If you want your package to be mishandled damaged and then your carrier to NOT take responsibility for it- I highly recommend shipping with these incompetent people. They are fantastic at damaging and not owning up to their mistakes. They are dragging out the claim process as long as they can and now claiming the incident happen even though I have pictures showing the damage in their loading dock. Very disorganized company and no one knows whats going on there. I took the risk shipping with them even after seeing the 1.8 star rating because I know how people are sometimes....but that was a big mistake. RUN THE OTHER WAY DONT SETTLE FOR A CUT RATE CARRIER

My shipment crossed 3300 Miles of the US from Bellingham Washington to Fort Myers with good tracking, so I could keep up with the shipment. I called YRC, Fort Myers, about delivery and Debbie was great, courteous, and efficient. When Christopher, who was also great, delivered the box the next day, the box looked like it had come across town, not across the country with several transfers.Ive read some of the previous comments/reviews, and I cant believe they really dealt with the same company, and people that I experienced. All I can say is, that after having dealt with freight shipment in the military, and civilian life, there is no rock solid guarantee that a package will get to its destination unblemished, or on time due to weather, accidents, traffic, and season. Stuff happens, even when one moves furniture around the house.One thing is for sure constant, (for the vast majority of times)... respect begets respect. I would not hesitate to ship with YRC as long as the company has employees like Debbie and Christopher.

Truly feel that 0 stars should be an option. More than anything, Debbie is the WORST customer service agent and should be fired. She was condescending, rude and careless. Something tells me she gets her rocks off on being hateful to people.TERRIBLE freight service and should be avoided at all costs.

Awful customer service in my experience. More accurate to call it customer disservice in my opinion. Among the worst business interactions Ive had. Ended up not using them after my experience at the terminal and glad I made that decision. Wow. Just wow. If you need to ship some stuff and this outfit looks like an option, I would also urge you to also give careful consideration to just throwing the stuff away. At the end of the day you might be happier and richer.

Waited for a couple days for them to finally get a driver out to our remote location to pickup - Driver was there for 5 minutes and left - Didnt pickup our freight - Didnt call me at any point to tell me either. Some lady in dispatch was incredibly rude and told me the driver doesnt ask for pickup numbers, he just shows up like a mindless zombie and says YRC and then leaves. This lady got very aggressive with me for asking questions and hung up on me.

I would give this company no stars if I could. Just unreliable and thats as easy and honest as its gonna get.Edit: I had to order more display cases and this time since I had a nice easy location to drop off and the driver was awesome it made it not that bad so it was ok upgrade to three stars. But this time they showed up with no call and I was like Im not even there and were almost going to charge me I think it was 100$ a day or something ridiculous so I rescheduled for the next day.

SLOWEST freight company on the planet. They tell you 4 day delivery when you ship but it ends up being 9 BUSINESS days (13 days). When I called, they advised if I shipped too early my freight would sit at the location, so I took their advice. Unfortunately, I missed my largest sales show and it cost me about $92,000 in sales. I then had to wait in town, on my own dime for 8 more days in a hotel to receive and then rent a U-Haul to transport it all home (in addition to 1/2 of a flight I paid for). NEVER AGAIN!

HORRENDOUS experience!! From Seattle to Fort Myers it took almost 3 weeks. Customer service was useless every time I called them, and then when I called customer service when my freight was in Orlando, they told me that it was sent out on the wrong truck, and had to come back to be put on the right truck. It was in Orlando for 4 days. Then when I contacted Fort Myers asking about my freight I was answered by a very rude front desk lady. Never would I use YRC Freight Again!!

Worst freight company and customer service I have ever experienced. Five days and counting to get a pallet from Orlando to Ft. Myers. The local dispatch in Ft. Myers is rude, disrespectful, and was of no help. Do not use this freight carrier.

Not much to share same experience as others wrote Never Again will I use this company.No system,Terrible phone manners,You can just tell by the tones in there voices they could care less, it actually amazes me how this company is still in business after so many years.I now use UPS for my freight shipments and they seem to do much better IMO.

Absolutely horrible transit times and even worse customer service. Supposed to be 4-5 day transit but clearly that’s a lie, I called to find out why and the lady was completely rude and could care less, her only response was “it happens”

This is the worst company ever waiting 4 days for a pickup driver lied to dispatch and told him he came here which was a total lie as we were here at the shop waiting for him
