Very happy with the service I received! He made sure it was worth fixing over the phone so that I didnt waste any time or money bringing it in. Everything was done in a timely manner. At first he thought it couldnt be fixed as the parts were not available and the manufacture was closed. So he took a second look and figured out a way to fix it and didnt even charge me any extra for the extra time spent. Very happy with the service I received.

I was asking questions and he hung up on me. I called back and said we lost connection and he said look Im at lunch. if you have any questions bring it in I have an appointment between 11:00 and 12:00 do you want it

This is not an honest business. I called Bernie to tell him that I have a 3 year old 65 Samsung TV that had picture focus issues. Because the TV was under warranty and I already bought a replacement, I offered to sell it to him, so that he can either use it for parts or repair it and sell it for a profit. I didnt feel right throwing a good looking, big flat screen TV in the dumpster. Bernie agreed to pay me $50 for the TV.When I arrived at his business with the TV, Bernie had me bring it inside. Turned it on to verify it works. Then he pulls out his wallet and says: Ive only got 40 bucks. He knew I was coming today, and that we agreed on $50. He never called to tell me not to come, or that he wanted to re-negotiate.I took the TV and left, and threw it in the dumpster. If Bernie had said $40 on the phone, I would have likely accepted. But he tried to take advantage of the fact that I was already there, with the big TV, to go back on his word. Maybe he thought I would just let is slide. I would rather waste 30 minutes than be taken advantage of.I never leave poor business reviews. I think this is my first one. But be forewarned. Ive learned in life that if someones word is not kept in the little things, it usually wont be in the big things either. I would avoid this business.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. To me customer service is everything . I own my own business and i always make sure to be polite and take my time to talk to people . From the moment the guy answered the phone He was very short. He made it seem like it was a inconvenience that I called him. All he kept saying was to bring it in and for $85 he would let me know. He even had the nerve to raise his voice. I will make sure to never recommend this place for ANYTHING.

Bernie did an excellent job on my desktop computer. I had taken my computer to Best buy they charged me more money held it for 2 weeks and I still had the same problems. However, Bernie took it in for overnight and gave it back next day! had it plugged in the store and showed me that my virus is gone! I couldnt be more happy about the service and experience! Its obvious to me now that Best Buy had kids working there and Mr. Bernie is a gentleman with many years experience in electronics. I recommend his services to anyone looking for electronic repairs. He is polite, friendly and professional and a quick repair turnaround too. When I need more electronics repairs, Ill come here first.

OMG. This is the best computer repair place ever. I had a laptop that Best Buy told me was unrepairable. I knew Best Buy had messed it when they were trying to repair it themselves. Brought it here. And now it is running again. And the service was so prompt. Just a few days from dead laptop to picking up a working laptop.Thank you.

Took my 1984 Sony ES amp in for troubleshooting Bernie found couple cold solders and replaced few capacitors sound is back . Made 1 simple phone call to get some basic info dident realize it was after store hours the man who answered the phone questioned if I had the right company like im a idiot or something he became very hostile twords me asking if I was just calling random numbers out of a book . obviously this store dosent care about making money and has no idea what customer service is .highly recommend no one use this place to repair anything .
