Came down to Florida for vacation right before getting on the plane dropped my phone and broke the screen looked around for someone to repair my phone at a reasonable price and close by yeah and Im going to go to the kitchen checked into this place it had great reviews so I went with them talk to Atlas on the phone he was great told me how much it was going to cost how long it would take answered all my questions I came in late in the afternoon and they were going to close it was the only time I could come in they stayed late to finish my phone picked up my phone and its perfect like brand I would definitely recommend these guys to repair your phone especially in a pinch great job Atlas thank you so much

My iPhone would not charge so I thought before I buy another one for $1,100.00, I’ll see if this one could be fixed. I went in at 1 PM and the technician cleaned out the charging port which I had also done earlier but he got out much more dirt. We tried it but was still intermittent so he suggested I install a new charge port. I agreed and it only cost me $69.00 instead of $1,100.00! It now works perfect and it only took him a couple hours to have it done and back to me! Great job! Great place with excellent customer service! I highly recommend it to anyone! Thanks!John

Very quick service and a well done job!

Brandon was amazing, he was able to fix my htc bolt, a phone no other shop even wanted to work on. Other shops told me that they couldnt even get the parts in for the phone as it was so old. Though it did take a couple of days to get the part in once they had the part in hand, Nick did the repair right in front of me and even explained everything that was going on with each step in the process. In my experience with shops up in NY they would take the device to the back room work on it there and not come out until it was finished. Nick managed to do that while still answering my questions as well as questions of other customers just passing by.

IPhone was dropped off on a Wednesday. I was told it would be ready that Friday. When I went to pick up phone on Friday, I was told it was not ready b/c I had given them the wrong iPhone kind (x vs. Xs). I found that odd considering they took the phone themselves and on the receipt it had the iPhone kind *(so they are not honest....I would have been ok with -Sorry, it is not ready). They told me they would get the piece and asked that I return the next day (Saturday). I waited to go pick it up until Sunday. On Sunday, they did not even have the parts needed to fix it...again, story after story. The owner, Nick, does not seem capable of handling the one thing they are supposed to do well - fix phones! Not sure how they stay in business. Be aware!

Very quickly and great service

Due to covid, I havent been out and about as much as I like, there just seemed like nothing to do, when I finally went out, it was to go mini-golfing with some friends, and I accidentally dropped my iphone X into the water hazard at the course. I immediately brought the phone into the nearest shop, which happened to be just across the street really. Nick was amazing, he did warn me that with water damage there can still be issues that occur months down the road, and that with the pandemic going on, all shipping times were subject to delay due to the shipping at the moment. The only thing that makes this less than perfect is the nature of how they interact with more than one customer at a time instead of focusing just on myself. I didnt like it when he was answering a question of another customer that was just passing by when he was diagnosing my iphone initially.

Had major issues with our MotoG4 phone service supplied by Republic Wireless. Dr Nick worked miracles, spent time working on our phone to correct the locking mechanism and then time with us connecting both phones to network again. HIGHLY recommend this location.

I had to fix my charge port. My phone was being taken care of by technician Clive. Clive was awesomely professional! He regularly called me to tell me the status of my phone, scheduled pick up times, and was very patient. He fixed the phone in a timely fashion. He def the type of guy you want fixing your equipment. My overall experience was satisfactory. They advertise on their business cards phone repairs in minutes however my repair was 30 minutes. Now seeing as how I was quoted for an hour, Im happy with it being less. With that being said, does this minutes repair only apply to iPhones? Ultimately, I digress and would like to reiterate my overall satisfaction was 4/5 stars with a price point for their work being fair and competitive. If I have another screen disaster, I would most likely visit them again.

I really didnt trust this place and I always thought who would ever need this, and what could they actually do? Whenever I have an issue with a phone I always just get a new phone. Not very smart it turns out. I did stop by yesterday just to ask a question. Next thing you know Klyve had my phone back to new condition again and I wont be needing a new phone after all. Great customer service. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Terrible service they told me they could unlock phone for me said it would take 2-3 days after 7 days finally get a call back said it couldn’t be done charged me 30$ for nothing today I took it to someone else they did it in 2 hours put in T-Mobile software. I brought my new iPhone in to find out which carrier it was connected to. I had purchased it thinking it was AT&T and realized that was not the correct carrier. Klyve was awesome, he tried a few SIM cards for me and was able to find out that the phone was registered to T-Mobile and Metro PCS service. I attempted to fix the issue with my screen on my own and quickly realized I got in over my head. I went into the Dr.. Phone Fix near me with very low expectations. I came out completely changed. Klyve was the one who didnt give me a hard time about trying to fix it on my own and seemed to understand my situation. He explained everything thoroughly and did an awesome job repairing my tablet. I called ahead to ask if they had the parts I needed and they did. I scheduled an appointment and made a shopping list. Went to my appointment a few minutes early dropped my phone off signed some paperwork and went off to shop. I finished shopping came back to get my phone waited on a bench a few minutes and got it back. New battery in my Galaxy S 7 works fine two weeks later.

I was very nervous about leaving my laptop for fear that several more things needing fixed would show up (I have a hard time trusting repair shops); but my technician, Klyve, kept his word that my total price would be no more than a certain amount. This is my third experience with DrPhoneFix at this location and I have been incredibly happy each time. I have had a lense and microphone replaced on an IPhone 6, and cracked screen replaced on an IPhone 5. The cost was minimal and the time for repair was short for all three repairs. Also, the gentleman who all three times helped me was professional, respectful and kind. Honestly, I couldn’t say anything but good things about this place - I have sent two people there who have also had top-notch experiences. Eacht time I had damage to my phones I first went to an Apple store where each time the “expert” told me the phone was not repairable and I needed to buy a new product. I was so upset when I accidentally dropped my daughters IPad on the tile floor which caused it to completely shatter. I spent hours trying to find a replacement online and was going to have to spend $400+. A co worker mentioned Dr. Phone Fix inside of the Fort Myers Walmart and said he had a good experience getting his phone fixed there. So I took his advice and gave them a call. Klyveto Delva answered the phone and patiently answered all of my questions. I drove there, showed him the damage and he assured me that he could take care of it within a couple hours. And that is exactly what happened! A couple hours later I went back in and it looked like brand new. Very reasonable price of $120 instead of spending over $400.
