Scheduled appointment, went to appointment, business was not open. Tried calling back 2x, no answer just vm. Wth?!?

I have seen Dr.Kalsow many times and he has always done a great job! He is the best. To the point and does amazing work! The staff is polite and respectful. Will be coming back many times!

Fort Myers Dental is fantastic. I am so comfortable going there for my regular checkups. Any issues or pain I have coming in, they make it so easy and simple to fix by the time I leave. Everyone there is professional and kind. I have recommended them to my friends and will continue to do so!

Fort Myers Dental is the best office around. I am very glad I go here they are all very caring and friendly. The practice is just a very nice facility, it is always well kept and clean when I go in. I also appreciate the fact that they are so good at scheduling over the phone, I never have a problem with making appointments or getting in touch with them.

Every time I go to the office everyone is so friendly and I always feel completely comfortable. Dr. Kalsow makes sure that everything is in tip-top shape and very clean for every visit. They have a great system working down there, and I never have to wait. You can tell they work hard to make Fort Myers Dental the best.

Do not go here!!!!First, they try to push their overpriced products on you. They tried all this talk about how you cant buy it cheaper while I pulled up their kits online for half the price.Second, all but one member of the staff is either rude, incompetent, or both. The older woman office manager is probably the worst of them. And while he clearly knows what hes talking about, Dr. Kaslow never once even introduced himself to me during our first appointment. Just came straight up, did his thing, and walked away. The only non rude staff member is one of the women who works up front, and even with her you can tell she knows she works for a bunch of idiots.Third, and the biggest complaint of all is this: Like most dentists/doctors offices, they will call to confirm your appointment the day before and leave a voicemail (since youre probably working when they call). But unlike most, here, they will CANCEL your appointment and send the hygienist home early if you dont call them back to say yes you are for a fact going to show up!!!! SOME OF YOUR CLIENTS WORK DURING YOUR OPEN HOURS AND DONT HAVE TIME TO CALL YOU BACK!! NOT EVERYONE IN THIS AREA IS A RETIREE!! I go to countless doctors, and NONE of them have ever been rude enough to cancel an appointment without telling me ahead of time.Heres a suggestion for the office: put in a no show fee rather than canceling with no notice. Youll make more money and lose less business. Maybe then you wouldnt have such awful online ratings. Well, that and try not being so rude.

I am a very on-time person, so I believe that it is important for the patient to be seen within 5-10 minutes. Fort Myers Dental does a great job at that! I also really enjoy the layout of the office and the parking area.

I was always scared going to the dentist, but the assistants were really kind, very concerned to make sure I was comfortable as could be, they outlined everything explained everything, advised what was next and made sure to ask me if I was okay before doing anything on my teeth and the whole process made it really easy and that why this will be my new dentist office every time because my last one just didnt care at all and I almost gave up looking!

To be fair, my daughter didnt even make it to the chair. Its like a scene from a B movie dentist horror flick. Poorly lit, single dentist chair where you can see the single dentist working when you check in. Wildly unprofessional front desk. After fifteen minutes - where I could see the dentist sawing at the guy in the chair- I decided this probably wasnt the best place for my twelve-year-old. I told the receptionist, with whom I had some trouble communicating (she was Russian, I think), that this wasnt the best fit for our family and in return she told me she was glad we were leaving.Sketchville.

The dental staff and dentist are really very nice and knowledgeable professionals, its a nice place to have my check ups at and I dont see that ever changing

Horrible experience. My husband needed a crown replaced and was told the teeth around it needed to be replaced, as well. Fine, however the dentist went on to pressure my husband into allowing him to replace the same teeth on the other side so he would have smile like pretty girl in picture. When my husband said hed run it by his wife (me), the dentist said girl is only concerned with money. They were so concerned over my husbands teeths appearance over their health, and they let him leave with a gaping hole still in his mouth, not even placing his crown back in temporarily. They also charged us for xrays when our insurance would have covered them. We found a much better dentist and will never go back here again.

Fort Myers Dental does it all right. I have never had an issue with the practice and I have enjoyed every visit.

I could not believe the service and diagnosing at this place. When I went to this office for consultation they seemed nice and everything was fine but then they told me that I had bad gingivitis and needed a deep cleaning; I have never had cavities and have a thorough record of dentist visits with cleanings. I declined the deep cleaning and requested just a normal cleaning. They went into rude mode after that, they told me that it is illegal to only do cleaning with such a bad case of gingivitis.... I immediately called my insurance company for a second opinion. Come to find out they also overcharged me and decided to give me new xrays that I already had done last year and didnt want to get them from my old dentist so they just told me my insurance didnt cover it and charged me out of pocket. When I went to get these xrays from them they came up with every single excuse and reason that I could not get them. They tried to charge me $50 for them after I just paid full price. Well, come to find out at my second opinion dentist I had NO gingivitis and no cavities and had VERY healthy teeth. They were obviously trying to milk my insurance and are NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

I WISH TERRIBLE WAS A RATING! This guy tortured my mother and never completed the services he billed for. He scammed my mother and Cigna Dental Insurance. He has a very heavy accent and is hard to understand. He yelled at my mother, had her in tears, wouldnt stop when he was hurting her. AVOID this crazy lunatic by all costs! Her insurance company is fighting with him to get their money back and they are refusing to give any of my mothers money back. IF you want to experience and REAL LIFE HOSTEL (like the torture movie) go see this guy!

They were very disorganized. They could not find my records. They would not do anything until they did a full x-rays which was recently done. My records were emailed twice to them.This was a complete waste of my time.

$50 to make a 10 cent cd of your x-rays that you have already paid $295 for.The first thing that they do is check for the diameter of your wallet.The estimate we received was 10x the other dentist we saw. If you see this guy you dont need a dentist you need a psychiatrist.
