Absolute joke of a company with arrogant reps that think everything revolves around them. Will never deal with this terrible company again. Stay far away unless you like being lied to and getting the run around.

Placed an order with Office Depot. Received notification that my parcel was delivered this morning - it was not. I checked the tracking information and put in a request to locate parcel and was told it was delivered. I was emailed a signature, with a note saying if I still have an issue, take it up with Amazon(?) Really... first, its not an amazon order, second, the signature is NOT me, not even the same name..... So, I replied to said message with that info and have not heard back. Now Im on the phone with Office Depot and hopefully THEY can help - I do hope Office Depot finds another carrier for deliveries.

Absolutely horrific customer service. I work with a lot of logistic companies similar in Florida and never had any issues. Without mentioning names, there seems to be zero accountability. Many other options to choose from that want my business.
