Great dental office, up to date, very clean, and definitely will be going back!

I went in for a crown. Dr. Dilling is an expert and his assistant knew what tool to provide or procedure to execute before the Dr. had to request it. He has a great sense of humor and his practice is very clean and modern. The support staff are very knowledgeable about insurance and very flexible with regard to scheduling. My crown was manufactured in-house with a water jet 3D milling machine after he was able to use image manipulation software to create it. He was patient with my nervousness to pain. Highly recommend him.

Just had my initial visit with Avalon Dental in Fort Myers. Amazing service from beginning to end. Very efficient reservation process, fast and friendly check-in, very comprehensive exam including eighteen x-ray images of my teeth and mouth and finally great teeth cleanup. Dr. Dilling took time to explain the current state of my teeth, made recommendations with no pressure but very informative. Both the dental assistant and the dental hygienist were very professional and friendly. Thank you!

I went to 2 different dentists before I found one I felt comfortable with. The office is clean and spacious, the treatments rooms are roomy which makes a difference for those of us with claustrophobia. The staff are very friendly. I have only had an evaluation but Dr. Dilling was understanding of my anxiety and I felt comfortable scheduling an appointment for a crown as opposed to the other 2 dentists I saw for evaluations. His pricing was also better and he uses the Cerac machine which means no gooey impressions, its done digitally!!

After not going to the dentist in quite some time (19 years to be exact ) Avalon Dental treated me with respect and professionalism and gave my teeth a good cleaning. I was never a big fan of the dentist growing up but now cant wait to go back for another cleaning. Thank you Avalon Dental.

Amazing appointment scheduling, friendly office staff, engaging and personable Doctor, Highly Recommended by one of the Best Facial Surgeons in the State (Dr Hogan, SW FL Oral and Facial Surgery). You can tell immediately that there is Great Leadership as soon as you call the office. Theres none of that typical Florida attitude of Im doing you a favor just by answering the phone. This was especially evident when the Office Staff took my Insurance Information. They were friendly, and verified immediately how much my insurance would cover, and what they would not cover. When they asked for something, they were very polite. I had just gotten off the phone with another doctors office, and I got the typical: Im gonna need you to fill out these forms, and I need your license, and I need this, and I need that, and I need this, and I need that. Somehow, and Im not sure how, this office got the Memo. Great Leadership usually translates to a Great staff.

I went in to get a referral to an endodontist, unfortunately my tooth couldnt be saved, but Avalon took care of my right then and there. They were able to remove the problem tooth. The staff is amazing. I would recommend them to anyone.

I am a snowbird who never before needed dental services in Ft Myers.Experiencing a sudden problem, I called a local resident who gave me an extremely high referral to call only Dr. Bradley Dillings. Initially I was told he was booked solid for the next week, but we made a reservation anyway (should any openings occur) and I immediately was able to complete all the required registration forms on line.The next day my pain was so severe, I called back and they made room for me early the following morning. My problem was resolved thanks to good advice of a friend, a great dentist who diagnosed the issue and explained my options very clearly, and the very professional and competent assistance of his staff.I cant say I hope to be able to see Dr. Dillings in such agony again, but I am very thankful to now know someone in the area I can call and rely on, should anything like this happen again to me or a member of my family.

I can’t say enough about Brad and his team at Avalon Dental. I have a ton of work ahead of me. Brad put together a great package that would help me get all of the work done that I need. We split it up into four separate visits.I went on my first visit today to get two fillings, a crown and one of my front teeth built up. I bite my nails (which is an awful habit) Brad also filed a couple of my teeth and corrected my biteHands-down I was very impressed with the work he did I have had a lot of dental work done over the years. My visit today was very seamless it was almost like I did not realize the work was being done it was that smooth. I was so comfortable while having the work done I almost fell asleep.Brad and Ashley walked me through each procedure. I felt very safe going back there after they reopened due to the virus. They took all precautions seriously (they took my temperature immediately when I walked in), but they were still the same friendly, happy staff as always. Jessica did a great cleaning even with her extra face coverings/masks. Dr. Dilling even stopped by just to make sure I was comfortable with how they were handling this whole situation. I hate the dentist but I love this place and definitely recommend them.

I’ve had 2 emergency visits to Dr Dilling; he re-bonded 2 of my (old) veneers that popped off about 1 year apart while I was down here from Maryland. He did it painlessly and professionally and with impressive confidence . Dr Dilling’s staff is very friendly and helpful. They got me in asap. I was so impressed with his office that I booked a comprehensive exam and cleaning. Office is beautiful and sparkling clean. A visit to the dentist is never fun, but I cant see how it can get any better than this. Dr. Dilling and staff are efficient, professional, and personable. The facility is clean and comfortable. Prices are reasonable. Most importantly they are good. They know what they are doing. When there is a problem (cavity, etc.), they are informative and transparent. They never try to sell me extra unneeded services.

I had a loose front tooth from a work accident that became infected. The tech and the doctor performed scans on my upper teeth and we’re able to make a partial in less than a week to give me my smile back. They were just amazing!!! I am a self-proclaimed dental chicken! I do not like going to the dentist, not one bit. BUT, I needed to have a wisdom tooth pulled, and Dr.Dilling and his staff made it very comfortable for me. Mindi and Cordilla were great to me, both in taking my mind off the situation and in assisting Dr. Dilling with my tooth. Even the Novocaine (my biggest hangup) was a breeze. Respectful but tough. My wife and I are spending more time in Fort Myers, and we decided we needed to establish a Dentist here. We searched via Google and by Location. We called various offices and asked for information. I settled on Avalon due to location and positive reviews. Staff treated me with a welcome and made sure that my insurance would be honored by calling my insurance company directly and explaining my coverage to me. They called my home dentist and got my records. Dr. Dilling interviewed me about my history and suggested how he would treat me going forward. My regular cleaning was done after all the above was completed. Highly professional overall.
