Best barbell equipment in Lee County. A great selection of bars (multi-grip, duffalo, etc.), plenty of dumbbells, plates, fixed weight barbells, racks, benches, deadlift platform with bar jack, and a variety of machines (both plate-based machines and cables). The staff is friendly. The cost is reasonable. The hours are great. Love this place.

This gym is an awesome hidden gem between gateway area (Fort Myers) and Lehigh Acres! It’s on the smaller side but has every piece of equipment you can imagine. Members and staff are very friendly. Be sure to check out their supplement shop- they have great prices and some really unique products that you can’t find online or anywhere else.

I purchased the membership that lets you use both locations. I live in Bonita but work in fort Myers so having both locations is perfect. The Fort Myers location is smaller of the two but is a very cozy and comfortable atmosphere, with really everything you need to get a great workout. Im enjoying all the different rooms and unique equipment. The gym is very clean and every time I have a question the staff was kind, courteous and eager to help. Wonderful gym!

I’m a powerlifter and I’ve been looking for a place to get a good workout in and a friend told me about this gym. It has everything I need for my workout including kilo plates and a monolift, which is a rare find at most gyms. They also have a location in bonita springs that has even more equipment and I typically will visit there on the weekends. This place has a great atmosphere and motivation!Cheers!

I have been a member here for a few months and thought it’s been long enough to give my honest experience and thoughts about this gym.Equipment: They have some unique pieces, and recently added more equipment. There is really something for everyone. My husband loves new the Arsenal back machines. Everything is kept clean and is in excellent condition, and I’ve never seen and out of order sign as of yet.Staff: Everyone at the front desk is friendly and welcoming. I appreciate that they try hard and I always see staff cleaning.Members: All the members here are respectful and kind. I’ve actually met a few good friends here already!!Bathrooms: The women’s bathroom is amazing and I love the amenities. They provide razors, mouthwash, sugar hand scrub and hair/skin products. There are also showers and an infrared sauna that I use often. I’m often on the run to work after my workout so it helps a lot.Amenities: towel service, fruit infused water, individual spray bottle and cloth for cleaning machines. I also believe they offer a free consultation for personal training if you ask.Final thoughts: this is a great gym, well maintained, great equipment and very clean. My only small gripe is I wish it were bigger. Although I do believe they expanded some of the space recently.

Join Smash Camp! small classes, no workout is ever the same and they are always challenging. Classes are inclusive to all levels, I started not being able to do a single push up or do a proper lunge and now have not only improved my form but also learned so much and have achieved so many of my fitness goals since joining!

In my 4th week at Smash and only have positive things to say. While I was hesitant to sign up, due to me not being motivated enough to start my fitness journey, I am really glad I did— it’s been an amazing way to start my fitness goals. Awesome equipment, love the atmosphere. I really feel motivated to workout when there’s likeminded individuals and trainers that will hand out tips if you have any questions. The gym is also very clean. Highly recommend.

I just switched gyms and joined here on Monday. The first thing I noticed was the atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. The staff are very professional and eager to help should you have a question about the equipment or working out. Extremely clean gym. 5 stars!! *****

I have been going to this gym for the past 2 months and really enjoy it. It is clean and well organized and has towels provided. ( I always forget mine at home, so it is nice to know they are provided for me) The staff is very friendly and welcoming and genuinely care about you as a person. It is never too busy and I always get a great workout in. The personal trainers are also very knowledgeable.

Definitely come here, nothing around really tops what these guys have to offer. Great supplements and smoothie bar, the equipment is spot on, and the staff is cool for sure. Clean, one of the best bathrooms Ive walked into, and spray bottles with rags all over the place. They have a bit of everything for all your workout needs man, really a treasure to be found.

TL;DR - Join this gym now if youre serious about getting results and being around like minded people who want you to succeed in your gains and goals!**SEE UPDATE BELOW** While not as comprehensive or complete as the Naples location (honestly just missing another squat rack and some leg machines) this little powerhouse of a gym gets the job done and the staff is just as amazing and helpful as down south. SMASH does it right and even during covid the place is spotless and constantly being cleaned. Try it out and hit your goals and get them gainz!UPDATE :: Theyve expanded and added at least 10 brand new machines, retooled the SMASH camp area with extra leg and shoulder machines and moved the camp to a private location within same complex.

I really enjoy working out at this amazing gym. Friendly staff. Very clean. I do like the space of the showers and has everything needed in the bathrooms.However it is always so hot inside even before I work out and I wish they had more classes.However overall, a great place to get your workout on!

Currently visiting Fort Myers from NY. In the past I have tried other gyms around Fort Myers, as I come here several times a year to stay with family. This has been my first visit to Smash and I have to say is the best gym I have been to! If I lived here permanently I would make this my everyday gym. I really like the towel service and infused water. The bathroom reminds me of a spa. It is very clean and I also feel comfortable working out here.5 stars! This will definitely be my “fort Myers vacation” gym when I come back!

Found this gym close to my job. Had been going to Around the Clock and after switching I never looked back! Awesome little gym, never too busy, staff is great. Coaches are highly knowledgeable and willing to throw a few tips out here and there. Highly recommend!

Let me start off by saying this place is a joke. I had lost my wallet during the first outbreak of Covid 19 and had to cancel all of my cards but was unable to get in contact with the gym to freeze or explain what had happened (called multiple times and was unable to stop in due to their doors being closed). Finally and with Covid 19 being contained for the most part, I felt more comfortable going back and trying to clear things up and was greeted with a $150 reactivation fee, like really? COME ON guys?Sincerly,Another lost customer.

Far and away one of the best gyms I have ever joined. The equipment is excellent. The manager, Jimmy, is excellent. The location is perfect. The gym is just social enough for you to feel welcome but not so much that it interferes with your workout. That is a really great balance. I love that I am able to support a local owner, too. The locker room and showers are always immaculate. I never wait for any machine or station. Overall, the place is exceptionally clean. I would like to see them expand to add one unit more for just a little more space. Other than that, just perfect.

Clean, affordable, and helpful staff

I have been to this gym a few times and cannot say enough good things about it. It is always spotless. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and always available to assist or answer questions. The equipment is top of the line and in perfect condition. I wish I lived closer so I could go regularly! I highly recommend checking it out, you won’t regret it!

Not all gyms are created equal and this place is an oasis of gyms. If youre like me i make sure the gym i use has everything i need and the first thing i look at is the workout equipment. This place has the most advanced state of the art equipment in SWFL. For the equipment alone this place is worth the price everything else is just the cherry on top. I love that their front about everything and the pricing no hidden fees. Very friendly staff and very knowledgeable, always there to help for whatever questions you have. This place is amazing shout out to Tyler for helping me get back on track.

I have been working out at Smash for a few months now and can confirm that it’s a wonderful facility. The entire facility is always kept very clean, and staff are always out on the floor cleaning and keeping the gym organized. As for equipment, they have everything you need. They have a towel service as well. The staff is friendly and helpful. Try the morning yoga classes!

After being a member for around six months now, I can confidently say that Smash Fitness is the best gym in Southwest Florida. All the equipment for any type of training one could ever need is here. Not only that but the equipment is kept clean and in near perfect condition. The benches are the greatest Ive ever used. The friendly staff and trainers are phenomenal all around, ready to help and assist at all times. I love this gym!

Very nice gym, very well maintained. Perfect for older couples and they offer many services with the membership. Only comment was that the towel service in the mornings is very unreliable, they always have a full clothes bin and very few fresh towels. Other than that, nice, quiet spot

Visiting from out of state and wanted to find a decent gym in the area. Literally chose this gym because of the black and red equipment, however, after visiting - it exceeded my expectations. All of the equipment is functional and up-to-date! Even discovered some machines I never used before. Asked if they had a jump rope my first day and they didnt. The next day I came in, there was a jump rope in the ab room? Not sure if it was another members or the staff actually listened to recommendations? Regardless, Im satisfied with this fitness center the few times I have visited. They have day passes but its more economical to buy the week pass if you plan on attending more than one day and of course the monthly rate is the best if youll be here that long.

Great gym! This is the smaller of 2 locations but still has all the necessary equipment you would want in a gym. The staff is great, and super friendly - even at 5 am! The locker rooms have most of the items you need if you needed to take a shower and change - shampoo, soap, conditioner, razors, q tips, hair straightener, blow dryer, etc.

Clean facilities. Great equipment. Friendly and passionate staff. Overall a great place to become your fitness home! 🏋🏻‍♂️

Great place to work out. Been going here since it opened, really nice equipment. I typically go in the evening and it’s never too crowded. Gym is extremely clean and staff are very friendly. Towel service and infused water is a nice touch.

Ive been coming to smash fitness since it opened in 2016. I love the equipment and the people as well. It is the number one gym in Florida in my opinion. Everything is always kept extremely clean and I love the towel service and free fruit infused water every day. Definitely check out this place out! 👍

Technically a power-lifting gym, Smash has all the equipment you need to get stronger. It has the close-knit feeling of being the smaller, local gym where neighborhood residents go to pick up and put down heavy objects.There are enough cardio and weight machines that you can be doing something even when its really busy. With 2 free-standing squat cages, you can usually find one open, but very occasionally there is a wait.There are a few workout and yoga classes (which Ive found to be quite the enjoyable experience when Ive attended) available as well.To boot, there are showers, mouthwash, razors, and a day care. They emphasize being a Concierge gym and Id say they do a good job.

Smash is a great gym that is in an office complex on Daniels near JetBlue Park. This place is not sprawling like Crunch, LA Fitness or Planet Fitness and its not trying to be those places. Smash is compact and to the point. It has all the equipment you need to get in great shape. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Owner Brent and Manager Jim are hands on guys that always have a smile and a good word.The gym is absolutely spotless and that goes for the showers, smoothie bar and even the parking lot. Plenty of parking, by the way, even at lunch time when the gym has quite a few people in it. What I really love is the towel service along with razors, after shave, deodorant, Q-tips, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, the works.All in all, you have great equipment, lots of TV s to go with a solid selection of cardio equipment . I dont do classes but there are plenty of them and theyre free. I do go stretch in the aerobics room that also has a speed bad and bicycles to spin on. There is nothing bad to say about Smash and the price is RIGHT for all you get. An added bonus is you get to work out free at the more hardcore Smash gym on Bonita Beach that is more centrally located.Nothing had to say about this gym, period.

I love working out at Smash. Everyone is very friendly and helpful in whatever stage of fitness you are in. They are all about living a healthy life-style! I highly recommend them!

Great calm environment. Towels are provided for showers and many other wake up necessities before taking on the day. Really close to work and other shops for convenience. Really no excuse not to wake up and go here to strengthening yourself and get ready for the day.Now if only I could actually gain the discipline to go more haha.

Not a gym member, but based on the responses I received to an inquiry, I wont be joining this gym. Fort Myers location only adds classes during season, so if you want a gym for the group fitness, this is not the right choice for you. They have plenty of classes in Bonita Springs but Im not about to drive 40 minutes to a gym when theres an LA fitness around the corner that offers multi-club memberships for less money. I had high hopes for this place, it was recommended by friends, but whoever they have replying to email inquiries is most definitely NOT a salesman...

Like most gyms, I go during the mornings because after 5 you get your meatheads and annoying groups of friends (not the gyms fault). Staff is very friendly, professional, and helpful. Equipment well maintained and I have not seeing an out of service equipment yet.

Small yet really nice gym. Switched to this gym the moment I walked into it. Staff are super friendly and funny and the equipment feels and looks like the best stuff life fitness has to offer.

Kind of small gym, but it does have everything you need to workout every muscle group. The staff is friendly, and pretty knowledgeable if you ask for advice. Can get quite busy in the afternoon (speaking from experience), but again, has everything you need, the place is clean, and the machines are well maintained.

Best gym Ive ever been to! And Ive been to a lot of gyms around the world! Staff is very friendly, warm and welcoming. They always remember your name, I literally feel like family everytime I walk in there. The gym is very clean and has top of the line equipment. The bathrooms have razors, mouthwash, hair products and they even include a towel service as well. The prices are extremely reasonable for everything that is included in your membership. I purchased a few personal training sessions (very reasonable as well) and absolutely loved it. Ill definitely be purchasing more sessions soon. Very knowledgeable staff. Im so glad to have this gym here!!!

A perfect local gym with everything you would ever need to get a good workout in. Top of the line equipment and is never really jam-packed. The hours are great too, for people who like to workout late in the evening. They frequently have free samples (pre-workout, aminos, etc.) right when you walk in, which is a major plus. Staff is very friendly as well. I will be going here for years to come!

They dont charge enrollment or maintenance fees as other gyms in the area. It offers classes during the week and day care. The bathrooms are always clean and they offer towels, razors, mouthwash, hairdriers, body wash and shampoo. Their smoothie bar offers protein shakes and they sell great quality supplements. Perso al training is offered for an additional charge but definitely worth enrolling as their trainers are very knowledgeable and encouraging! Overall I love everything about this gym!

Came in to check gym out. skinny woman think is owner talked to me like i was dumb. Price was higher than i expected. Also mentioned concierge and razors in the bathroom which made my mother laugh. There was not many classes. my mom went a few months ago and someone told her it was season and they had tons which they didnt then either. it was very small enough equipment to work out but i want more options. not a friendly enviornment like other gyms i have gone to even ATC is friendlier! I was interrupted everytime i spoke. the gym was busy but that is not an excuse for staff to be short or ignore a potential member.

Great gym. Great equipment. Super clean and not a lot of meatheads... very few.... maybe one guy. ALSO!!! Their WiFi is amazing!!! No getting kicked off of Pandora or Apple Music... non-interrupted WiFi is a BIG deal, as I need to be constantly distracted from the pain of working out.
