patient and kind. I got my life back thanks to Kyle. Everyone should have their ears checked after a certain age. If you have any doubts Dr. Kyle will be the one to see. Gail is very nice as well and can answer questions for you..

Everyone is very helpful, I have problems with my hearing ids they fix it right away, and my hearing test showed decrease in hearing so I have to have stronger aids. Everyone is helpful in explaing etc.

I am happy to say that I have been a patient of Dr. Hooper for approximately 10 years and have always had very good results with the hearing aids that I have purchased from him. Additionally the last 5 years I have had Kyle Hooper,who is a hearing aid specialist, help me with any updates or adjustments that have been required. It also helps that Ear-tronics has its own service in house. The office manager and all the service staff are always pleasant and very willing to assist any patient to assure that all are satisfied with their hearing aid results.

Your experience with the hearing aid is paramount to the staff at Ear-Tronics. Each person receives individualized attention. You might find you need to wait awhile longer some times, but remember, your hearing instrument needs to be set to match what you need and that takes time to make this work for your hearing.

In 2013, upon the recommendation of a friend, I acquired hearing aids from Ear-Tronics. I chose to lease as I receive free batteries, repairs and maintenance. Dr. Hooper and son, Kyle, and staff are professional and caring and go the extra mile to meet a patients needs.

I brought my almost 92-year-old Mom (with severe dementia) to Ear-Tronics to evaluate her old hearing aids with hope of being able to improve her hearing. Her eyesight is very poor, which combined with her poor hearing, was truly shrinking her world and causing her to isolate herself. Dr. Hooper was amazing! He was so patient with her and gave clear, easy instructions that she could follow. He also clearly explained each step of his evaluation process to me. Wax in her ears was removed. One old hearing aid was non-functional, so new hearing aids were ordered. I was so impressed by Dr. Hoopers knowledge, skill and manner that I scheduled an evaluation for me (67). Thankfully, while some normal hearing loss due to aging exists, Dr. Hooper said that I wont need hearing aids for another 5+ years.I just took Mom back for the fitting of her new hearing aids. Kyle Hooper, Hearing Aid Specialist, was also so kind and patient with my moms cognitive and memory issues. He explained and demonstrated how to and then helped mom insert the new hearing aids. He explained how to clean them each night, open battery case to lengthen battery life, and store them. All of this was very helpful to me so I could inform/teach Moms evening caregivers on this.Lastly, I must also compliment Gail Fagan, the office manager. She has been very caring, patient and kind to my mom throughout this process. And shes also been very flexible with me in arranging for appointments.I highly recommend Ear-Tronics for their staffs skills and approach to their patients and family, plus the offices cutting-edge technology related to hearing assessment and aids.
